PREVIOUS EPISODES 🔗
In this episode we go deeper into triggers to really understand the pain going on below the surface. If you aren't willing to deal with pain from your past then you won't experience growth.
We found the triggers, we tapped into the pain, and now it's time to experience freedom through forgiveness.
Episode five is all about rewiring your brain. Now that you've processed the pain, tapped into forgiveness and compassion, you can start changing the way you think for lasting change.
Each episode has been a step in the direction of emotional health and wholeness. This final episode for season one is to inspire growth, find clarity, and move into what makes you thrive. We will ask some questions to really get you thinking.
It's episode one, season two. This time we are focusing on the family role of, "Dad". You either had one or didn't, and he might of been awesome, okay, or just plain sucked. Let's talk a little about the role of dad in our life.
We get super practical about identifying triggers and what to do when we feel out of control. We will continue the theme from S2 E1 about focusing on the dad for the rest of season two.
We discovered our trigger and now we are diving into the pain. It may not be fun, it will bring up painful memories, but if we want to find true healing we need to address our past.
