AINewsWire Editorial Coverage: A new category of infrastructure is emerging around a problem that autonomous drone systems can no longer treat as occasional: knowing where they are when satellite navigation cannot be trusted. Rather than adding sensors, chips or software to every aircraft, this innovative approach delivers position as a service from the cloud, with nothing installed on the drone itself. It treats GPS denial as a permanent condition of modern operating environments rather than a rare edge case, and it changes where the engineering work happens, moving it off individual airframes and into data centers that can serve an entire fleet at once. This is the model that SPARC AI Inc. (CSE: SPAI) (OTCQB: SPAIF) (Profile) has built its Overwatch Positioning Network around, sending a drone’s existing telemetry to the company’s servers and returning latitude, longitude and time in roughly a third of a second, all without adding a single gram of payload to the aircraft. For investors watching the positioning, navigation and timing sector shift from hardware toward infrastructure, that architecture is worth understanding in detail. The move also firmly gives the company a stronghold position among leading companies who are operating in the drones/unmanned systems space, including Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS), Trimble Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMB), Unusual Machines Inc. (NYSE American: UMAC) and Draganfly Inc. (NASDAQ: DPRO).
- For years, GPS interference was treated by planners as an occasional nuisance tied to specific conflicts or geographies. That assumption no longer holds.
- The industry’s first response to GPS denial was to add capability to the aircraft itself, whether through new sensors, inertial navigation upgrades or onboard software.
- SPARC AI’s answer to this critical scaling problem — its Overwatch Positioning Network — stops treating position as something the aircraft has to compute for itself.
- Because the positioning computation happens off the aircraft, the constraint on Overwatch’s growth is fundamentally different from a hardware vendor’s.
- A network-delivered position source is only commercially useful if it can reach the drones already flying today, and SPARC AI has built its integration path with that constraint in mind.

IBN, a multifaceted communications organization engaged in connecting public companies to the investment community, is pleased to announce the release of the latest episode of The Bell2Bell Podcast as part of its sustained effort to provide specialized content distribution via widespread syndication channels.
The Bell2Bell Podcast delivers informative updates and exclusive interviews with executives operating in fast-moving industries. The Bell2Bell Podcast’s latest episode features Galiano Tiramani, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of BOXABL Inc. (NASDAQ: BXBL), an innovative technology company transforming the housing market with its modular building systems.
To begin the interview, Tiramani provided an overview of BOXABL’s approach to housing construction, highlighting the company’s goal of applying assembly-line mass production to an industry that continues to rely heavily on traditional on-site building methods.
“Our company is called BOXABL, and we are building houses in a factory. Our goal is to fix housing by dramatically lowering the cost,” Tiramani said. “We think we can achieve that by just building houses on an assembly line with mass production, the way all other modern products are built since the Industrial Revolution. There’s a huge opportunity in housing to bring this product category onto the assembly line.”
Tiramani then explained how BOXABL’s modular building system is designed to address one of the fundamental obstacles that has historically limited factory-built housing: efficiently transporting large structures from a centralized manufacturing facility to building sites.
“What we’re building is a replacement for traditional site construction, so we build to the regular residential building code,” he said. “The big innovation that we started with was fixing shipping because, of course, houses are very big, so they don’t fit on the road. That’s the reason they’re not built in a factory. Our first solution was, let’s fix that shipping so that we can get these things anywhere in the country without it being cost prohibitive. That means that we can actually have a big factory because we have a big shipping radius, and a big factory means mass production. It means economies of scale, and that’s how we’re going to be able to crush the cost.”
