ОТНОСТНО ТОЗИ ЕПИЗОД
This week on Exchanges, the brilliant Tim Loh, Assistant Commissioner of the Australian Taxation Office. But this isn’t an Exchange on tax, Tim has joined me to share his personal journey from introverted public speaker to media spokesperson and senior leader. Tim opens up about overcoming the challenges of public speaking, managing imposter syndrome, and the importance of authenticity in leadership.
We discuss workplace culture, the need for work-life balance to avoid burnout, and how small, consistent actions can build lasting confidence. Tim also reflects on resilience in the face of criticism and how he leads teams with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
