I am an international success and business coach and I love supporting you on your journey to Ultimate health, happiness and freedom. I love all things Mindset Mastery and Business Strategy that allows you to design life on your own terms.
 

As a mom of 3 kids and a full-time entrepreneur + avid learner, I felt that there's is not enough time in a day to get some quick tips and implement them immediately. I found that while listening to podcasts; I can also effectively do some mundane daily chores like ironing, washing dishes, vacuuming etc, and I would still preserve my brainpower and avoid multitasking.

I am a speaker at my core and I knew that starting a podcast will be an easy way for me to deliver the content and reach more audiences.
I started in 2018 with some trials and errors but in 2021 I dove deep and intentionally grew my audience and focused on delivering amazing content by some of the most amazing people on this planet.

My first episode in 2018 was recorded in my closet and it took me quite time to publish it and then consistently provide weekly content.
 

Our Fearless and Successful Show is now in full production and ownership by my amazing team that takes care of graphics, show notes, emails and editing and publishing episodes. Since beginning in 2018 and now A LOT has changed and we grew slowly but intentionally.

We now have an 8-week waitlist for podcast release and we have a very streamlined process for guest applications.
 

I see podcasts as a marketing tool and a way of sharing value. It's my favorite content strategy and I haven't yet looked at the sponsorship part. I do look at my podcast as client acquisition and definitely something that positions me as an expert in the industry.
 

We have an application form for our guests - we use Typeform. After filling in the form, they get an auto-email response to submit the headshot, schedule the call (via calendly) and review the show.

We also use different podcasting platforms that match guests and podcasters, and my team reaches out and research the guests there.
After submission, my team researches a potential guest, and if it's a match, we meet at a selected date on zoom (we record audio and video for repurposing matter).

The show is conversational with some structure, but I love to keep it inflow and fun.
 

We have our show featured on all major podcasting platforms, iTunes, Google podcast, Spotify and Amazon.

We share and spotlight our guests on social media and through email.
 

Consistency makes the difference. Even if you don't see results (downloads) yet, show up consistently and you will grow exponentially.

I love to feature other podcasters because they really know what it takes to produce the show and they are always willing to promote and share the interview + give a review which is so important for podcast rating.
