Debbie Potts has been in the fitness industry for twenty-five years as a personal trainer, coach, studio owner, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach as well as competitive endurance athlete when possible. Debbie is an avid lifelong learner that revels in the continual search for ways to optimize our ability to burn fat, optimize health and improve performance with “The WHOLESTIC Method” bio-hacks!

She is the author of "Life is Not a Race" and "The WHOLESTIC Method" manual and workbook. Debbie has qualified for Boston marathon since 2001 with a PR of 3:12, an Ironman triathlete since 2001 with a PR of 10:24 and a five-time Ironman world championship qualifier starting in 2004. Debbie had battled "stage three adrenal exhaustion" since the red flags appeared in the beginning of 2013... leading her to write her book "Life is NOT a Race" and create the "WHOLELISTC Method" to help athletes of all levels stay healthy from the inside out while they train for sports and life. Debbie has heard a little bit about pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy over the years, so she decided to speak with someone who can teach her and us about this subject. Dr. William Pawluk practices holistic medicine in the Baltimore area because he loves to help people. Part of his passion is to keep finding new ways of helping, regardless of the medical paradigm. Many years ago, William realized that ibuprofen was overused and dangerous which led him to discover PEMF. We hear about how PEMF can help athletes recover in between sessions and after long endurance races.
