Nicola Lauren McDermott (born 28 December 1996) is an Australian high jumper with Croatian ancestry. She competed in the women's high jump at the 2017 World Championships in Athletics. McDermott also competed in the women's high jump at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, where she achieved a personal best jump of 1.91m and won the bronze medal.
