OM DENNE EPISODE
Cathy Heller, speaker + spiritual teacher, joins Krista to explore personal transformation + what happens when the identity you’ve built no longer fits. After her father’s death + an evacuation during the LA fires, Cathy began questioning the roles, busyness, and self-abandonment that had kept her disconnected from her own truth.
She opens up about learning to receive love, releasing the need to control everything, and allowing a long relationship to evolve without resentment. She also shares the deeply personal signs + synchronicities she experienced after her father’s passing—and how grief invited her to soften, trust, and see life differently.
Krista + Cathy rethink manifestation as something deeper than getting the life you want: it’s about creating from your identity, living your divine assignment, and bringing more light to the world. They explore how to hear your inner guidance, become your own best friend, and build a life that feels aligned from the inside out.
We also talk about:
- The Penny Lane synchronicity at a Cadillac dealership
- Why you might be the Divine wink someone else is asking for
- The Ho'oponopono practice for forgiveness + inner peace
