ОТНОСТНО ТОЗИ ЕПИЗОД
Sarah and Jane are in the hot seat — answering YOUR most burning questions about mediumship, intuition, and life on both sides of the veil. From the mind-bending mystery of consciousness to the surprisingly comforting truth about whether your grandmother in spirit is watching you put on your Spanx (spoiler: she really doesn't care), this episode is a warm, funny, and genuinely illuminating Q&A. They cover how to access the Akashic Records, why connecting with guides feels so frustratingly subtle, how being a medium actually makes you a better parent, and practical tips for trusting your intuition without letting your thinky brain hijack the whole thing. No definitive answers — just two mama mediums sharing their experience with honesty, humor, and a whole lot of heart.

KEY TAKEAWAYS
- Consciousness is THE question — Sarah and Jane explore how consciousness, presence, God, and Source may all be different words for the same ineffable thing. You're not just in it — you are it.
- The Akashic Records are real and accessible — Sarah shares her first unexpected visit and how she now uses Linda Howe's Pathway Prayer to ask specific questions and get specific answers.
- Spirit isn't watching you in the shower — Loved ones on the other side experience our dimension very differently. They're not judging. There's only compassion.
- Guides are subtler than you think — The reason you can't clearly identify your guides is because they're so close to you they feel like you. It's believe-it-to-see-it, not the other way around.
- Get out of your thinky brain — Intuition lives in the body — gut, heart, and felt sense. The moment you run guidance through your analytical brain, you lose the signal.
- Meditation doesn't have to be formal — Two minutes in the carpool line, a walk without headphones, or simply feeling your feet on the ground counts. Presence is the practice.
- Being a medium makes you a better parent — Developing emotional awareness, sitting with anxiety rather than escaping it, and learning to mother yourself first all translate directly to how you show up for your kids.
- Oracle cards are a legit guidance tool — Both Sarah and Jane use them to communicate with guides, and yes — it counts.
