Ian Andrew Goldin is a professor at the University of Oxford in England, and was the founding director of the Oxford Martin School at the University of Oxford. He is Professor of Globalisation and Development, holds a professorial fellowship at Balliol College, Oxford, is director of the Oxford Martin Programme on Technological and Economic Change and is Senior Fellow at the Oxford Martin School. He was born in South Africa.
