speaker-1: you
speaker-0: Hi everyone, welcome to Sage Reflections, Jesse here. Wow, and we're so happy to have you already back on our podcast. Yeah. Okay, you can see the smile. I am so excited. This is the first video podcast.
speaker-1: Yes it is.
speaker-0: And I think what's more interesting is the first time we recorded something like this was in 2019. And we never posted it. So here we are. How many years later? And we're doing this. Yeah. So want to say thank you to everyone that have been listening to the audio podcast on all platforms. we are really grateful and thank you for joining us on this journey and being here with us as you are seeing us live. More like you know, the video part of things. And we pray that the Lord bless you as to join us, and every word that proceeds out will be a blessing to you and yours in Jesus' name.
speaker-1: Amen
speaker-0: Alright, so jumping into what we have for today. remember the last podcast we we talked about an ins just an incident, an episode, something that happened. Something that happened
speaker-1: something that happened.
speaker-0: Something that happened in our life. and y you all probably wondered, you know, we've been away for s a few weeks here and over a month. And we do apologize. But it's been a beautiful time, recharging and refilling ourselves. So it really adds up to what we're talking about today. So back to what happened that we talked about in the last podcast. We we went out. Prior to that day, we've been on the road. Like you know, we're always on the road. And so we came back shortly after we had to get groceries, I think a few days after. So we didn't drive out prior to that time or the time we traveled. So we went out, we grabbed groceries, we went to a few places that day, probably four or five
speaker-1: Quite a few places are.
speaker-0: and then eventually right at an intercession, our car just stopped and we're like, what's going on? But anyway, to crown it all real quick here, we did not realize we ran out gas. He didn't realize he was driving, okay?
speaker-1: Well, in my defense, the vehicle dinged when you went to the pharmacy. But then again, then again, in your defense, it should have dinged again when we're driving to town. But I think we were so engrossed in the conversation we're having. We're having a really good conversation because a lot has happened. following the travels we did. So it was, it was a kind of a good bonding moment. We bonded to the point that we didn't hear it again. Clearly.
speaker-0: You know, that's quite interesting. You say that just made me realize that I'm just pr probably jumping right now, but realize that you know they say time flies when you're having fun. And life is busy. You can literally be having fun and you will not hear anything. Yeah. It might be a positive too. But in this
speaker-1: It could be a negative. It was a big negative for us in this scenario because you need fuel for your vehicle to move. And in this case, we ran out of it right at a red light.
speaker-0: And we had kids. Right. Yep.
speaker-1: Obstructed traffic, like, think of everything that could possibly... Police
speaker-0: Everyone's there
speaker-1: showed up because somebody called the police.
speaker-0: And the funny thing it wasn't between the intercession was between the school, the school here and also the hospital.
speaker-1: and I turned off to the hospital. So it was a busy spot. And was during rush hour.
speaker-0: Yep. It was during rush hour and it was really hot and the kids were in the car. Everyone is now screaming. More like the kids, they're screaming out because it's getting hot. And then we're there and people are having to go like this. Like wave
speaker-1: Yeah, I had to wave people through.
speaker-0: them through. But in all of that, people kept passing. Lots of cars were going through a lot of people. We did call up a loved one that we know would show up every single time, and thankfully they they were available.
speaker-1: Thank
speaker-0: It showed up almost right away. Yeah. So during that time somebody pulled up at a red light within seconds, like he just had a few seconds on that light to say something about do you need help like what's going on kind of thing? It's like
speaker-1: And I was like, I'll be right back.
speaker-0: and he came. But I was joking. I know. Like we we thought, okay, like maybe, maybe not, like, but at least we still had faith. Yeah. And with that, he showed up and we're very grateful. I still remember his name. Yeah. And I hope he still he runs into this podcast.
speaker-1: It does. Thank you so much.
