ABOUT THIS PODCAST 🔗
A podcast about partnerships in insurance distribution -> why do insurance partnerships matter? In the insurance ecosystem, the customers of insurers are the end-policyholder but also MGAs and intermediaries and distribution partners. The customers of MGAs, intermediaries and distribution partners are the end-policyholder. Orchestrating these relationships (partnerships) involves a high degree of coordination, but also deep integration at different levels:
- The relationship between partners (insurers, MGAs, distribution partners) and the technology they use to run their businesses (technical, systems integrations)
- The relationship between product and the transactions it lives inside (product and commercial integrations)
- The technical and human relationships offered by Root’s ‘integrated’ brand of partnership (human integrations)
