29. Trick or Sleep: Pumpkaboo Pops Early & Legends ZA Review (Spoiler-Free)

🎃 Sleep It Off Ep. 29 — Trick-or-Sleep! Pumpkaboo Pops Early & Legends ZA Review (Spoiler-Free)

It’s spooky season, Sleep Researchers! 👻 Justin and Luis are back after a short hibernation to talk all things Pokémon Sleep Halloween 2025, including the surprise early release of Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist, a new plump pumpkin ingredient, and meta-defining recipes for the event!

We dig into how to prep your Sleep teams, whether to farm in Greengrass Isle or Expert, and why your ghost Pokémon are about to shine brighter (and carry more ingredients than ever).

Then, in a special spoiler-free segment, we dive into Pokémon Legends Z-A, giving our honest thoughts on the story, world design, and real-time battle system — plus, what makes it feel fresh even compared to the main series. Finally, we close with our fan-favorite DreamDex Detective, where Justin tries to solve this week’s mystery Pokémon. 🌙

Grab your extra candy, a good camping ticket, and settle in for a cozy, pumpkin-spiced episode of Sleep It Off.