speaker-0: Thank you so much, Christian. Thank you. What a beautiful name, actually, for that season. Yeah. And well, in all of that, if you wanted to hear more, you can listen to the previous podcast. But that was what we talked about. Now, to really like dive in more, more revelations came from that story. And today we're little bit about you know running on empty and you know do I notice my own needs? Do you notice your own needs? You know, functioning is not the same as being full. So the fact that you're functioning doesn't mean that you're in full capacity. The fact that a car was moving doesn't mean there was enough gas in it. Eventually I'm sure your reserve went away. That was
speaker-1: yeah, the reserve completely depleted.
speaker-0: That was why it went off.
speaker-1: And it reminds me of an analogy that we used to hear in the past that when you turn off a stove, it's still hot.
speaker-0: Yes, yes.
speaker-1: It's still hot for a bit and it still feels like it can cook. Like if you even left a pot of stew or soup on it, it would not even dry it out if it's hot enough. But eventually that stuff is going to... So you started to ask yourself, what does running empty actually look like in my life? Think about your physical life, for example, like there's day to day activities, there's family pressure, there's all of these expectations from society and there's all the goals that you have for yourself and you're just one person. And I know sometimes I used to joke that like, I wish I could split myself into like four people and just have them.
speaker-0: I don't think you'll be enough.
speaker-1: At least I would get like four times productivity. But like we have all of this and there's just one person doing all that and I'm guilty of this sometimes I don't know where to stop. go...
speaker-0: Good.
speaker-1: I literally physically crash. And physical is not all. our spiritual life is the same thing. Our emotional life, our mental health. Sometimes we take on so much trauma that we don't, you know, excavate it or dig it out or remove it. Just
speaker-0: J.
speaker-1: completely remove it or deal with it. Acknowledge is there and deal with it. And then Over the time, now you have so much build up on you. And for example, someone who is so heavily loaded mentally, all of a sudden he has no empathy. That's exactly what running an empty could look like for someone like that. And that's not just, that's not generally on the board. That's just an instance. So everyone is different in how they will present their empty. For example, some cars would ding their empty. Some cars would jack for a little bit before they turn off but mine just shut off like it wouldn't even like it wouldn't even move like it went off staring locked everything was just done and
speaker-0: Yep.
speaker-1: that's how we all are different like sometimes some people can just shut down completely immediately because you know you push yourself to add a man your body reacting and then certain people can keep jacking through life And they have more of a warning that come on, you're going to break down. And sometimes they even ignore it till they eventually break down. And then some people have a lot of, should I say safeguards that they've placed around themselves over time that they are able to be, you know, be warned or be conscious that, okay, if I put the safeguard to make sure that my mental health is still right and it's triggering all of these guards, that means I'm hitting my limits. it's time for me to slow down replenish and you know get back to what fool will look
speaker-0: You know, it's well interesting because we've all been there. I remember last week, I it was a busy week. Actually it's been busy for the last couple weeks. When I mean busy, it's been busy to the point that we all got back home I around six pm or so today and we're we're all out as a light. We shouldn't have done that because now we're up and if it must interest you to know, this is almost one a.m. in the morning. The joys of being parents, right? And the joys of being people that, you know, have vision. I don't know. But And do stuff like that. And do stuff like this. So anyway, that could be you. So last week I I got back, I believe that was Thursday. I was drained. I knew I was getting there. But that but the I think my weekend was more busy than the week. So imagine being drained by Thursday and you just have a few more days in front of you that would drain you. So I got back home and I think I laid down And I couldn't just move. I was just heavy on the bed. And I remember you asking me if I were okay, if I was okay or if I, you know, if something was going on. I was like, no, I'm just tired. You know, that's the body saying, girl, you are literally on empty. But somehow I still had to push. But anyway, you we all have warning signs. And we shouldn't wait until we are completely drained before we acknowledge the warning signs. And I think that's the big thing here. because life is busy. Life is busy for you as a student, life is busy for you as a parent, life is busy for you as a teenager, life is busy for you as an adult, life is busy for you as an older adult, life is busy for you as a minister of God, life is busy for you as a as a worker out there on the field. We are either white collar, blue collar job as a human being, life
speaker-1: Let's just say I think
speaker-0: is
speaker-1: Life is busy
speaker-0: Busy. Life is busy. Somehow in my head is I'm just thinking life is easy. No, no, I'm saying life is easy and I go life is
speaker-1: The misconception is our consistent belief that certain things that we do are easy, that we keep piling them up and then realize that, well, as easy as it is, it compiles.
