I’m excited to introduce Sean Martin from The Quarantined — a musician, combat veteran, and executive producer! Sean is sharing his story with us as he promotes his album, Aversion to Normalcy. He’s filled with inspiring stories about songwriting and how he’s used his own experiences to overcome challenges, learn about himself, and find healing through various forms of expression and creative activities. Sean has so much enthusiasm as he talks about how the album came together. Even when he pushed himself beyond his limits, he describes the valuable lessons and benefits of focusing on one thing at a time as he learned to be the artist, engineer, and producer of his own work. After the interview Sean shares a poem: The panama papers should lock up them bankers, followed by his song: Skeleton Chair.
