In 2019 I decided to share my successes by teaching people how to view failures as lessons for success. I created a roadmap showing how we could all use simple solutions to solve complex issues. This year I decided to write a book detailing my theory and successes. In the show "Courage to Leap & Lead" we discuss real-life situations where this technique is successfully used.

To support this initiative in 2022, to focus on the effects of courage as related to the five pandemics (Social Justice, Economics, Environment, Mental Health, and Covid) we were experiencing I changed the name and focus of my podcast from "Challenges of the C-Suite" to Courage to Leap and Lead to amazing success.
 

I broadcast weekly on Tuesday from 12 noon – 1:00 pm MDT. The show goes out on LinkedIn Live and is then released to Podbean and several podcast platforms. This includes Amazon, Google, iHeart, iTunes, etc., and several Social Media platforms including Youtube and Facebook.

Yes, I have a day job, I am the CEO of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches, and yes I fund it myself. I have a staff of two people who work with me on marketing and scheduling.
 

This is a difficult question.

I and my listeners have a lot of fun learning from the show. The format is such that for listeners it is like being a voyeur listening to a living room conversation between friends. After 93 episodes I am not getting enough subscribers to attract a sponsor and I would love help in achieving this goal. The podcast itself increased my brand recognition.
 

I use Podbean, Listen Notes, YouTube, Descript, and Apple Computer along with other tools. The guest I’ve met through marketing, my coaching Association, MG100 and Renaissance Weekend, Introductions, Agencies contacting me, and LinkedIn. I interview my guest using StreamYard and Zoom.