speaker-0: Yeah, because I'm going life is busy and my head is going life is easy. But anyway, it could look easy but eventually gets busy. Even as a child, life is busy, like you know what when you're growing up and you expect to get this and that done, you're going to school, you're you know
speaker-1: My 5 year old daughter passed out on the couch like 2 days ago because she played little too much at school. It
speaker-0: I'm like, wow, life was
speaker-1: was a busy day for her.
speaker-0: So listen to your warning signs. And and I and I know it may not it may not look like anything right now, but you don't want it to get to the point where now you're now shutting down completely because a lot of people are probably depending on you. And you you are also depending on you. So you have to choose what's right for you and what's best for you.
speaker-1: And I think the hardest part about waiting till your body actually shuts down is that it takes longer to get going again. Like think about the instance of pulling your vehicle into a gas station within a matter of minutes, like five minutes really, you've probably filled up your tank and you're on the way. But being broken down at a red light, you're waiting to whoever promised to bring your gas.
speaker-0: Time is going.
speaker-1: I didn't want to break this up but I'm going to like our very first date ever.
speaker-0: my god! you go in there?
speaker-1: Wait what? So wait!
speaker-0: He told me something. When he met me, I I I didn't have a car, obviously, girl, like why? Why should I? But then he had a car. And yeah, we were we were now in a relationship, tending to get married. But he told me something he's like, you know what, girl? I love you so much and I tell you one thing you would never have to use the bus or walk in your life again. I'm like, hmm, that might that's my kind of mad. But here goes the story.
speaker-1: So we go on a date. Funny enough, had a busy day. Again, like busy day. So I picked her up after work. I think it was late. I
speaker-0: Yeah, I worked at the sixteen hour shift that day.
speaker-1: like, let's go do dinner and then I'll drop you off at home. And it was our first date together, like in an actual restaurant type setting. And just driving downtown and my car just turns off. Was it after the video?
speaker-0: I walked a seven AM to eleven PM shift. I took a two double shift. I was toast. And then in B C we had Dennis, the family restaurant that was open up to like two AM or was it like a straight up midnight kind of thing. So right after eleven PM it's like, okay, you know what? Let's just go eat. You know, you eat and I drop you home and then it's like, okay, sure. You know, you're in a public space, still keeping it holy and all that stuff. And then after eating I'm like wow this guy is really nice. He's quite intentional. And then
speaker-1: So we're driving home and the car just...
speaker-0: Yeah. Shut off. I'm like okay. I w I walked I walked up the hill.
speaker-1: sadly I fucked up the gas so we both walked up the hill because we couldn't even get a cab so we walked up the hill and bought gas and then came back with a cab
speaker-0: And that's
speaker-1: and then police had taped my car because they thought I got in an accident so I put the gas in my car to call the police detachment get permission to take the tape off and yeah yeah that was
speaker-0: With a girl you intend to marry. And I still married him.
speaker-1: I'm
speaker-0: So that happened in twenty eighteen, only for him to do it again in twenty twenty six. This time with two kids. It better not happen again. So we're all learning from this and that is a beautiful part. Yeah.
speaker-1: Absolutely. So one thing is the time I said that story because I wanted to reflect on what I was saying. The time it took us to get gas that night. don't know how long it took us to walk from where that happened. It was a long walk. Because the closest gas station from there was like.
