The Expert Process Podcast, Season 2, Ep. 42 Kids Screen Ed, Part 1, Jean Thoren, Animation Magazine

Jean Thoren is animation royalty. As publisher and president of Animation Magazine and the Animation World Summit, taking place Nov. 1st-3rd, 2023, Jean is a woman on the move! Jean's time in animation dates back to the late 70's when animation was just starting out. She and her former husband, Terry, are attributed with laying the groundwork of much of what we know as animation today having developed shows like The Simpsons, Rugrats, The Wild Thorenberries, and more.

And lastly, Jean may just be the most interesting woman in animation as she has toe curling stories she shares that would make anyone's hair stand on the back of their neck! And she bares all in this episode. Yikes! Tune in for another great interview and find her at www.animationmagazine.net.  This is the first of a three part series. Enjoy!
