00:02:49
Speaker 6: I'm telling you.
00:02:52
Speaker 7: It must it must be the quality of the meat, because it was.
00:02:56
Speaker 6: It was just as good as a day. It was awesome.
00:02:58
Speaker 8: Why did you wait so long?
00:03:00
Speaker 6: I forgot it was in my fridge?
00:03:01
Speaker 3: Oh all right, well I imagine, so I then you're out and.
00:03:05
Speaker 6: Walk it off.
00:03:06
Speaker 5: It's like that crumb cake that was in the freezer for three years.
00:03:09
Speaker 2: I was sure I didn't walking, so back onto the plate for you.
00:03:12
Speaker 9: Let's you know he's not a fat guy, because no left over the last in my house, mom, seventeen minutes.
00:03:18
Speaker 2: I mean I was. I was thinking to myself today, I don't know why, Maybe I should get on the scale, And then I thought, nah, please, why would you want to do that? And throw up in your mouth? Two seconds later? The food was just absurd over the last one. Yeah, oh my god, it's just every too much. Every time I checked it just felt full.
00:03:37
Speaker 9: Right, no take up bulimia, speaking of throwing up in your mouth, if you could pick that up ball, Oh it was good for you.
00:03:46
Speaker 8: It was great weekend. Every everything could have went I couldn't have went better.
00:03:49
Speaker 9: Uh, you know, it's just nice to have mom around still for Christmas, you know, saying how you know.
00:03:55
Speaker 8: So it was just great, like the kids.
00:03:57
Speaker 9: Uh my son moved down to Louisiana to place some hockey down there, so he wasn't with us, but we got to FaceTime him. And just a great weekend. It was just everybody had fun and just feel blessed.
00:04:09
Speaker 2: All right, good, very good. Looks like everybody in the chats talking about their weekends. Looks everybody had a great time, had some great food, great time with family, which is all great to see as well. We'll get to sports, we'll get to news. Lots to go to, but right now, let's get tonight's first word. And as we think about twenty six and some of the things that will come up, especially when it comes to the Supreme Court, I've been thinking a lot lately about this whole birthright citizenship mess, this idea that anybody who sneaks across the border drops a baby on American soil, and poof, the kid's a full fledge US citizen with all the rights and privileges thereof. And the liberals of course, well, they love it. They scream the Fourteenth Amendment. It's settled law, don't you know. But hold on here, let's just a minute. Let's take a closer look what the Constitution actually says, what the framers meant, and why this modern interpretation is nothing but a giant loophole that's eroding our sovereignty faster than you can say anchor babies. Let's start with the text itself, the citizenship clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. Quote, all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens. Ah, there's the key phrase that the left always seems to gloss over. Subject to the jurisdiction thereof. That's not just about being on us soil, folks, No, sir, that's about complete political allegiance, owing no loyalty to any foreign power. The Fourteenth Amendment was ratified in eighteen sixty eight to make sure free to slaves got full citizenship after the Civil War. It was about black Americans, not about turning out America into a maternity ward for the entire world. Let's go back to the debate. Senator Lyman Trumbull, one of the big shots behind it said, plain a day, quote subject to the jurisdiction means full jurisdiction, no allegiance to any foreign sovereign. Even the eighteen sixty six Civil Rights Act, the precursor said citizenship for those quote not subject to any foreign power. And Native Americans born here but excluded because their allegiance was to their tribes. If tribal loyalty disqualified them, how on earth can we say illegal aliens folks who owe allegiance to Mexico or wherever put their kids under full US jurisdiction just by crossing the border. And don't get me started on the Supreme Court. The case they always trot out is won kim Ark in eighteen ninety eight. But if you read it carefully, that was about a child born to do legal permanent resident parents who were domiciled here carrying on business, fully settled, not transients, not illegals. The Court never said a word about children of unlawful entrance. In fact, earlier cases like Elk versus Wilkins made it crystal clear if you're under another jurisdiction like a tribe, no automatic citizenship. The same logic should apply today. This isn't about geography. It's about consent. Our founders built a nation based on the consent of us. The governed Congress has the power to set naturalization rules Article one, Section eight. But now, thanks to bureaucratic inertia and activist judges who are dodging the issue, we let illegal immigration dictate citizenship policy. It's a self perpetuating scam. Sneak in, have a kid, chain, migration follows, and the American people get no say. It strains our resources, incentivizes more law breaking, and undermines the very idea of what it means to be an American. Now let's go a little deeper, because the real meaning of natural born citizen, the one in Article two for the presidency, comes straight from the book Law of Nations, and that's a book the founder has consulted constantly. Benjamin Franklin had it. George Washington checked it out from the library. The author said it was clear natural born citizens are those quote born in the country of parents who are citizens both parents. Because the society perpetuates itself through the children of citizens who follow their father's condition. The Framers knew this. John Jay wrote to Washington, we need a quote strong check against foreigners in the presidency, No command of the army for anyone but a natural born citizen to keep out foreign influence, dual loyalties. That's why the requirement exists only for president. But then along came wankim ark and the post Civil war muddling, and now folks think just being born here makes you natural born, no matter the parents wrong look at minor vers happersat. In eighteen seventy eight, the Supreme Court said there were never doubts about children born to citizen parents being natural born. Doubt only about those with foreign parents and folks. If we stick to the founder's intent, it could be argued that neither Barack Obama with his Kenyan father, nor Kamala Harris with parents from Jamaica and India here on student visas not permanent residents at her birth, either one qualifies natural born citizens. Under that original understanding, Obama's foreign parentage and upbringing Harris's two neither fits the definition the Framers relied on. We've muddied the water so bad that foreign influence is exactly what warned against. It's time to fix this, and I think the Supreme Court will congress needs to pass a law clarifying the fourteenth and automatic birthright for illegals and transients. And for the presidency, we need a constitutional amendment. No person except one born of two citizen parents, permanently residing in the United States shall be a natural born citizen. This isn't partisanship. It's fidelity to the Constitution, to our sovereignty, to the rule of law. Citizenship is sacred. It's the heart of the social contract. We can't let executive overreach or liberal loopholes destroy it. The American people deserve a say, let's get back to the founder's vision before it's too late. And that's tonight's first word. And when we think about what could come before the Supreme Court next year, maybe even early next year, this is obviously one of the big ones this in tariffs. And the part about that it really sticks to me is the consent of the people, We the people, the consent of the people, the idea that people can just continually drop kids here who come across the border, and we the people have absolutely no say in millions upon tens of millions of people who then, as I say, come into this country and strain resources and all the other things that come with it. The consent of us, the people not being any part of this equation is mind boggling. And what's never the intent. And that's why I do think the Supreme Court will give President Trump a big win here. Boys, anybody want to jump in.
00:11:37
Speaker 6: Well, let's hope.
00:11:38
Speaker 7: And we know why this is the case, right is because for decades now, nobody's ever pushed back on it.
00:11:44
Speaker 6: They kind of let it happen. And we see it all the time.
00:11:48
Speaker 7: The more you let something happen, then it becomes expected, then it becomes the norm.
00:11:53
Speaker 6: And it's very tough to undo something.
00:11:56
Speaker 7: It's very tough to get that toothpaste back in the uh back of the two right.
00:12:02
Speaker 9: It's social engineering, it's the erosion of the American core values. They erode the values because that they want to do is they want to eliminate the nationalist, populist pride of a nation because somehow know they've framed it to be, uh, you know, you're a colonialist or you're on stolen land and all of these things to subvert the will of the people. And it's truly outstanding how people fall for it. I mean, this is the plan has been a slow cook mental uh, you know, destruction of the youth to act as though they we don't belong on our own land.
00:12:38
Speaker 8: You know, our country.
00:12:39
Speaker 9: Isn't great like and now attack white people around the more than ever. And it's like you see Elon Omar today saying something to the effect of white people the worst people in the world in this country. Uh, you know, doesn't need them, and it's just the attack is endless. But from what I remember those uh, a lot of white people invented a lot of cool stuff.
00:13:00
Speaker 2: So you know, all right, thirty past the our live from Studio six We just getting started on a Monday night. Glad you're in. We'll do some news, we'll recap the odds makers, do some sports, get into some what's going on today, and we'll look forward to twenty twenty six as we put a rap on twenty twenty five. Glad you're in. Everybody, We're back right after this. All right, seventeen past the hour, live from Studio six B on a Monday night, Real America's voice all across the country. Glad you're in. But everybody, hope you had a great merry Christmas and a great week, great weekend. Back at it tonight tomorrow, and then we're off obviously Wednesday, Thursday, Happy New Year, New Year's even New Year's Day. We'll be back on Friday, and then of course we're back for a brand new year obviously on what that is January fourth, next Monday.
00:14:33
Speaker 5: Fifth, well five, January fifth.
00:14:37
Speaker 6: So yeah, well we have Friday show too though I.
00:14:39
Speaker 2: Just said that. Okay, all right, let's do some sports. We'll recap the odds makers that you guys did on Friday. I heard you had a very good guest on.
00:14:48
Speaker 5: She was awesome from the good that was one of all best ever.
00:14:52
Speaker 1: It was great.
00:14:52
Speaker 5: She did actually did good. She actually beat the experts.
00:14:55
Speaker 2: Okay, very good, Let's let's recap it. Sports is brought to you by Mike Lindell. LFSA is the promo code to use if you shop at all My Pillow All the Great Stuff from My Pillow and mystore dot com. You can use it at both slick. What's going on?
