"No Decision Made"-Rob Has Questions About CTC Statement

Rob O'Donnell feels that “no decision was made” by the CTC because stakeholders caught them slipping it into the agenda to in fact vote to cancel this very much needed program. Incoming enrollment is double current enrollment, again showing the need and popularity of this need. Finally O'Donnell also wants to know why were comments turned off on the CTC post?
