Cedrick Rommel Frazier (born April 28, 1979) is a Minnesota politician and attorney serving as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), he represents District 45A, which includes portions of the cities of New Hope, Plymouth, and Crystal in Hennepin County.
== Early life, education, and career ==
Frazier attended University of Minnesota-Morris, graduating with a B.A. in psychology; Minnesota State University, Mankato, graduating with a M.A. in urban studies with an emphasis in local government management; and William Mitchell College of Law, graduating with a J.D. While in law school, Frazier clerked for the Hennepin County Public Defender's Office in Minneapolis.