00:15:08
Speaker 4: Okay, well, big d Nancy Pierce Pierce the ceiling that Aaron and I did not really deliver on. We both went one, two and one over the weekend. Some really tough games, getting hard to pick teams that you think have no reason to play or playing their lights playing lights out, and vice versa. It's just a really topsy turvy kind of timing year. But let's get into the Monday night football before we even get into the recap. We got a game tonight right now going on down in Atlanta, Georgia. We got the Mercedes Benz Stadium, and it's the Atlanta Falcons playing essentially for not much at six and nine against a Ram team that's looking to up this seating. And well, I'm gonna go. I guess I'll pick first on at Big D and I'm going to go with As much as I'm thinking Atlanta could be in for an upset, I'm gonna take the Rams. Pooka Nakula, I mean, Matthew Stafford. They've just been incredible all season. I think they're going to just come out and blow them out. It might be a game for the first half, but I'm gonna have to go with the Rams.
00:15:58
Speaker 5: They've been getting it done. Yeah, seven and a half points.
00:16:01
Speaker 4: Like I said, I feel like it could be a closer game, but I'm gonna go with the I'm gonna go with the Rams on the road.
00:16:07
Speaker 5: Lay In lanes seven and a half.
00:16:08
Speaker 2: All right, Actually they learned it closed at seven, so let's go with an even seven.
00:16:12
Speaker 5: Okay, seven, it is all right?
00:16:14
Speaker 2: Eron, what are you gonna do here?
00:16:15
Speaker 10: I'm gonna go with the Rams here. I haven't picked against them all seasons, so I'm not going to start now. I feel like they really deserve to win that game last week again to Seahawks, like Slick said, they're fighting for the number one spot in the NFC. They're going to fight like hell tonight to get there. And they haven't had any consecutive losses at all the seasons. So yes, they lost last week, so I really don't expect them to start losing two games in a row in week seventeen. Just not gonna happen. They're gonna filay the Falcons.
00:16:37
Speaker 2: All right, Very good, Rams minus seven for both of you. Slick forty six and forty on the air, Aaron fifty and thirty five. Nancy was two and two. So the audience is now twenty one and twenty five. Very respectable for the audience at four games below five hundred for people who don't really do this or study it. So they've done pretty well, very good. As a matter of fact. So all right, what else is going on sports?
00:16:59
Speaker 4: Look, well, a recap now, So we had a game there. We had the BYU and Georgia Tech the Pop Tart Bowl. That was a good one on Saturday, number twelve. BYU defeated Georgia Tech twenty five to twenty one. But unfortunately I tied the spread. I had three and a half, but the gotto gold four when he gave the spread, so we went with rix four points to go with whoever the is hosting the show has the final say on the spread, like you just did now at seven.
00:17:22
Speaker 5: So I lost that game, unfortunately, but.
00:17:24
Speaker 4: Bare bachmea vision and twenty five yards one touchdown and miterception play.
00:17:29
Speaker 3: I'm setting the stage.
00:17:30
Speaker 5: I'm just letting you've got shady up here.
00:17:33
Speaker 2: You know.
00:17:33
Speaker 5: I cost me a half a point, David, It's okay.
00:17:35
Speaker 6: Goodness.
00:17:36
Speaker 4: He cast Ryan eight catches for one hundred and twenty yards, So that was a tip leak. That was the only college game anybody picked over the weekend. Aaron didn't pick any bowl games. We got a big bowl weekend coming up till we're gonna have to start picking on Wednesday obviously. Actually, Tuesday, we'll be picking that right because tomorrow that's all this show until Friday. So we got the Texans twenty to sixteen CJ. Stroud sixteen to twenty eight, two hundred and forty four yards, two touchdowns. Aaron and Nancy were on that with the win good pick there. Charge is just they couldn't get it done and Herbert is really hurting, He's really hobbled.
00:18:04
Speaker 5: So we'll see.
00:18:04
Speaker 4: Steel Is upset by the Browns, upset of the day. In fact, thirteen to six. Aaron Rodgers an absolutely abysmal day, twenty one to thirty nine hundred and sixty eight yards Cleveland shared Dors Sanders not much better, but enough to get it done because he did have a touchdown pass one hundred and eighty six yards and one pick. Slick and Nancy with the loss on that one, Packers fell forty one to twenty four to the Ravens.
00:18:25
Speaker 5: Nobody saw that coming and obviously Baltimore.
00:18:28
Speaker 4: Playing for a winner, go home game next Sunday night against the Steelers.
00:18:32
Speaker 2: A terrible loss by the Steelers.
00:18:34
Speaker 4: Terrible herby they didn't show up and of course Rodgers only could do was cry at the end of the game about a no call.
00:18:39
Speaker 5: Pass in appearance.
00:18:40
Speaker 4: When you only put up six points for a whole game, how could you cry when the last play of the.
00:18:44
Speaker 5: Game you're looking for a p Terrible not gonna happen.
00:18:46
Speaker 4: Derek Henry, big props to him passing the old time great Tony Dorset for the Dallas Cowboy. There he had two undred and sixteen yards, thirty six carries, and four touchdowns passing door set now for number ten all time on the NFL rushing list.
00:18:58
Speaker 5: Rams we got that game right now going on.
00:19:00
Speaker 4: But Jaguars twenty three to seventeen over old Man Rivers and the Colts just can't get it done. I think that's the last we're ever going to see of Rivers. I think his season's pretty much over. Philip Rivers' career is pretty much over. Trevor Lawrence great game twenty three to thirty seven, two hundred and sixty yards, one interception. This starting to look good. Aaron had to push on that Eagles edge. The Bills good game thirteen to twelve. Defensive struggle. Josh Allen misses a wide open Khalil Shakir right at the end of the game. Would have had that two point conversion and obviously Philly holds on for the win.
00:19:29
Speaker 5: And last, but not least, the Niners and Bears.
00:19:31
Speaker 4: What a game back and forth five times seven twenty thirty five. First time in NFL history that a game went back and forth seven points, seven points to thirty five in a regular season game. Unbelievable, But the nine has held on. Christian McCaffrey with a great game twenty three carries, one hundred and forty yards and a touchdown. He's been getting it done. He is the fantasy player of the year. I think in my book and Chicago Caleb Williams is going to have something to say before it's all over. I think Dubb Bears are going to be pretty good, big dig but we shall see as time progresses and the playoffs start. Steelers makes surprise forty five million dollars decision on dk Metcalff after fan ultilication. This is Eric Richter of New York Posts. Dk metcalf has full support from the Pittsburgh Steelers. The star receiver was suspended for the final two games of the season for his violent altercation with a Lions fan on de Cemit twenty for us could have had his guaranteed money voided. We talked about this last week, he would have lost up to forty five million, just the paraphrase, real quick. The Steelers are not going to take to take action on any of those tickers there, and they're going to let him keep his money.
00:20:29
Speaker 5: They feel they could build a long time relationship with the form.
00:20:31
Speaker 4: Of Seattle Supers law. So we shall see big d. That's a wrapping sports back to.
00:20:35
Speaker 2: You, all right, very good slick. You know, I heard a stat that this is amazing. Tom Brady never took a snap under center with his team mathematically eliminated from the playoffs in his whole career. Is that unbelievable? That's wow, that's wild.
00:20:51
Speaker 5: Next, I have not heard that one. Pretty That is a wold one.
00:20:54
Speaker 2: Brady never took a snap under center where his team mathematically eliminated from the playoffs and his whole career and obviously one seven or whatever it.
00:21:02
Speaker 4: Was, sixth round draft choice. That's cool, sixth round draft choice.
00:21:06
Speaker 2: Let's do some news. Paul Nolan's got it, mister Nolan. What's going on?
00:21:09
Speaker 9: This is from the Well Well Well department. If you guys noticed this, but going around social media, Chuck Schumer voted yes for the Maritime Drug Law Enforcement Act of nineteen eighty six, which authorized military boats to fire on drug smugglers the House. The House approved it three hundred and ninety two to sixteen, but a Senate approval of ninety seven to two. With that being said, don't you think Chuck Schumer might want to wow pipe down a little bit. Let's go to our own stitch Field was cool. Let's show the clip where we're.
00:21:49
Speaker 2: Actually I think it's Steve Gruber right, threw one rolls in front of me.
00:21:53
Speaker 11: Yeah.
00:21:53
Speaker 12: Time.
00:21:53
Speaker 13: Drug Law Enforcement Act of nineteen eighty six, authored by a member of Congress in nineteen eighty six from the state of New York, is named Chuck Schumer. He wrote the law that passed almost unanimously that makes it legal to blow drug boats out of the water. It happened in the eighties a lot and the nine. Go ahead, look it up, folks. Chuck Schumer the author of this bill that made what we're doing with Venezuelan drug boats fully legal. We don't need permission from the rest of the world. Chuck Schumer gave us that in nineteen eighty six.
00:22:21
Speaker 3: Forty years ago, guys. Great if you guys get it just to catch him North.
00:22:25
Speaker 9: Yeah, it's great when he's just he's just got like you think he's walking around with a baseball batlee, He's like, he just comes shopping it down.
00:22:32
Speaker 8: So I love that clip. I thought that was funny.
00:22:36
Speaker 2: I just, uh so, what Schumer. Of course, the Democrats don't care when you catch them in things like this.
00:22:43
Speaker 5: Think that was forty years ago, Big Deacon. They changing care.
00:22:46
Speaker 8: He's been in the household. He forgot he did it. He had no idea. It's just no way.
00:22:55
Speaker 14: Y.
00:22:55
Speaker 2: We'll come back with some main headlines. Rick Delgado's got him line from Studio six to B Monday night. Glad you're a part of the show. As always, We're back right after this thirty minutes past the hour, live from Studio six B on a Monday night, Real America's Voice, Glad you're in Seliktarry's doing sports. Nou God's gonna have main headlines coming up here in a second. Paul Nolan's got some news. Aaron and Fran holding it down in the big room. As always, Glad you're in Hope. You had a great week, lots of news to get to Our poll is up for the night right now on our ex Will scotus give President Trump a victory on birthright citizenship in twenty twenty six this, of course, following after the first word tonight. Head over to our ex at LFS six B and take part in vote in the poll of the night, which will be up there all night during the show. So we'll check back with that and see where you're at. Do no diper diplomacy tonight? Right erin? No? All right, let's do some headline news with Rick Delgatto. He's got it. What's going on? Docta? All right?