speaker-0: At least a five minutes plus drive.
speaker-1: It was close to the one close to the Sahara.
speaker-0: Yeah, like UC How all the way through downtown. We
speaker-1: We walked up quite a bit and it was at night. It wasn't safe. It wasn't a safe walk. But you know what? Good to be honest, we're not afraid of anything. So we did it and that was one of those experiences where we were like, this did happen. yeah.
speaker-0: And happen again.
speaker-1: So what I'm saying in essence is if you take the time to stop and refuel, you won't have to spend so much time trying to get back again after your vehicle. vehicle of life is broken. I do, you know, this stuff was saying we're not just talking from, you know, random words or this is all biblical as well. I would like to read from first Kings 19, first Kings 19 from verse four to eight. It says, but he himself went on this journey into the wilderness and came and sat down under a juniper tree. And he requested for himself that he might die and said, it is enough now. Lord, take away my life for I am not better than my father's. This is Elijah, the great prophet that called on fire. Just, just for context. as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him and said unto him, here's the interesting part. Arise and eat. And he looked and behold, there was a cake baking. on the coals and a cruise of water at his head and he did eat and drink and laid him down again. Verse 7 says, the angel of the Lord came again the second time and touched him and said, arise and eat because the journey is too great for thee. And he arose and did eat and drink and went in the strength of that meat. Forty days. and forty nights unto her the mount of God. So the great prophet Elijah had to be fed twice
speaker-0: I know.
speaker-1: to sometimes when we break down in life we don't realize that we have to do almost double what we intended what we needed to do in a brief stop just to get going again.
speaker-0: Go again.
speaker-1: So you have to pay attention to that pay attention to your spiritual life, your emotions, your mental health. Sometimes taking a break from certain spaces that don't seem to be refueling you rather draining you because we are beings that give and take. If you're giving more than you're taking, you will eventually run low. So at some point you would need to be refueled. So we need pay attention to.
speaker-0: And the thing is, you know, sleep cannot fix everything. I tell you that. Not
speaker-1: I'm sorry.
speaker-0: all of us And also prayer doesn't mean you don't need sleep. You have to find that balance 'cause it's important for us, you know, like Sammy just read, God is really intentional about us and he also wants us to get the rest that we deserve. Mm-hmm. If we look at even when he multiplied the meals for the the the people he was teaching. There was a time where he had to like, you know, tell them that it's it's pretty much time. Like even his disciples, everyone everyone was hungry. And it was time for them to eat. It was time for them to relax. And he was part of that multiplication. Like he made sure that it was provision enough for everyone because he he understands and he understood that it was time for people to actually now eat and relax a little bit after all the teaching. So even when you're working, even when you're doing all you're doing You've mentioned many aspects. I see see it more holistically. like I've always said, because I love holistic stuff. I would always say I'm a holistic person. So you have to look at yourself of the physical, spiritual, mental, emotional capacity and in every area of your life. this is probably something you've always had. I just hope this is a friendly reminder to know that it is okay for you to take a break. It is okay for you to ask for help. It is okay for you to cry out. it's okay. I remember like way back in the
speaker-1: Okay, for you to disappear for a little bit. Because yeah, like, this guy ate two meals and disappeared for four days.
speaker-0: Where I was going with that. Because I remember back in the day then, actually before we met, if I if life really got so overwhelming, sometimes I'll just have to cry out. Like just be like, Lord, like just let the tears out. It's okay. Just don't make you look weird, I guess. But it's okay to be you. It's okay to it's okay to do do you like don't feel so Locked up and locked up inside that you're now pretty much dying, you know, because the more you let yourself out, the more you have the capacity to grow. I don't know if it makes sense, it's just like planting something in a small pot. At some point, you have to transfer that plant is a somewhere bigger for you to actually see it full capacity. But if you remain in that little spot and you're not wanting to go beyond that spot, you're not wanting to cry out, you're wanting to see. other resources you may never grow if you think about it like that way or picture it in that manner. So what I'm saying here in that sense is we need to heal holistically, we need to refuel holistically, we need to be mindful of every aspect of our lives because you could be fine in this aspect and this aspect is suffering, but everything all comes together that eventually you might start hurting in different ways because you did not treat. The other aspect of your life.
