Prof Biesta is also Emeritus Professor of Public Education in the Centre for Public Education and Pedagogy at Maynooth University, Ireland & Adjunct Professor, Department of Pedagogy, Religion, and Social Sciences, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Norway. In 2025, he was recognised in the prestigious World’s Top 2% of Scholars in Education comprised by Stanford University and Elsevier.
