The Attention to Detail Podcast gives you a one-stop- shop on all things basketball and elite sports performance. Julian Lo Casto and Andrew Jusino are both graduates of Caldwell University, former players, and basketball enthusiasts. Julian has a bachelors degree in Biology with aspirations of returning to school to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy, while also assisting in the day-to-day operations at Challenger Strength as head trainer and head of nutrition. This podcast will take on any and all topics in both strength training, personal fitness/nutrition, and the latest trending topics in basketball. We will take the time to welcome the perspective of some of the best training and basketball minds in the industry. Whether you are an aspiring basketball coach, player, or new strength and conditioning coach, you will enjoy all aspects of this podcast as we dive into all topics regarding the game of basketball and how to become an elite level athlete.

Giving you his opinion on the what he thought of their opening performance and what he thinks are the question marks for the team going forward in international play.
