In this episode of the Huge Transformations Podcast, Sid Graef speaks with Patrick Clark—entrepreneur, sales trainer, speaker, and founder of Sales Boost—about combining genuine service with a smarter business model.
Patrick introduces his “Upserve” philosophy: bringing positive energy into every interaction, making people feel seen, and using business to create a meaningful impact. He believes enthusiasm is contagious—and that transferring the right emotion can strengthen relationships with customers, employees, and the wider community.
The conversation then explores how exterior cleaning companies can escape the exhausting cycle of constantly selling one-time jobs. Through Sub Club, Patrick and business partner Deland Moghimi help service companies sell monthly memberships that include quarterly cleaning, automatic payments, and valuable customer benefits. The result is steadier cash flow, more predictable scheduling, stronger customer lifetime value, and greater stability during seasonal slowdowns.