00:25:08
Speaker 7: Well, I think the big story that everybody is talking about has to be the story coming out of Minnesota with all the fraud we're talking about. The Nick Shirley video that seems to be well took on a life of its own on social media until finally the mainstream news networks are starting to acknowledge it and play it, and even Fox News has played it. Several Republican lawmakers now are addressing the fraud that they see coming out of Minnesota. They release a statement officially calling for the state's Democratic governor Tim Waltz to resign in light of the unfolding fraud scandal that has spiral during his tenure. Minnesotas have been watching this fraud crisis gets worse and worse for years.
00:25:53
Speaker 6: It has gone on long enough.
00:25:54
Speaker 7: This is coming from Minnesota State Centers Bill Leski, Nathan we Wesenberg, along with state representatives as well Drew Roach, Marge Fogelman.
00:26:03
Speaker 6: And Mike Wiener.
00:26:04
Speaker 7: They said in a press conference a press release, I should say earlier today, it's not about politics or stunts.
00:26:10
Speaker 6: We don't make this call lightly.
00:26:12
Speaker 7: The office of the governor deserves respect and we've tried to give Governor Wall's time to act. And as you've seen, he's trying to come out. He's trying to do a little dance and talk about how he's leading the charge and trying to stop fraud. But it's all been happening under his watch, and it's just kind of an amazing thing to watch. If you didn't see any of the Nick Shirley stuff, it's about forty five forty six minute a video that you can watch the whole thing on social media on his YouTube page. Here's about a minute of it. Here is Nick Shirley cutting number seven documenting some of this fraud that they found this child childcare fraud in Minnesota. Cut seven.
00:26:54
Speaker 15: Check this out here in Minnesota, massive fraud is taking place within the government and the Somali population.
00:27:02
Speaker 6: Here.
00:27:02
Speaker 15: This building alone quality learning center is a daycare, yet they spelt learning wrong and they set up hearing. This daycare alone in twenty twenty five has received one point nine million dollars from the government. And the strange things about these childcare centers is there's no one here right now.
00:27:22
Speaker 1: It's midday on a weekday, and if you.
00:27:24
Speaker 15: Were to try to go inside, it's completely closed and the windows are all blacked out.
00:27:30
Speaker 1: No one's working midday children should.
00:27:32
Speaker 15: Be in here, and this place is licensed for ninety nine children and this is the outside. There's no windows, no nothing. And like I said, they literally spelt the word wrong on their sign. This is open and blatant fraud taking place here inside of Minnesota.
00:27:49
Speaker 1: The government is complicit with this.
00:27:50
Speaker 15: And this is just one of the hundreds of child daycare centers here inside of Minneapolis being ran by the Somali population.
00:27:57
Speaker 1: It's sad that it's happening here.
00:27:58
Speaker 15: In Minnesota, and its state said's happening, and it's being labeled on the small population. However, that's just the facts of what's happening here inside of Minnesota. One point nine million dollars for this daycare center that can't even spell learning right.
00:28:11
Speaker 7: Yeah, and again that's part of a larger forty two minute video. He's got help going to several different places as well.
00:28:19
Speaker 6: In the video.
00:28:20
Speaker 7: You can see on his YouTube page. He's a YouTuber known and we're talking about Nick Sharli here, known for his investigative videos, particularly this one investigating the alleged fraud in Minnesota daycare centers. He's only twenty three years old and independent journalists, and let's face it, he is kind of getting a lot of credit for blowing the lid off of this thing. I mean, there've been rumblings about this stuff for years.
00:28:43
Speaker 9: We talked about it here on the show about three weeks ago, and it's really you know, it's nice to see you take it on a life that's one hundred million.
00:28:50
Speaker 2: Views, yeah and growing.
00:28:52
Speaker 7: And also here is a senator Ron Johnson this cut number eight. Here he is reacting to the video and to the fraud coming out of Minnesota. Again, Senator Ron Johnson checked this out cut number eight.
00:29:04
Speaker 11: Well, first of all, we need to put all kinds of pressure on the state agencies to give us their records. Now, I'm chairing of the Permanent subcoming investigations. This will be a primary folks of ours. We're already reaching out to Nick Shirley and David and other people who can provide testimony for this. But we also need documents. So you know, these agency heads who finally the federal money to the state agencies, they have to demand that the state agencies are transparent, and unfortunately, particularly in Democrat controlled states, they're not. They're refusing turn of those records. I've got subpoena power. I will use that subpoena power to obtain these records because we have to get to bond. This understand Somali's just been in this country a few years. They're amateurs when it comes to fleecing the federal government. And let's face it, thenment the federal government is probably the easiest consumer, the easiest payer to fleece, and states do it time and time again. So this is just tip of the iceberg.
00:29:55
Speaker 6: Yeah, and again.
00:29:57
Speaker 7: You know you've got those state reps in Minnesota call for Tim Waltz to step down.
00:30:01
Speaker 6: We'll see what happens with that. But of course people hear.
00:30:04
Speaker 2: That, and all's they hear is more subpoenas, more powers, more investigation, more congressional oversight, and it leads to nothing, big zero. But that's what people hear when they watch that clip. Although I guess the Department of Justice tonight has charged is that what I saw?
00:30:23
Speaker 6: I'm not sure if they Department of Justice charged that.
00:30:26
Speaker 2: I believe ninety eight individuals.
00:30:28
Speaker 6: Oh, it's up to ninety eight.
00:30:30
Speaker 2: Dealing with Minnesota. And I see tonight breaking news that following nick exposure of millions in fraud and Somalia run care centers in Minnesota. Now similar concerns are surfacing in Washington state. Oh, another liberal, I.
00:30:45
Speaker 8: Sent you a clip about what's happening in Maine.
00:30:47
Speaker 2: Where there were five hundred and thirty nine of about five thousand licensed care centers. They've now discovered our Somali run and all of them, if not many of them, lacking a physical address.
00:31:00
Speaker 9: Did you guys know on one of the phone numbers of one of the places in Minnesota, one of the learning centers, leering centers. It uh, it directly rang to Waltz's office.
00:31:11
Speaker 8: That left the round number rang into Waltz's office. I watched that. I posted it twice.
00:31:16
Speaker 2: I was confirmed. I saw that, but I didn't know if that was confirmed.
00:31:18
Speaker 9: It was confirmed, yep, and uh you you could see it on the it's the same phone number on the website for Tim Waltz and uh yeah, so that's that was confirmed. But the fraud just doesn't end. And uh now Minnesota is not the only one. Ohio is starting to uncover the fraud there in the Somali community and up in Maine.
00:31:39
Speaker 8: I sent you a clip that I posted.
00:31:42
Speaker 9: I don't know if you could play it here, but it's almost I think they're up to like eleven or twelve million dollars in fraud found in in.
00:31:49
Speaker 8: In Maine already.
00:31:50
Speaker 9: And it's these are all these these fronts and what they'll they'll create, Like some money ends up back in you know, the Islamic Brotherhood, It ends up in the mining companies, It spins around, it gets loaned it out and everyone gets rich and costs you a tax pay of money. Yeah, it's twenty eight plus million dollars been billed to the people of Maine so far.
00:32:10
Speaker 8: Now Ohio again.
00:32:11
Speaker 6: Yeah, Ohio.
00:32:13
Speaker 7: We talked about Ohio starting to show some cracks when it comes to that. In Washington State, that's a new one. But I'm sure we're going to see even more of these Democrat states where you're going to see some of this frauds start to come out. According to the spokesperson for Tim Waltz's office, check this out of because this has all the earmarks of getting to the bottom of it. They've hired an outside firm to audit payments, to hire programs, shut down the housing stabilization services entirely, and announce a new state by program integrity director that's gonna be that was hired by Tim Waltz.
00:32:46
Speaker 8: Yeah, wonderful.
00:32:47
Speaker 6: I'm sure. I'm sure he'll look right into what Tim Waltz has been done.
00:32:50
Speaker 2: Of course, here's the other part of this that's got to drive you crazy. When you think of Nick Shirley, here's a kid with an iPhone who goes out and does more investigative work then the federal government. Was able to do here for a long time, and you think, well, you know, at least he discovered it. This is something at least he's kind of. This is now new on everybody's radar. Well, not exactly. Let me take you back to two thousand and no, not twenty three, not twenty two, not twenty one, two thousand and fourteen. Representative Jason Lewis, Republican from Minnesota's second District, testifying in front of the Health and Human Services Department and their priorities in two thousand and fourteen.
00:33:32
Speaker 16: Here it is situation in my home state of Minnesota where we've got a number of daycare providers that are openly violating federal and state laws and regulations, taking money for personal use, using the money to set up a fraudulent childcare client, and then providing a kickback. Has been reported.
00:33:51
Speaker 2: This is a major issue.
00:33:52
Speaker 16: There are allegations that well, not just several, You've got twenty three childcare daycare centers either closed or under investigation.
00:34:00
Speaker 5: The fraud may go as.
00:34:01
Speaker 16: High as one hundred million dollars.
00:34:04
Speaker 2: Now, think about that.
00:34:04
Speaker 16: In fiscal year twenty eighteen, Minnesota received one hundred and twenty million in federal funding. The state contributed about fifty million in matching and maintenance funds, and we may have a fraud case of nearly one hundred million in this state, with money then being transferred out of the country via MSP airport. This is a big issue in my home state of Minnesota. Can you share with me what your agency is doing to investigate this? And I'm just wondering if we could not come up with some form of stricter enforcement to monitor the states that are receiving these funds to make certain that there's some sort of oversight here. This is very thank you for your testimony today, are you yeah?
00:34:42
Speaker 2: Yeah, So I thought it was twenty fourteen, he said twenty eighteen. So twenty eighteen, So this is this is no not in anyone's radar.
