Being Poly is a podcast about identity, authenticity, connection, and purpose—hosted by husband and wife Ana Aiono Dowden and Greg Dowden.
“Poly” has more than one meaning for us. It’s rooted in our Polynesian/Pasifika identity, our experience with polyamory, and the many layers that make us who we are.
Through honest conversations, personal stories, and plenty of laughter, we explore relationships, sexuality, culture, family, love, and what happens when you start questioning the rules you inherited and intentionally build a life that actually fits you.
We’re not here to tell anyone the “right” way to live or love. We’re sharing what we’ve learned—and are still learning—as we figure out what it means to show up fully and authentically as ourselves.
Because there’s more than one way to love, more than one way to build a family, and more than one way to be you.
