*TRIGGER WARNING: We do briefly discuss eating disorders in this episode. If you would prefer to skip this one, see you for our next episode!*
Harness is back! Welcome to isolation... we are exploring how people are harnessing this unique time of COVID-19 and whether (or not) they are coping.
In this episode, we bring our usual 'good and bad' news items and hear from some of our favourite listeners! We have a chat with Breeahn, who runs The Aussie Mummy blog, about navigating social media as an influencer during uncertain times.
If you want to get in touch, please email us at projectharness@gmail.com, feel free to send over a voice note with how you are passing the time (a template for this is available on our Instagram if you are stuck).
