We're Back! The brand-new season of Redefining Movement is here!
After 18 months away, Lara and Kristin kick off a new chapter of the podcast. In this catch-up episode, they share what's been happening in their lives and behind the scenes at LYT.
In this episode, Lara & Kristin discuss:
- Life updates from the last 18 months: college graduations, empty-nest adventures, pet news, and more
- The LYT evolution & rebrand: what the acronym now stands for (Longevity, Yoga, Training) and why it better reflects the method
- Why LYT has always been more than yoga, and how the rebrand makes that easier to explain
- Expansions in the teacher training program: a new, more flexible 70-hour certification option, alongside the original 200-hour training
- The continued growth of the global teacher community and how it inspires the LYT team
Tune in next week for the second installment of our podcast reboot (We’re Back, Part 2)! The conversation continues with Lara and Kristin talking about how LYT is different, and what differentiates LYT from other forms of movement.
