معلومات عن هذه الحلقة
In this episode, I have shared some of my personal struggles and how I was able to overcome them through deep inner work and resilience. I talk about slaying my own demons, overcoming negative mind chatter, shedding expectations, and unburdening myself from the weight of performance anxiety. I've transitioned from "doing" mode to simply "being" and witnessing this marvel called life. I've surrendered to the will and flow of life and these changes have made my life so much easier and effortless.
