Debbie had battled "stage three adrenal exhaustion" since the red flags appeared in the beginning of 2013... leading her to write her book "Life is NOT a Race" and create the "WHOLELISTC Method" to help athletes of all levels stay healthy from the inside out while they train for sports and life. Christine Hansen joins Debbie today to talk about sleep. She is a health coach who works with sleep and performance through her program Sleep Like a Boss. She was invited onto the show because so many of Debbie’s clients struggle to get a healthy amount of sleep each night. To start, Christine gives us an overview of Sleep Like a Boss. She says that she aims to help CEOs and executives find out how they can starts sleeping better. Christine also talks about what makes Sleep Like a Boss unique compared to other sleep programs.