00:34:51
Speaker 7: And what's crazy is that the number has grown a lot more since then. Like what did he talk about? One hundred million now million nine billion in just the state of Minnesota, So you can imagine what that number is around the country. But of course the left is out there, you know them, they're all about pointing the finger at you know who, President Trump.
00:35:12
Speaker 6: They're saying it's his fault. Believe it or not.
00:35:14
Speaker 7: Here is Mara Gay. You might recall her. She's really good from the New York Times. She's really good at math.
00:35:22
Speaker 6: You can look that up for yourself.
00:35:24
Speaker 7: Here she is basically saying, yeah, but Trump is the reason for this.
00:35:28
Speaker 6: This is cut number nine, marragay, check this out.
00:35:31
Speaker 17: The question is, you know, why is this a priority? In a different kind of way, the politicization of the DOJ and the FBI is undeniable. So whether they are reliable narrators is the big question. And this is what happens when you weaponize and politicize federal agencies that are not meant to be you know, politicized. And I think the American people are right word for the question, Yeah, well can we trust you? And that's a sad thing to say as an American.
00:36:01
Speaker 7: Yeah, sad thing to say that she's actually somebody that you know, works for the New York Times and people look up to in terms of looking for her opinion when it comes to stuff like this.
00:36:11
Speaker 6: Amazing.
00:36:11
Speaker 2: Since Mike Davis nails it again tonight, Not tonight, he did this a little while ago. Doze exposed trillions in fraud in just months. A twenty three year old independent journalist with a iPhone exposed billions in a day the federal government. And I just showed you the video from twenty eighteen. The federal government spends four billion a year on our inspector generals to root out waste, fraud, and abuse. What the hell have they been doing? Doesn't look like And again it's not like it wasn't on their radar. I had a guy testifying in front of them in eighteen, yeah, saying hello.
00:36:46
Speaker 7: And remember, you know, this has been a story that's been swirling around Minnesota.
00:36:50
Speaker 6: For a while.
00:36:50
Speaker 7: I believe that one state representative was shot and killed when she decided to go against you know, the machine, the democratic machine that state. So maybe that's another way they kind of keep people quiet is with the threat of violence. Speaking of violence, Brandon Tatum is arranging security for Nick Shirley after all this stuff that's.
00:37:11
Speaker 2: Been going down. Alright, seventeen to the hour, Alvet from Studio six P. More headline news with dog Gotta coming up right after this. All right, thirteen to the hour, Love for Studio six B on a Monday night, Real America's Voice, Glad you're in. People can't believe that Cliff from twenty eighteen. It's out there. This is no big surprise to anybody who's been paying attention. People have known this money was getting flown out of the country for a long long time. A couple other things on this, and then we'll move on. And I know dellg God has got another story. Here is the news report from a local NBC station in Maine that Paul was talking about Somalian owned healthcare company fraud in Maine. They have been over billing for fake services and services not covered by Medicaid total of twenty eight million plus build to taxpayers twenty twenty. It was five point three million twenty twenty one to five point five twenty twenty two to four point eight twenty twenty three, four point four twenty twenty four to four point one. Here's the local NBC reporter.
00:39:07
Speaker 18: There is some credible allegation of fraud. The big accusations is that Gateway was billing for services they did not provide, and billing for services that Maincare does not cover. Now, this suspension is one of three new documents we received from DHHS. The second one is the results of a.
00:39:23
Speaker 1: Third separate audit.
00:39:25
Speaker 18: We told you earlier this month that two prior DHHS audits found that Gateway had overbuilt Maincare by a combination of six hundred and sixty thousand dollars. Now, this third latest audit covers March one, December twenty one to December thirty first, twenty twenty two. In that third audit, it found that Gateway overbuild Maincare by more than one million dollars during.
00:39:48
Speaker 2: That time period.
00:39:50
Speaker 18: DHHS also confirmed to us how much Maincare paid Gateway between the years of twenty nineteen and twenty twenty four. It's about four to five million each year, a ti total of more than twenty eight million dollars. And this third audit falls right in the middle of that time frame.
00:40:07
Speaker 2: Story for us. Yeah, yeah, you know.
00:40:10
Speaker 9: And it's the only reason why they're reporting on is because they're racist.
00:40:14
Speaker 6: That's a ton of money, man.
00:40:16
Speaker 7: I wonder who's uh, who's in charge of all that?
00:40:20
Speaker 9: Yeah, what I understand, the people who like run the location get twenty percent of it, and then the money gets filtered out to all the uh the criminals in politics who uh you know let them Yeah, when they safe and off of the man's up in the hands of the Muslim Brotherhood. In a lot of places, it ends up in the hands of the politicians and the nngos. It's crazy, man, this is just and until I see an arrest, it's gonna be really hard to to not lose all confidence in government completely.
00:40:53
Speaker 2: Here's the I didn't go there directly to make sure this is correct, but I'll trust that this is. This is out from present than Trump in the White House. Rapid response forty seven on X says, if you go to the Minnesota Department of Human Services right now to look up licensing information for some of these daycares, this is the message that you get. The Minnesota Department of Human Services has seen an unprecedented high volume of traffic to the website, causing service disruptions and website outages. We're actively working on this issue. This message will be removed when it's resolved, which should be around twenty thirty five. So yeah.
00:41:32
Speaker 7: What's also crazy is that the what you said, Damon, and I looked it up and you're right. Over five hundred daycare centers in Washington State lists Somali speaking Somali as their primary language. I don't even think there's probably five hundred families, Somali families in that state.
00:41:50
Speaker 6: And you're gonna tell me, I guess they all own daycare centers. It's amazing thing.
00:41:54
Speaker 8: Wow, you know.
00:41:55
Speaker 9: And Eric Dartry is also reporting that they are multiple corrupt Minnesota judge on the five for dismissing a flurry of recent Somali fraud cases and the connections between the people who own these facilities and these judges who weren't even voted in.
00:42:13
Speaker 8: There was just a point that it's with no.
00:42:15
Speaker 9: Opposition, it's I really hope this House of Cause comes tumbling down because it's bad.
00:42:20
Speaker 7: Yeah, and more coming out of Minnesota. Of course, Tim Waltz, the governor, his office claims he's worked for years, David to stop all this fraud. As the investigation is heating up, the spokesperson for his office defended him, claimed the governor is working to stop that fraud. In the social media post on the eighteenth of December, he said, we will not tolerate fraud and we will continue to work with our federal partners sur sure fraud has stopped and the fraudsters are caught.
00:42:48
Speaker 6: Of course, that's you know, as.
00:42:50
Speaker 7: Paul's pointed out, it's like having certain families investigate each other when you're trying to figure out a crime. Here is Governor Waltz responding to some of this fraud talk cut fifteen. Tim Walts himself cut fifteen checked us out.
00:43:04
Speaker 19: I think what the President did was elevate it. I do believe and I will fully own this. We should have been keeping Minnesotan's more up to speed on what was happening. We should have been, I think, on a better cadence as you see things that were happening in twenty twenty two, as the tools that were given to the administration would get there. So again, after the fact, there's a lot of folks talk about this. I have seven years of proven this. I just fixed these things. And should we have fixed Mars before? Certainly, certainly we shouldn't have gone through ten years trying to get a licensing system. But once we got there, once we figured it out, we fixed it. And I think that's true.
00:43:38
Speaker 2: Yeah, no big deal. Yeah, that's what I see here, mister fix it. Just one more clip of Tien. Do you have another clip of Tim.
00:43:46
Speaker 6: Ontw Go ahead, you got one, all right, Let's listen.
00:43:48
Speaker 2: To this one. Let's see what mister Waltz thinks.
00:43:50
Speaker 19: Look, it's not law abiding citizens. If that were the case, there's a lot of white men. Should be holding a lot of white men accountable for the crimes they have committed. I think for the community to maybe educate their population, because I think what you're seeing here is there are secondary victims in this that there there's dividers inside the community that are then victimizing the creutity himself by signing them up. Because when we're going to some of these people, they're like, I had no idea I was in this program. So I think it's it's asking us, then, you know, for every crime, which of course the majority being committed by white men, asking us to do more about that.
00:44:23
Speaker 5: I think it's crime in general.
00:44:24
Speaker 19: And I think the biggest thing on this is is just making sure that we're educating the population. And again, this is eighty people or so that have been convicted in this, maybe some more in that out of a broader ring medicate straggle stretch across all racial demographics, all all ethnic groups. So I think it's really important.
00:44:42
Speaker 2: Oh so it's only eighty and it's going to stretch among all racial demographics. So again no big deal. Stop looking over here, look somewhere else.
00:44:52
Speaker 8: Yeah, acord to get to Whitey.
00:44:54
Speaker 6: Yeah, blame Whitey.
00:44:56
Speaker 7: And according to Pam Bondi Attorney General Pam Bondi earlier today, eighty five Somalian nationals have been charged regarding the ongoing fraud taking place in Minnesota, with more prosecutions coming. I like, Paul, like, that's a nice talk, but let's actually see it happening and then I'll feel better about it.
00:45:16
Speaker 6: Now.
00:45:16
Speaker 2: Is this one of those deals where like they you know, you get this news where we've just indicted for Chinese nationals who you're never gonna find and we're never gonna see, right, and it's just a.
00:45:28
Speaker 8: Big theater addressing.
00:45:29
Speaker 2: Yeah, is that what this is too?
00:45:31
Speaker 6: I hope not, you.
00:45:32
Speaker 9: Know, I from what I understand, there's also starting in Boston. There's four thousand day kiss centers and a twenty mile radius in Boston, Mike Arabin Is reported, So this is I think we're gonna see it all these absolutely completely communist cities.
00:45:48
Speaker 8: We'll see this happening.
00:45:49
Speaker 9: You know, we know the fraud is in all these places, and we know that this is how they keep financing their you know, they're bad ideas with endless amounts of free money.