speaker-1: Absolutely. One thing that I can take off what you just said is we end up sacrificing other areas of our life as fuel to keep setting other areas of our life going. That's true. Sometimes we sacrifice our body for our ambitions. It's good for us to be ambitious. It's good for us to be career driven and, you know, achieve things in life. That's, that's what God has called us to do. He said, go and dominate and replenish and all of that. But the same God who told us to do that told us there's a time for everything. There's a time to sleep.
speaker-0: Yes.
speaker-1: There's a time to rest. There's a time to stop. Even a field that has been producing for many years needs time.
speaker-0: It does need time.
speaker-1: You can't just keep pumping planting seasons into one field without giving it a respite. I think back then in, if I remember clearly in agricultural science, was called land rotation, where you go plant between different lands. I think
speaker-0: I couldn't help you in the hour.
speaker-1: it was called land rotation. It's been a long time.
speaker-0: In agriculture or science, but at this moment mm mm.
speaker-1: I think it was land rotation. So you go around, you give this land a break, come back to So by the next year, some of the weeds that have grown there would release certain things and then you put manure, give it a break, all of that. We need to do that with our lives. We need to make sure that certain aspects of our life are not the fuel for other aspects of our life. example, we have spiritual ambitions. We want to grow. want to be in certain areas of our lives spiritually, but then we fail to focus on our position, our aspect of our life. Like you're growing spiritually, but is that position in the place you're in, is it killing you? Is it killing other aspects of your life? Is it killing certain things about your life? So we have to be careful what we use as fuel. Like if we bring it back to the question of the scenario of the vehicle, we're laughing in the car having a good time. So we're just using hope as a fuel at that time. There's no way
speaker-0: No it dang.
speaker-1: hope could have not kept that car going. No matter how much of a happy family we are. at that point in time it will not
speaker-0: Yeah, setting things and it's not just enough. Just like they say love is not enough. Like sometimes you know, we talk about marriage and all of that stuff. So there's always every part of your life needs something to keep it going.
speaker-1: So don't just ignore the one part because you feel like these are the parts driving.
speaker-0: Yeah. So you gotta it's recognizing who you are really. Like if you think about Psalm twenty three, I just we know the scriptures, but said the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want him, making me to lie down in green pastures. And then he decides to steal what what is and the three is so beautiful. He restored my soul. Restoration.
speaker-1: So.
speaker-0: Like if like you know, he created you but he still gives you that assurance that he restored your soul. And the and the other part of the scripture that talks about his mercies are new every morning. Why do you think he always refuels that every morning? You need
speaker-1: Is he new to me?
speaker-0: you need to be renewed. You need new fuel. You need to be able to get going.
speaker-1: every day you need to clear your mind to me.
speaker-0: Yeah,
speaker-1: Literally every aspect of our life needs to have a nice reboot. Just like a computer that once in a while you have to do some software updates and so you know restart. So it cleans out and closes old things. We need to do that to ourselves.
speaker-0: know, I feel like sometimes one thing that people just struggle with is if I stop, then there's stress so you struggle with.
speaker-1: I struggle with I don't know the best way to speak about that because I give myself tight deadlines, tag it and all. And if I stop, obviously I feel like I'm falling behind. And you know what? It's reasonable to feel that way. But then the counter statement to that would be if you stop and you miss a day compared to when your body stops and you miss a whole week.
speaker-0: I saw you that.
speaker-1: you're probably in hospital or you're just burnt out. Like you can't be productive. Yeah. And I remember there was a time you were doing some reading and I told you, was like, you're going to spend two hours and you're still not going to get anything done. Just go sleep and come back and you feel better. And it's just how life works in every instant.
