ОТНОСТНО ТОЗИ ЕПИЗОД
In this episode, Kenny Barnwell and Shannon Thompson have an honest conversation about sharing your testimony, sharing the gospel, and being ready when God opens the door for a faith conversation.
Kenny shares a recent experience from working a concert where a simple conversation about a butterfly tattoo turned into an opportunity to tell the story of what happened on the mountain in Mexico.
That conversation opened the door for a deeper question:
Why Jesus?
Kenny talks about sharing his testimony with someone who did not believe the same way, how the story of Follow the Butterfly helped plant a seed, and how the conversation moved into faith, surrender, evolution, spirituality, Christianity, and what it means to follow Christ.
The conversation also explores the importance of being prepared to share what you believe without feeling like you have to know everything.
Shannon reminds us that sharing faith is not about winning an argument or having every answer.
It is about listening.
It is about asking better questions.
It is about being gentle, respectful, and sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
Questions like:
- How do we share our testimony with someone who does not believe?
- What should we say when someone asks, “Why Jesus?”
- Do Christians need to have every answer before sharing their faith?
- How can we talk about hard questions without becoming argumentative?
- What role does the Holy Spirit play in changing hearts?
- How do we live as a testimony before we ever say a word?
And more...
We do not pretend to have all the answers. This is a real conversation between two Christians learning how to share the gospel with wisdom, humility, and conviction.
This episode is a reminder that your testimony matters.
Your story can plant a seed.
Your life can point people to Jesus.
And when God opens the door, we are called to be ready to share the hope we have with gentleness, respect, and love.
