ABOUT THIS PODCAST 🔗
Welcome to Longevity Builder In 2009 at almost 45 years of age my wife and I were blessed with our only child. Twenty years before he was born his Grandfather (my Father) passed away from a massive and sudden heart attack - he was just 46 years old. I had just completed my degree in health, physical education and sports science.
The year that our son was born I began to become obsessed with helping him and his generation drive down their clinical complications from Catastrophic Cardiovascular Events, Diabetes and Metabolic Disease. In 2026 I turn 60 years old. Come on my Longevity journey.