00:45:58
Speaker 7: Well what's amazing too, was who's gonna say, oh, daycare centers are bad.
00:46:02
Speaker 6: Right, It's like, oh, you're attacking daycare center.
00:46:06
Speaker 8: Oh you're attacking autumn.
00:46:07
Speaker 12: Right.
00:46:08
Speaker 7: It's very easy to pull the wool over everybody's eyes, being it's just a daycare center. But when you when you when you're talking about five hundred plus in the state of Washington, that their primary language is Somali, I'm sorry, but that's a red flag.
00:46:23
Speaker 9: Yeah, and not just that, they also use that cloak. Oh you're just going after Somalis because they're dry skins. You're a racist, exactly set up.
00:46:32
Speaker 8: I'm tired of it.
00:46:34
Speaker 9: That card is over. You can't keep playing the race card on us.
00:46:37
Speaker 7: We're immune to it, right, especially when you see when you see some of the numbers coming out. Numbers don't lie, Democrats do, and so the Somalis.
00:46:47
Speaker 2: I saw this number today. I don't know if it's this is true, but someone said there are forty two thousand, eight hundred and sixty one nngos handling one hundred and twenty billion dollars in Minnesota per year. Imagine the fraud.
00:47:03
Speaker 9: Is that data Republican reporting on that because she's been fantastic.
00:47:07
Speaker 2: No, there's only four thousand, six hundred and sixty two chain restaurants in Minnesota. There's forty two thousand NGOs. I have that out, but it's a quick wrap hour one hour two when we get back right after this.
00:48:19
Speaker 8: Here's the deal.
00:48:20
Speaker 14: If your TV sounds funny in the evening, you're watching live from Studio six B.
00:48:26
Speaker 2: All right, Joe, thanks very much. Hey Joe, we just posted one of our best crazy towns of the year on our YouTube to revisit some of your biggest blunters. So thank you very much. 00:48:50
Speaker 7: So and he showed up for his family photo on Christmas.
00:48:55
Speaker 5: I heard about the Christmas card.
00:48:57
Speaker 6: Did you see the Christmas I did see it.
00:49:00
Speaker 7: He's like way back, He's he's like covered up, can only see the top of his head.
00:49:04
Speaker 2: Stick music. Well, there wasn't there a didn't we go through a similar deal one of the years that they were all at the beach house and they like they screened them in or something. The photoshop member.
00:49:20
Speaker 8: Yeah that was last year.
00:49:21
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's like, buddy, take the hint. Man. Oh man, well listen, I want you everybody to be excited. I'd see this out this tweet. Have no fear anybody who's talking about Congress. Oh, you're just a bunch of haters because this out from the Speaker of the House. Put it up, Aaron, so we can get the full effect, because I want to make sure people understand how good we have it. Twenty twenty five was a strong year for House Republicans. We passed the Working Families Tax Cuts, the largest middle and working class tax reductions in American history. We delivered generational investment in border security, rolled back harmful Democrat energy mandates, enacted landmark Medicaid and snap reforms that restore integrity and reward work, and codified seventy of President Trump's executive orders, among so many other big wins. As America approaches its two hundred and fiftieth anniversary, refunds will be hitting bank accounts, businesses are expanding, factories are breaking ground, and the course correction from Democrat policy disasters as well under way. The best is yet to come.
00:50:32
Speaker 8: Sope.
00:50:34
Speaker 2: That's from the Speaker of the House tonight. The twenty twenty five was a strong year for House Republicans. I think I saw a tweet a couple of days ago that said, this Congress has passed the least amount of legislation ever for any Congress. This second paragraph of his tweet should have been like the first day, maybe other than the obviously the big the tax cup bill which they had to get through reconciliation. But what is this. This is what I don't understand about this guy, Like that's delusional that twenty twenty five was a strong year for House Republicans.
00:51:19
Speaker 7: Well, you have to figure out what year he's talking about. Then maybe it wasn't a strong Maybe it was a twenty twenty two.
00:51:27
Speaker 2: Well he says twenty twenty five.
00:51:29
Speaker 6: No, I'm I'm saying he could be comparing it to like twenty twenty two when they didn't have when they didn't have control of the House.
00:51:37
Speaker 2: I mean, Michael Flynn's the first comment, what you did nothing, Your priorities are at sh and I forget who it was. I think it was Rich Barris today, who puts something out about Trump and who's to blame on people not getting the MAGA coalition? And I replied to it, and I said, the bottom line is, over the last ten years of quote unquote MAGA Coalition, the Republican Party has regressed. They've lost any ideological cohesion, they continue adopting liberal positions on most key issues, and they're facing electoral erosion as the result. If the quote unquote coalition had principled conservatism at its main focus instead of just loyalty to Trump or the current GOP trajectory, it wouldn't matter whose it is or who warned who, or who understands it or any of this other nonsense. But instead, unpopular policies and antics alienate voters. Republicans now get crushed in any non core red territory while wasting capital on non conservative priorities. Trump has repeatedly endorsed establishment in rhino incumbents and weak candidates, stifling better conservative primaries and destroying the bench of strong conservatives in red states, and Mitch McConnell's done way more damage there than the president. Now we have liberal Republicans, liberal Republicans dominating and turning formally red solid red areas purple. The GOP has regressed significantly during the Trump years, becoming weaker, less principled, and more aligned with liberal or corporate interest than before Trump's rise. That's the sad truth of it. And that's more of a shot at the GOP than it is, by the way, the president. People's not about the president. Only thing, the only problem in the president. There is some of the endorsements, which everybody knows and acknowledges have been horrendous, but the GOP itself, and then it just goes perfectly with this Mike Johnson tweet. They just think everything's great. I don't get it. Maybe it's just me. I don't know. I don't get it. Strong year. How is it a strong year when you passed the least amount of legislation of any Congress? I think ever, I don't know. All right, let's do some sports. Let's get caught up with that, and then we'll do some more news at Paul and the Headlines with Del Gatto. Sports has brought to you by our friend Mike Lynn Dell LFS six pieds to promo coch to Houst sixter.
00:54:21
Speaker 4: What's going on well Monday night football pick six by Atlanta has put them up now thirteen and nothing pending the extra point with a little of about eight and a half minutes to go in the second quarter. Big d Matthew Stafford five of nine, not looking good. Just got picked there and wow, I had a bad feeling about this game.
00:54:38
Speaker 5: And Loo the ram has got a lot of work to do.
00:54:40
Speaker 4: So thirteen nothing pending the extra point and some well, some crazy news out of the boxing world today. Boxing star Anthony Joshua injured in fatal car crash in Nigeria. Ryan Gatos of Fox News, Boxing champion Anthony Joshua was among those injured in a fatal car crash in Nigeria on Monday. Officials and Joshua was in the backseat of a vvehicle traveling along the Ogan Lagos Expressway when the crash, which left two others dead, occurred. According to multiple reports, Nigerian officials said that Joshua suffered minor injuries and was otherwise fine. Joshua was seated behind the driver with another person beside him, and eyewitness told Nigeria's The Punch there was also a passenger sitting beside the driver, making four occupants in the Alexis Tak crash. His security detail was in the vehicle behind them before the crash. Ogan State Police Commissioner lanre Ungnwala told ESPN that attire on Joshua's vehicle burst, which caused his driver to crash into the idle truck parked alongside the road. Joshua is the son of British Nigerian parents. He spent time at a Nigerian boarding school when he was younger, but returned to Britain after his parents got divorced. He participated in the spectacle against Jake Paul earlier this month. We were talking about it actually on the show the other day. He knocked out Paul in their fight, picking up his twenty ninth professional win of his career. Obviously two time heavyweight champion WBA and IBF Great Fighter and he lost his title to Alexander the Usig back in September of twenty twenty one. It's unclear when Joshua will back in the ring, so apparently he's in stable condition.
00:56:06
Speaker 5: Got some cuts, some scrapes.
00:56:08
Speaker 4: A little bit of bumps, but probably not a whole lot more than he would normally get when he boxes. But the amazing thing is is, boy did he pick the right seat in that vehicle.
00:56:15
Speaker 5: Had he sat on the other side, boy, he wouldn't be here anymore.
00:56:18
Speaker 4: Right, Just a terrible story. Speaking of terrible stories, let's talk about the Jets. Besides the fact that they had a three and thirteen season. Jets fan at center of kicking controversy misses from thirty yards out. Don't know if you guys heard about this, young lady Dylan gwyn and brightbought much Brujaja was made this week over a supposedly overqualified fan kicker, whom the Jets excluded from their one hundred thousand dollars halftime kicking contest. After a fervent internet backlash, the Jets relented and let Ashley Castanillo Gervasi kick in the contest. The results she missed from thirty yards out, kind of.
00:56:51
Speaker 5: Like the Jets.
00:56:51
Speaker 4: Castino Gervasi was initially disqualified because she is a high school soccer coach. Of the other three fans who competed in the contest, only one to thirty yard try. However, a fan failed to convert the next attempt, a forty yard kick, which you would have needed for one hundred grand.
00:57:06
Speaker 5: We have cut three.
00:57:07
Speaker 4: Aaron, if you could run that showing this young lady making this kick, this high school soccer coach can go back for not making a kick, I should say it's up and uh well, we got the eye on her, but it was a little bit short. The contest would have been one hundred grand if you made the kick from forty, but unfortunately none of these four contestants could make it. The whole purpose was the Jets were disqualifying her because she should you know, anybody who's like a paid you know, a coach or athlete cannot be part of this contest. So kind of like the Jets season three and thirteen, Landa would have doued.
00:57:42
Speaker 5: There was a lot The New York Post got involved. There's a lot of backlash.
00:57:45
Speaker 4: Like I said, she was trying to create a organization, a foundation and donate money for after her father, who was an avid JEF fan, who passed away of esophagal cancer back in twenty eleven.
