This week was my first week back to school aend it was SUPER overwhelming! This is how I deal with it and this is how the Bible says to deal with it!
In this past year I have started a new school, a new volleyball team, and the list goes on. It was definitely hard but it it all worked out. Here is what I say about starting new and what the Bible says about new beginnings!
With the start of school, a new volleyball season, a school leadership role, and much more, it gets easy for me to feel overwhelmed and stressed out. Here are some of my methods for dealing with stress and here is what the Bible says about it.
