How to fix it?
OM DENNE EPISODE
We work hard to show up authentically for this podcast and talk about the things that we are encountering and struggling with in our daily lives. In today's episode, we really seem to be wrestling with Change - in all of its forms: dealing with loss and grief, dealing with aging and frail parents; dealing with siblings; dealing with downsizing ....we hit a number of topics but they all have one thing in common. Change is uncomfortable and doesn't ever seem to get easier. But, you know what? We can talk about it and if for no other reason than to reassure YOU, our listeners, that hard stuff happens and we all can get through it.

My A-ty…
It happens to all of us - even those who say it never does! Its part of being human (although not an overly attractive part). And let's be perfectly honest, our judgement of others has way more to say about us than it does the person (or thing) we're judging. Dare ya to listen!
Change is the only constant and when we look at our aging parents, that change can often be felt in great waves. Whether they are slowing down physically, resting more, eating less or have less patience, it can be alarming to watch the gradual decline of our aging parents. We're not sure we ha…