speaker-0: And the funny thing is I didn't listen. I wish I did. So please listen. Well, this is real. Like we we've we we we're living that life right now, being busy, in all aspects of life. For those that really know us, past you know the screen, yeah, you know that the plates my cop running over. That's the best way to put it right now. But in that running over
speaker-1: my god, mine's a bolt. Mine's a bucket.
speaker-0: Well then the other part says surely goodness and mercy shall fall so we're living with new mercies every day every morning and I want to ask us have we really created a room for that restoration in our life? Give yourself grace, go back to the drawing board and list out every sometimes we we try to do that, list out every single thing we have going on, every single aspect, every single part of you know life ministry, everything we have our hands in, and we start to put realistic goals and expectation on how to achieve that. Because and then there's some days like today too where we're like, you know what? We're all tired. I know it's 6 p.m. We're all going to bed. Yeah. You know, whatever it takes, just go to bed and just give that body a rest. So I know we can sit here and probably like pull up all the scriptures well, all well and good, but let us talk about the real deal, the real life, the body that is the temple of God that God has created. And what God actually expects from us. Because it wants you to take care of his temple. Think about it that way. And it's the body, but it houses everything else. So if you're not taking care of that body, your soul, your spirit, everything that comes with it, whatever you bring out might not be your best. So for you to bring out your best, then you have to really take good care of yourself in all areas and make sure you are well.
speaker-1: Yeah. And I want to also mention that you have to be in sync with the rest of your, of your being. Like, I'll give an instance. Like when I saw you and the children in bed at that point, I, my first instant was like, I got stuff to I'm going to go get some stuff done. But then as I was walking away, was like, I'm going go lay down. And we lay, I lay down and By the you guys went off, I was up too and now here we are recording a podcast. if I had gone to do something else,
speaker-0: You would not be able to
speaker-1: I would not be able to do this. I can guarantee you that. I'll probably be sleeping right now. But here we are being able to do this at this time because we knew when to stop.
speaker-0: Yeah, I went to
speaker-1: Think about life as a road. There's red lights, there's stop signs, there's all kinds of things like that. And along that road, there's gas stations, there's little grocery stores for you to pick up, there's restaurants. That's how life is. You have to consistently look at your gauge. Where am I? Like sometimes, I remember if you're driving on some intense long highways, it'll tell you next few centimeters,
speaker-0: Yeah, then someone killed.
speaker-1: kilometers, thank God for new cars that tells you, this is your fuel range. So you know. So you know, it's not like you're You don't need to guess. You don't need to bring out the whole calculator and calculate how many kilometers you can go. No. You know your range or approximately your range. So then you make the wise decision to be like, hey, I have a 400 kilometers range and my next fuel is in like 395. Should I really be pushing that? Or should I go fill up? Fill up. Take the time and fill up. You don't want to be like us and arrive at the red lights empty. the funny part is a couple more lights after that red light and another turn to the right. The next red light is the gas station. Three lights away.
speaker-0: You know what actually hit me when you're saying that? You don't want to get to the red light empty. Think about the red light also and the other aspect of life as when it's all said and done and when it's when we're called home. You don't want to go empty. So the you you still have to f foil yourself spiritually. You need to sh be able to show forth your works. Do you get what I mean? Yeah. You know? You don't wanna you don't want it to be You don't have no words
speaker-1: You don't have no work.
speaker-0: other things or not like that's the not fueling yourself, not putting what needs to go in and not taking out what needs to go out. Like if you look at in marriages as well, a lot of people are rolling on empty. Mm-hmm. They're busy, kids come into the picture, we know. You know, you then forget how to love on each other, you forget Chase your
speaker-1: So that's it, just...
speaker-0: wife or your husband, you forget everything else. And you're running on empty because you're trying and before you know it, you're at a red light where you can't even trace back where it all started. And now it's it's it the communication is just broken down and there's nothing else to do.
