ABOUT THIS PODCAST

Welcome to Equine In Theory, the podcast that follows the real-time equestrian journey of Jill Treece (me). Hopefully, you'll find me mildly entertaining while you drive to the barn, clean stalls, etc. Each week I'll be discussing topics regarding an ethical & science-based approach to horse training primarily centered around positive reinforcement (+R) & clicker training. I'll detail the plans & outcomes of my training sessions as well as explanations of the content I'm reading!
I'm thrilled to have a place to vent this information! I hope you'll enjoy it or at least listen to most of it. Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/equineintheory/support

LATEST EPISODE

In this week's episode, I discuss one of the horses I work with, Juno. You may remember her as she was the one who kicked Zoë! Oops! But this particular episode is about her history, one filled with abuse, & what I’m doing to nurture a trusting, positive relationship with her as well as how I’m getting her to be okay with everyday activities. Have a listen and enjoy!
