In our generation, what people perceive is their reality and that determines where they invest, what they buy, where they live etc As entrepreneurs, we must be able to tell a strong story of our brands
It’s not just ok to make a mental note of our experiences as entrepreneurs, there’s a need for us to document all our lessons both the good and the bad. Documenting helps us to understand when our strategy is or is not working, why it works and why it doesn’t work.
The key to effectiveness is not to do more but rather to do less but being very deliberate about what we do.
