AI is changing the world faster than ever-but are we preparing the next generation for what's coming?
In this thought-provoking episode of the Super Entrepreneurs Podcast, Shahid Durrani sits down with Matt Dalio, founder of Endless Studios, to discuss why creativity, entrepreneurship, and problem-solving may become far more valuable than traditional technical skills in an AI-driven economy.
Rather than teaching young people to simply consume technology, Matt believes we should help them become builders. Through game creation, collaboration, and hands-on learning, students develop resilience, curiosity, confidence, and the mindset needed to thrive in a future where artificial intelligence is everywhere.
The conversation also explores the importance of profitable businesses over vanity metrics, the relationship between mindset and execution, journaling as a leadership tool, why distribution often matters more than product, and how entrepreneurs can build businesses that create both impact and long-term sustainability.
Whether you're a founder, educator, parent, or simply curious about where AI is taking us, this episode offers practical ideas and a refreshing perspective on preparing people-not just technology-for the future.
