== Biography ==
Kozma received his MS in Power Engineering from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute in 1982, his MS in Mathematics from the Eötvös Loránd University in 1988, and his PhD in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology in 1992Kozma has been Associate Professor at the Department of Quantum Science and Engineering, Tohoku University, Sendai, Japan since 1993. He became Assistant Professor/Lecturer at the Department of Information Sciences, Otago University, Dunedin, New Zealand in 1996.
