You can call me Daisy. I’m an alcoholic, and I’m just over 1 year sober from alcohol. I haven’t done the 12 steps, but as I’m starting them now with my sponsor I will be recording podcasts at least once a week (maybe more) about my progress. I’ve gone to AA meetings for just about a year, and it took me this long to get ready to “do the work.” I’m not all about God, I’m just about ways that life can get better. It’s a disease and a choice. Feel free to listen in, or not. I’m not a doctor or therapist so take everything I say with a grain of salt. 😛

This is my first podcast ever - I am an alcoholic millennial with 1 year of sobriety under my belt. I go to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, and I am just beginning my stepwork although I have been going to meetings for the last year. Life gets better when you’re sober. This episode is just full of me blabbering, and I hope that I’ll get better at podcasting in the future. 😛