00:57:57
Speaker 5: So that really was the.
00:57:57
Speaker 8: Whole gist of the story.
00:57:58
Speaker 5: So that's it Jets three and thirteen.
00:58:01
Speaker 4: The Jets fans not too happy about that, and that's a rapping sports.
00:58:05
Speaker 2: All right, it's like very good sports brought to you by Mike Lindell, LFS six b's and promo code t use. Paul Nolan's got some news, James call me back in the news. What's going on with that?
00:58:14
Speaker 8: You know what? This clip kind of speaks for itself.
00:58:16
Speaker 9: So you know, I'm always talking about things like propaganda and how you know, we're constantly just abused by the media, and you know, the bots and all the psyops.
00:58:28
Speaker 8: You know, the kind of things that I focused on, you.
00:58:31
Speaker 9: Know, things like the There was a book by Edward Burnet is called Propaganda, and if you don't know anything about it, it was nineteen twenty eight and it reads more like a field manual for manipulation. Brene is often called the father of public relations and propaganda, argues that modern democracies are not guided by informed citizens but carefully managed because they're too busy. They live fragmented lives, and they live emotional lives, and they're just not capable of self governing.
00:59:04
Speaker 8: So he feels as though that it's up to.
00:59:07
Speaker 9: Government and a shadow government to guide the people because they're too stupid, essentially to govern their own lives. This is really part of the book propaganda.
00:59:16
Speaker 8: I haven't read it.
00:59:17
Speaker 9: I think everybody should read it. I think it's a mandatory reading in school. But this is James call Me talking about his relationship with Dick Wolf. I believe Dick Wolf has got endless amounts of em He's a fantastic storyteller. But here's an example of how the FBI and the intelligentsia community have their grubby paws in everything you see.
00:59:43
Speaker 20: I did a strange thing at the FBI. I worked very hard to try and get people like Dick Wolf to produce TV shows about the FBI because I saw that as another way of showing the work to the American people. It turns out that paid off. I remember meeting with him and saying, why do I turn on the TV and ce NCIS all the time? They're a fine organization, but there's like eight people who work at it n CIS, And now I turn on the TV and I got FBI all over the place. That's a good thing. In the main, it's it's incomplete. Your work is much more reality based, but it helps to show an organization to the American people that matters, you know.
01:00:25
Speaker 2: So hell is he talking about, Who's he talking about?
01:00:29
Speaker 6: Propaganda?
01:00:30
Speaker 2: Who was he talking about? Man?
01:00:32
Speaker 3: You know, he's just talking about how.
01:00:34
Speaker 2: You know, how long ago was that video from Uh.
01:00:37
Speaker 8: That's that's a good question. I think it was about two years ago.
01:00:41
Speaker 9: But you know, it's just his words talking about how he's proud to manipulate the American people into believing that, you know, he's gigantic government agencies of purely benevolent.
01:00:55
Speaker 2: I mean, do most people who watch on whatever show he called out there? What shows he's talking I mean, n C I s I know what shows he talking about? He says, the FBI is all over what show?
01:01:04
Speaker 7: Well, now there's a show called the FBI ris this which has been on for the last few years, and it's.
01:01:10
Speaker 2: People watch it and think this is what they do, and it's very woke.
01:01:13
Speaker 6: They have like a Muslim guy who's the leader and all that.
01:01:16
Speaker 2: It's it's just it.
01:01:18
Speaker 8: Curves it does slow cook infomercial hi Light.
01:01:22

01:04:11
Speaker 7: All right, David, Well, A lot of stuff going on in the world of Trump and the President's administration. As he is on I guess he's a they called the White House South at mar A Lago, where he's meeting with world leaders and he is also answering questions from the press.
01:04:30
Speaker 6: Trump says that the US struck.
01:04:32
Speaker 7: A big facility in its campaign against Venezuela.
01:04:35
Speaker 6: This comes from the New York Times.
01:04:37
Speaker 7: The administration provided no details about this attack that happened last week disrupting the drug trade. He said in a radio interview that the United States had knocked out a big facility last week as part of the administration's campaign against Venezuelan, and apparent reference to an American attack on a drug trafficking site, not a boat this time. American officials said the that mister Trump was referring to a drug facility in Venezuela and that it was eliminated, but provided no details. Military officials that they had no information to share, and the CIA declined to comment. The White House also declined the comment. That is until today. President Trump was asked about it. Here's his response, cut number ten. President Trump on that strike, cut ten. Damon checked us out, Well.
01:05:25
Speaker 8: It doesn't matter.
01:05:25
Speaker 21: But there was a major explosion in the dock area where they load the boats up with drugs. They load the boats up with drugs. So we hit all the boats, and now we hit the area. It's the implementation area. That's where they implement and that is no longer around. I don't want to comment.
01:05:46
Speaker 7: Yeah, so there he is in the radio interview, so that they have a big plant or facility where the ships come from.
01:05:53
Speaker 6: Mister Trump said, two nights ago, we knocked that out.
01:05:56
Speaker 2: Who was that standing next to them?
01:05:58
Speaker 6: That was Benjamin night.
01:06:01
Speaker 2: Man? Yes, yeah, man? What was what was Twitter doing? Most of Twitter doing today? I can't believe that again?
01:06:10
Speaker 7: Yeah again. President Trump meeting with world leaders. Prime Minister Benjamin Nett and Yahoo from Israel, one of those who who got together with the President at mar Lago in an effort to reach the second phase of the peace deal with Hamas is.
01:06:25
Speaker 6: Coming from John Solomon's Just the News.
01:06:27
Speaker 7: President Trump and the Israeli Prime Minister Net and Yahoo met on Monday in Florida in an effort to advance that US broker truce this past fall in that war between Israel and the Palestindian back Tomas in Gaza.
01:06:41
Speaker 2: And he didn't. He didn't throw him out on his ass outside mar Lago or anything.
01:06:45
Speaker 6: No, he didn't.
01:06:47
Speaker 2: Nope, No, really, none of that.
01:06:49
Speaker 6: Huh, No, none of that happened.
01:06:50
Speaker 2: I actually I think I heard he said that he's fighting for BB to get a pardon. It's on the way. I think he's the words he used the pardon is on the way. Could be that it's interesting for someone who is so fed up and hates somebody so much, that's weird. Yeah.
01:07:04
Speaker 7: The meeting comes one day after Trump hosted and met with Ukraine leader Vladimir Zelenski in an attempt to end that country's war as well. While the Israel Hamas truce is largely held, there has been a little movement on the more complex second phase of this piece process. In Trump's you went back to twenty point piece plan unveiled last month in Israeli forces withdrew from Gaza and Hamas still needs to give up its weapons. Here is President Trump talking about what's going on in Gaza. This is cutting number eleven. Check this out cut eleven.
01:07:36
Speaker 10: If you don't see Hamas disarm in that short amount of time they're giving them, can you tell us what the next steps would be?
01:07:43
Speaker 14: Horrible for them, horrible, gonna be really really bad for them, And I don't want that to happen.
01:07:53
Speaker 8: But they made an agreement that.
01:07:54
Speaker 14: They were going to disarm, and you couldn't blame Israel by the way we are, by the countries that will come in, and they said, let us do it for you if they don't. Countries that were with them wanted the deal to be made, agreed that they would disarm. And now if they say they're going to disarm, that's fine. If they say they're not going to disarm, those same countries will go and wipe them out.
01:08:18
Speaker 2: Yeah.
01:08:18
Speaker 7: So there you have the President being a little blunt in regards to what he expects coming out of Gaza. He also had some words about the deal going on with uh, what's happening in Iran, saying that he's hearing and of course this is all coming through the meeting he had with the Israeli Prime Minister net and Yahoo. Here he is talking about Iran and what he's been hearing from them. This is cut number twelve. Damon, check this one out.
01:08:45
Speaker 14: Don't forget we made the plan possible by taking out Iran. And speaking of Iran, I hope they're not trying to build up again, because if they are, we're gonna have no choice but very quickly to eradicate that build up. So I hope Iran is not trying to build up as I've been reading that they're building up weapons and other things.
01:09:08
Speaker 8: And if they are, they're not.
01:09:10
Speaker 14: They're not using the sites that we obliterated, but they're using possibly different sites. We know exactly where they're going, what they're doing, and I hope they're not doing it because we don't want to waste the fuel on a B two to thirty seven hour trip both ways.
01:09:26
Speaker 8: I don't want to waste a lot of fuel.
01:09:29
Speaker 2: You know, it's funny that to that point. I saw I saw something on Next today that said there was a breaking one of these, like you know, breaking right on one of them, maybe was breaking nine to one ones X or one of these kind of newsy X accounts that said breaking Iran will have the capability to hit US cities in the next five years, or or something to that effect. I saw, and I was thinking, wait a minute, I thought we just I thought we just decimated them into another you know ice they've rebuilt in five months. What so I mean, I don't really know what that's about.
01:10:09
Speaker 7: Yeah, well, again, President Trump threatening to knock the hell out of Iran if they decide they want to start building weapons again. He spoke to that gaggle of reporters at mar Lago, the resort of course that access the White House during during his downtime in Florida and again dealing with the heightened tensions between Israel and Iran coming out. So that's the news going on there again. You know, the Gaza thing. He's looking forward to making sure that that gets taken care of.
01:10:37
Speaker 6: The twenty point plan. He's working with Ukraine and putin. So we'll see what happens there.
01:10:42
Speaker 7: A lot of different things happening while the President is down conducting business and meeting with world leaders down at Marlago Damon.
01:10:49
Speaker 2: And President Trump is getting honored I believe they said to some announcement today, right, BB said, the President Trump's going to get awarded a some kind of award that that's really been awarded to somebody outside.
01:11:04
Speaker 5: Of Israel, Israel Jewish person. Yeah, first time ever.
