On this episode, I chat with Deb Honor, an inspiring friend and community powerhouse. Deb's story is all about juggling life, from running the Heart of Rhode Island networking group to her role as Development Director at the Women's Fund of Rhode Island—all while raising four amazing kids. What really resonates is her perspective on turning 50, celebrating each year with intention after tragically losing her mother at 47. It's a reminder to cherish every moment.
Deb's journey includes a game-changing lesson: she once missed a job opportunity because her LinkedIn presence wasn’t strong enough. Instead of giving up, she built her network to an impressive 23,000 connections. Her candidness about balancing work, family, and personal growth shows resilience and adaptability. This conversation is a heartfelt exploration of embracing life's second act with warmth, humor, and the courage to keep evolving.
