What happens when businesses run out of qualified workers? In this insightful episode, Dr. Allen Lycka sits down with Dr. David DeLong—workforce strategist, author of Hidden Talent, and expert on the future of work—to uncover how companies can thrive by tapping overlooked talent pools.
With more than four decades studying the intersection of technology, demographics, and employment, Dr. DeLong shares powerful stories—from a young man on the autism spectrum thriving as a CNC machinist, to a former prisoner who became both an entrepreneur and an employer. His message is clear: solving chronic staffing shortages requires fresh thinking, courage, and a willingness to challenge bias.