01:11:07
Speaker 2: And it was they announced it today, I guess over lunch or some great honor for our president. There you go, incredible, all right, twenty six past the hour Life from Studio six. 01:16:25
Speaker 4: An out of the very proud, I mean, just incredible. Like you said, they went on to beat their archie nemesis, the New York Ranges to nothing to add to a great night for the fans.
01:16:34
Speaker 5: Just absolutely crazy.
01:16:35
Speaker 4: That was Ubs arena, right you Bailey Score arena and uh, I'm.
01:16:39
Speaker 2: Just saying unbelievable four years old playing this, not the aut though, not the tenor, playing the soprano saxophone, which as the music major I can tell you is the hardest of the of the of the saxophones in my opinion, Right, you have to even get a sound out, never mind.
01:16:57
Speaker 9: Low so down hard to get the sound out of that kind of it works with like the reed is so tight.
01:17:03
Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's it's. I think it's the most difficult one to actually have a nice tone. He's got better tone than that lame o Kenny g Do by the way, Oh, really playing on the side of his mouth. What the hell he does? I'm I mean, it's just that it's just fantastic.
01:17:17
Speaker 4: It's a moment that really transcends sports. I feel, and it's just fantastic. Of course, aland the fans like me are hoping that that one hundred and four it doesn't take the allen As one hundred and four years to win the next Cup because I won't be around for that.
01:17:28

01:17:28
Speaker 2: Well, man, I tell you what, I just I'll sign up to look like that guy, the Hunter. I hope I look like that. It's even people you look like that? Now?
01:17:36
Speaker 5: What are you talking about?
01:17:37
Speaker 2: Oh? I'm thinking about Friday? If I look like that? Man? Oh man? Is that guy good?
01:17:41
Speaker 5: He was fantastic?
01:17:42
Speaker 2: Well?
01:17:43
Speaker 4: Uh And at the half update on Monday Night Football twenty one nothing Atlanta came to play Kirk Cousins b Jon Robinson, tuning up the Rams, who are ready to go into the playoffs. Atlanta is ready to go home, but wow, they didn't not leaving tonight. Mercedes Ben's gotta blowout in Hotlanta right now, and Denny Hamlin too treated for possible smoke inhalation after one of his properties caught fire. TMZ reporting to individual hospitalized potential smoke inhalation after a fire broke out at a home owned by NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin in Stanley, North Carolina on Sunday night. Apparently it was just released that one of them has died, so there's an investigation going on. Hamlin, from what we understand, was not at the home at the time. And I'll have more on this as a story unfolds, but really just sad news for NASCAR great Denny Hamlin, and that's a rap in sports, big d back to you.
01:18:31
Speaker 2: All rights, looked very good. We'll do some more sports for you. Wrap up. Well, you guys both have Trump and Zelenski story, so let's get to it. Delgatta, why don't you set the headline and then Paul can talk about what Trump says about the call he had.
01:18:43
Speaker 7: I guess so right, well, President Trump welcomed Vladimirer Zelenski tomorrow Lago, saying and says Putin is serious about peace. According to this coming from Breitbart, he welcomed the Ukraine president to the estate in Florida Sunday and expressed that he thinks Russian President Vladimir Putin is serious this time about peace.
01:19:04
Speaker 6: In a video.
01:19:05
Speaker 7: Posted on as by Deputy Chief of Staff Dan Scavino, Trump was seen greetings Zelenski shaking hands with him. The tour scenes standing next to each other. A reporter can be heard asking Trump what he thinks about Putin and if he's serious about you know, piece this time. Of course, there have been some starts and stops when it comes to the president and getting a deal worked out with Russia and Ukraine. Here is President Trump talking about that piece process between Russian Ukraine. Cut number thirteen checked us out. Trump on the Russia Ukraine negotiation and how it's going. Cut number thirteen checked us out.
01:19:44
Speaker 8: But you know, in a few weeks we will know one way or the other.
01:19:48
Speaker 11: I think.
01:19:49
Speaker 6: But if it went if it went really well, but you could also go poorly.
01:19:54
Speaker 14: I mean, you know, we could have something where one item that you're not thinking about is a big item and breaks it up. Look, it's been a very difficult negotiation, very detailed.
01:20:04
Speaker 5: Sundy.
01:20:04
Speaker 14: I settled eight wars. Some were going on for thirty five years and we got them settled in a couple of days. Some of them one was going on for thirty seven years. I settled in one day, but this is a very complex one.
01:20:19
Speaker 2: Yeah.
01:20:19
Speaker 7: So the President also revealed in a truth social post that he had a very good and productive telephone call with President Putin this morning. He said, there was a very good call prior to the meeting at one pm with Zelenski. Also, they've agreed on a meeting with the highest level. So moving forward, hopefully they're gonna get some more movement on the peace discussions going on with Ukraine and Russia. But we'll see, because we've seen this happen a bunch of times, starts and stops. It sounds like it's going good. Zelenski wants this. The US is promising fifteen years of security, Zelenski wants fifty.
01:20:57
Speaker 6: So we'll see what happens.
01:20:58
Speaker 9: Well, you know, and you know today also Russia accused Ukraine you know, of trying to attack President Putin's residents and vowed retaliation, providing no evidence.
01:21:09
Speaker 8: Of the claim.
01:21:10
Speaker 9: Obviously, you know, we know this is an endless disinformation and propaganda war as well. We know I have an idea what the truth is in My first question was which one of Putin's mansions did a hit?
01:21:23
Speaker 8: What the guests me and he's worth.
01:21:24
Speaker 9: Two hundred billion dollars at the very least. So you just don't know what to believe. The first casualty of war is the truth. And just like to see this put to an end. And I'd like to see the war machine, you know, take a break for a couple decades.
01:21:39
Speaker 2: So in your other story, Paul, you said that Trump and Putin said, or Trump said, there's still some thorny issues to work out. So what you know.
01:21:46
Speaker 9: From justin news, Trump said on Monday they had a very good talk with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the following the in person meeting with Ukrainian President voldemarre Of Zelenski, but acknowledged thorny issues remain regarding the deal to the end to end a Russia Ukraine war.
01:22:02
Speaker 8: He said, we had a very good talk. He was very productive.
01:22:05
Speaker 9: He apparently spoke Monday morning after Trump's meeting Sunday with you know, at Mari Lago with Zelenski. He said, we have a very we have very few thorny issues, as you can imagine. Trump said, in his typical Trumpian fashion, but there's no question about it. He wants peace here. I mean, the world wants peace and the Democrat Party and the neo cons want war because that's another scam to steal tax payer money.
01:22:33
Speaker 2: So as Trump ever get to the point though, got it that he throws his hands up and says, hey, I tried, or he's he can't do that.
01:22:40
Speaker 6: I don't think he can do that at this point.
01:22:41
Speaker 7: I mean, I mean, he's he's kind of moved, you know, he's kind of taking control of the situation when it comes to Ukraine, saying, Okay, you know, we're gonna stop giving you as much money. We'll give you some security stuff. And I think that's helping to push.
01:22:56
Speaker 6: Zelensky the way he needs him to go to make a you know, make this happen again.
01:23:01
Speaker 7: The US is offering Ukraine security guarantees of fifteen years as part of the proposed peace plan.
01:23:08
Speaker 6: Zelenski wants fifty.
01:23:09
Speaker 7: That's probably it's probably not gonna happen, but you know, the President said that they seem to be closer than ever to getting a peace settlement.
01:23:18
Speaker 6: So they're searching for the breakthrough on.
01:23:19
Speaker 7: The key issues, including you know, withdrawing forces and the fate of the Russian occupied areas, especially near.
01:23:28
Speaker 6: The power plant.
01:23:30
Speaker 9: That what's astounding to me, Rick is that the media anytime he tries to make any form of peace, we have to hear the entire left media tell us that he's a Putin stooge, right, and that you know, he's you know, he's owned by Russia, as if they still believe the Russia Russia Russian nonsense, and as if we really want, like we want to be at odds with Russia. At this point, we're watching a global currency war, and Russia's part of bricks and they have endless amounts of rarer minerals. To me, the subversive media doesn't make anything easier on him, and they do everything their power to really propaganda's you know, us into more war, death and you know, in destruction and tax payer money gone.
01:24:16
Speaker 7: Well, who are they, you know, what's the benefit? Who benefits from this?
01:24:23
Speaker 6: The Democrats?
01:24:23
Speaker 7: Because the Democrats want to make sure that that machine, that money machine keeps printing and.
01:24:29
Speaker 6: Heading back there.
01:24:30
Speaker 7: We know, we know what Ukraine is all about, right, It's the most correct.
01:24:34
Speaker 6: Country in the in the world probably when it comes to this. We've heard them talk about it. We know the money that moves through there, We've heard about it for years.
01:24:43
Speaker 8: We heard the phone cloud.
01:24:45
Speaker 9: We've heard about the bio weapons, lads, we hear about the endless child trafficking through that we thought, you know, it's uh and then the money ends up back in the hands of Democrats exactly.
01:24:54
Speaker 7: So so you know, you just got to look at who's going to benefit if if they continue this war. And the more it drags out, the more the more money just keeps pouring up to the left.
01:25:04
Speaker 2: So all right, we'll wrap it up for a Monday night we get back get a little more from all the guys before we wrap it up Monday nightly after Studio six pe Real America's Voice. We're back right after this. All right, thirteen to the hour on a Monday night live for Studio six P. Let's get to all the guys here one last time. See what's left on their news calendar for the evening. We'll start with sports. Sports is brought to you by Mike Lindell LFS six PA Slickster. What else is on your sports radar tonight?
01:26:26
Speaker 5: Well, big d how about this one here?
01:26:27
Speaker 4: I got to ninety one million dollar LSU coach there, good old Lane Kiffin. He back he bought a basket home from a supermarket because you didn't want.
01:26:36
Speaker 5: To pay for the actual bag.
