My first day of nursing school, I walked into a room full of my soon-to-be nursing cohort and was scared stiff. Our professors stood up and told us how we needed to devote all of our time to nursing school . . . no working, etc.   This scared me even more. It was moments like this during nursing school that made me feel terrified and scared that maybe I had made a huge mistake.   In this episode I’m going to give you 4 tips for overcoming these moments of self doubt. At the end of the episode, I give you a cheatsheet to help out with the head-to-toe nursing assessment.  Feel free to print it off and take with you to clinical!
