Customer service ain't what it used to be. But, customers ain't what they used to be. Jeremy Bradley, who owns multiple businesses, talks about nightmare customer stories. From liars to scammers to the completely unhinged, JB has over seven years of customer stories from two of his e-commerce stores. He discusses how there's a trend in customers thinking they found a loophole in their order status and when they try to exploit that, the company comes down hard. HARD. "And it works 99 per cent of the time," he said. He tells some wild stories about customers going the extra mile to lie but how his companies go twice as far to prove a point. In the end, JB reminds consumers to think about the small-business owners on the other end who could be struggling to get by in a tough economy, or supporting a family and need every dollar they can get -- or both.