01:26:39
Speaker 4: So Louisiana State University football coach, I think Giffin we acually signed that ninety one million dollar contract. I don't know if you've got a chance to see this. Well, let's just go cut six. His daughter took this clip on, put it on Twitter. There show cut six, Aaron, how.
01:26:56
Speaker 20: Did you bring that back?
01:26:57
Speaker 2: How was you?
01:26:58
Speaker 1: Carrie?
01:26:58
Speaker 2: You have to pay for bag? You believe it. You have to pay for a bag. I love that checkouse.
01:27:05
Speaker 5: It's something you'd do. I have done anyway. I thought I thought that was a.
01:27:09
Speaker 2: Stick, but I have done. I brought it back.
01:27:11
Speaker 4: I thought that was I thought that was kind of cute. And uh getting to the tennis well.
01:27:14
Speaker 2: Wait wait wait wait, don't don't move so fast here. Okay, yeah, you always pay for bags.
01:27:20
Speaker 5: I bring my own Okay, very good, I bring my own dogto you.
01:27:24
Speaker 2: Don't do any shopping, don't get the shops unders on, Yeah, steak.
01:27:27
Speaker 4: And.
01:27:29
Speaker 7: It's like I know my limit. It's like I can carry four or five things, that's it.
01:27:34
Speaker 2: And four boxes of cereal and a gallon of milk.
01:27:37
Speaker 6: Yeah, that's it. Pretty much.
01:27:40
Speaker 2: Do you do any shopping very rare beliefs.
01:27:45
Speaker 9: What if I do, I'll buy the bag, usually chowing my way into getting it for free.
01:27:51
Speaker 8: What do you think, throw me a bag?
01:27:53
Speaker 4: So the nineteen seventy three spirit of Billy g and King and Bobby Riggs was resurrected here with the Battle of Sexes. Nick Curios easily beats Arena Sabolanca in tennis match. I don't know if you guys got a chance to catch this.
01:28:05
Speaker 5: This is Paul Boy or Bright Bart.
01:28:06
Speaker 4: There were no upsets during Sunday's Battle of the Sexes exhibition tennis match, with Nick Curio's handlely beating Arena Sabolnca six to three in both sets. I don't think many people would have put the hand up to be in this position, especially in my position, Kiras said. Obviously Arena was up for the challenge. The score line was closer than it was. I was under the pump there, and then anything happens once the crowd gets behind it. He was getting nervous. Curios have been previously injured and ranked six hundred and seventieth in the ATP singles. Sabrilanca is a four time Grand Slam champion. So the whole point of this, And we're going to roll cut five just to show a little bit of that eron. If you could just show that, and I'll bring my point out to this. I mean total domination here. It's Nick Kurios and they obviously shook it out Kurios pretty much a clean sweep. So the point is this doesn't do a whole lot for men in women's sports, or saying that they equal.
01:28:58
Speaker 2: The court was ten.
01:28:59
Speaker 5: It was ten.
01:29:00
Speaker 4: I was it ten inches shorter at the heart side his side of the court, so he had a heart side of the quarter. Should say so she had to keep the ball in and obviously, you know Sablanca is the absolute best in the world.
01:29:11
Speaker 5: Right now in the female category.
01:29:12
Speaker 2: But number six seven lose six love six love.
01:29:15
Speaker 5: Is six three six six six three stops.
01:29:18
Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, you can go back and watch what's her name on Letterman Serena Arena.
01:29:22
Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, so that's Serena.
01:29:23
Speaker 2: Knew what was up? Wraps stop with this nonsense.
01:29:27
Speaker 4: We then I football third quarter twenty one nothing rams looking for the bus. They look like they're gonna leave this one soon. Atlanta might have this game unless as a major upset come back yeah, all.
01:29:35
Speaker 2: Right, so rap Paul anything else left on again to.
01:29:38
Speaker 9: Just I sent you a clip you know of the girl Tarlow from Fox being uh, you know, a whacko. But now here we go with the campaign against Nick Shirley about you know he's a fraud and this is all a scam and that he uh it's all doctor video when none of the this is true.
01:29:56
Speaker 2: So uh you know, people have been charged and the place got shut down to who said is doctored video?
01:30:02
Speaker 8: Listen to this goof of era tall love?
01:30:05
Speaker 2: What right here she is?
01:30:06
Speaker 1: It's reporting.
01:30:07
Speaker 16: There's no way that this kid walking around uncovered one hundred million dollars worth of fraud on his own.
01:30:13
Speaker 9: Okay, yeah, but it's everywhere now you get to see it if you if you, if you look that on your feet and you react to it, you'll get a bunch of goofballs rage bait and you don't don't buy into it. Then nailed and they don't care, and all they want to do is keep their machine going.
01:30:28
Speaker 8: But uh, it's you know, I just want to see we'll see a full frontal assault on this kid. They'll try to find.
01:30:34
Speaker 9: Any kind of dirt on him instead of doing any kind of reporting to prove the fraud is right. They don't care about the truth. All they care about is dead team.
01:30:43
Speaker 2: Like Elon said tonight, this fraud is so blatant they don't even bother with trying to have like a show kid or setting fake picks of the kids. That's how blatant it is. So all right, Rick Delgatto, wrap it up? What else is left in the headlines?
01:30:55
Speaker 6: All right, well this is this.
01:30:57
Speaker 7: I'm sure we'll touch all of us because we could all probably put ourselves in this position and probably I don't know if we'd be as calm as this guy was.
01:31:07
Speaker 6: But a Texas father.
01:31:09
Speaker 7: Tractic kidnapped daughter whose only age, who was fifteen, using her phone's GPS at knife point during abduction on Christmas Day.
01:31:20
Speaker 6: Cow yeah, it is from the Daily Mail.
01:31:23
Speaker 7: The father rescued his fifteen year old daughter by tracking her location. According to police, the teenager was allegedly abducted by it's got to be an American name Giovanni Rosato les Espino's twenty three of Porter Texas there while she was out walking her dog on Christmas Day. According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, when she failed to return at her usual time, her parents began to panic and cops were dispatched around four fifty pm, So this happened during the day during the daylight hours. Her father was able to access her location through the phone's parental controls and tracked her to a included wooded area in neighboring Harris County, nearly two miles away. Wow deputy said the dad found his daughter and her dog inside a maroon pickup truck with Espinoza.
01:32:11
Speaker 6: Who was partially nude.
01:32:13
Speaker 7: He helped their escape from the vehicle and contacted law enforcement. Here is a cut of the news report regarding this abduction, cut number fourteen.
01:32:23
Speaker 6: Checked us out Cut fourteen.
01:32:24
Speaker 23: In the Montgomery County Sheriff's office as this all happened Christmas evening, just yesterday before five pm. In Porter, Texas, An authorities say when the girl was walking her dog, she failed to return home, so her father took action, official saying he tracked his daughter's phone through parental controls, finding her and the dog in the suspects vehicle in a wooded area before rescuing her. And while the family isn't ready to go on camera, they did give us permission to use this statement, saying, quote, we're thankful tonight our daughter is safe at home and with us recovering. We'd also like to clarify none of us knew the suspect.
01:33:03
Speaker 6: Yeah, so there, there you have it.
01:33:04
Speaker 7: The investigator said the suspect threatened the girl with a knife and abducted her on the street. Witnesses provided deputies with the description of the vehicle, which was located later by law enforcement.
01:33:14
Speaker 8: Thank god. So yeah, man, is that guy alive because that beat him to death.
01:33:20
Speaker 7: Surprised That's why I said, you know, if it was any one of us, I don't know if we'd you know, he was probably more focused on making sure his daughter was safe and getting her out of there, and the guy probably just hit the gas and took off, yea.
01:33:33
Speaker 6: Or it could have looked like a scene not a Reacher. I don't know if you've seen the.
01:33:37
Speaker 7: TV show where he just kind of screat pashes the guys in the head.
01:33:41
Speaker 9: But you know, you know what I would have done, you know, the same things, track your daughter, but I would have she had my location with all my guys, my friends, baseball bats and pistols.
01:33:49
Speaker 2: And maybe we should keep your strategy on the d L.
01:33:56
Speaker 5: I guess.
01:33:58
Speaker 3: Law enforcement agents.
01:34:05
Speaker 5: Suspect is in custody. I know the suspects like justin cream.
01:34:10
Speaker 6: You know what works really well? A bar is open, a long tube.
01:34:12
Speaker 2: Socks and pistols. That sounds like a T shirt? H what else?
01:34:20
Speaker 6: So yeah, that's about it, I mean us, that's all. Yeah, yeah, really just amazing that.
01:34:28
Speaker 7: You know, people are that brazen, you know, trying to do this stuff, and you know.
01:34:33
Speaker 8: Wallace, they don't.
01:34:34
Speaker 3: There's no accountability, right, you know, so they they what do they fear?
01:34:37
Speaker 8: What do they fear? They feel enough?
01:34:39
Speaker 2: What ten minutes in the county clink.
01:34:41
Speaker 9: And then out the back he has a sandwich and fifty bucks.
01:34:45
Speaker 2: At kidnapping in most places, I mean, well this was in Texas, so I mean maybe it's a little different. But attent and kidnapping in loose dates, that's like jwalking. Yeah, there's nothing to fear there.
01:34:57
Speaker 7: Well, this guy was charged with aggravated kidnapping in a decent you with a child is going to be held without.

00:03:46

00:13:00

01:13:19
Speaker 4: New York hockey fans were performing the national anthem on his soprano saxophone at a Rangers Islanders game on Saturday at the age of one oh four.
01:13:27
Speaker 5: Aaron cut four take it away.
01:13:33

Speaker 9: Was just another example of the franchise has done so many great they they've just become a first class, top notch organization, one of the premier organizations in all sports from New York. Uh, their ownership, top down is just fantastic. Everything about what they do.
01:16:24
Speaker 8: Very proud to be.
01:17:28
Speaker 22: Right.
01:34:28