speaker-1: Yeah. And then we can also think of the red lights as like an examination. Yes. You've gone through teachings and assignments and practices and now you're stopped at the red lights. And the light says go, but now you can't go
speaker-0: You can't go anywhere.
speaker-1: because you've exhausted everything you have. It's like I've heard of stories like this where people study so hard for an exam. and then fall asleep on the exam day because they start
speaker-0: I didn't sleep sleep like that but I was in the exam call and I was tired.
speaker-1: I've gone to an exam board and I'm stressing out and I pray as like God please give me strength. But I know that if I reprioritized my reading schedule I would not be in that situation.
speaker-0: I love that statement, prioritizing. Yeah. Like if we had because now it's a conscious thing, like somebody I'm like, is there gas? Is there gas in the car? Did I hear a ding? You know, if you prioritize life as you know, as you go, it's not easy. I'm not trying to make it sound all like lovey dovey. But if we prioritize life, we might have less situations where we we're run into stuff like this. Yeah. We might just have less of it.
speaker-1: And then I'll talk to my my breed of people, the risk takers. Trust me, this is not coming out easy. It's me. I'm speaking to myself as well. I tend to push the limits of how much even physically my vehicle can do when it comes to the gas. I can get the reserve there. Like it's silly. There's no need for that. It's not like you're in a bind where you can't buy gas or something like just buy it, just do it. And equating that to life, we take so much risk that we don't even know when not to take risk. And we feel like everything is an opportunity to take a risk. No, sometimes you just take it easy way because if it's that obvious, maybe it's just that easy to go that way.
speaker-0: Less is good. Yeah. Then it's good.
speaker-1: I'm not saying be lazy, not by any chance, but know when to take risks and know when to just not.
speaker-0: Yeah. You know, I just want us to trust God through the process. Thank you all for listening. Thank you for learning from this story. For real life, make sure you put gas in your car. Yes. For the other aspect you could be the person that stops in the red light and be like, Hey, do you need gas and come back? Yeah. Also you could also look at every other areas of your life and see where you're probably running empty. And if you're that person that stayed all night studying or you stayed all night doing one thing or the other and your body is telling you it's time to lay down, it's time to actually lay down. Listen to your body. You don't want to end up with a heart attack. I'm just telling you from a nursing perspective, you don't want to end up with blood pressure issues, you don't want to end up with so many other mental health issues just because you've shut down in all aspects of life and then now you're trying to get rescued. Love on yourself, love on the temple of God, that you know, that is your body and everything that is in it. And when you are properly rested and worked in all areas of life, then you are able to actually serve. Serve God, serve humanity and serve, you know, your community at large. And remember, remember if his mercies are new every morning and he keeps referring that mercy so you can have enough for just twenty-four hours. How much more? You know. You trying to do what you're supposed to do here on earth. So we're just gonna say a quick prayer and just pray with us. Father, we just want to say thank you. Thank you, Lord, for speaking to each and every one of us in every area of our lives. And I know some days it may look like you know the the time isn't enough and everything is going so fast, but we're asking, God, for grace to trust in you, for grace to wait on you, for grace to understand that your timing is always perfect regards of what's going on. We're asking Almighty God that you keep sending us help. You keep giving us mercies that are new every morning. You keep giving us strength that we need. Even on hard days when it technically you can't even stop right now because there's a deadline or there's something that needs to be achieved. We just ask for strength that we will not break down and we will not, you know, find ourselves at a red light without any fuel and can't go on anymore in life. And we will not get to a point where everything is just All empty, and then we can't even pour into people anymore, Father Lord Almighty. We just want to thank you for everyone listening, everyone watching for today's podcast, and we just ask, god, that you bless each and every one of us in Jesus' name. We pray. Amen. Thank you so much, guys. See you next
speaker-1: See you next time.
speaker-0: time. Bye.
