► Why & how did you start this podcast?
There's a popular phrase, which you all must be familiar with - "Ten Times Reading is equal to Writing the same Once", this promotes Self-Growth!
We just thought the other way around, "Why don't we read the content once and get it published? So, the concerned people could listen to it at any part of the World! Now this proceeded towards Community growth!
It all started with this contrary thought, ultimately getting us heard on International Audio platforms like Apple Podcasts, Listen Notes, Spotify, Google Podcasts and many more!
Firstly, to begin a Podcast, one must create a RSS feed and hire a host platform to distribute the content to other directories! These technical processes needed some time and effort as we were amateurs! Fortunately when all our networking was built in two days, the task was to record and edit the audio with a cover art supporting it!
Secondly, when you're passionate about the stuff you're working, the tasks would get done in no time! The Quarantine vibes also boosted us up!
Ultimately, we were all set with our content and got it published after days of awaiting for the approval from the Audio platforms!
It merely took us 3 days to publish our first episode!
► How'd you find the time and funding to do this podcast?
We had a frequency of 3 per week initially. Now, we are through with 4 episodes a month!
► What do you gain from podcasting?
Yes, I have an Anchor Sponsorship of $15CPM
I had 1030 plays per month when I got the sponsorship.
I've not found any sponsors, looking forward with many.I have an average of 1000plays/month.
► How does your podcasting process look like?
Its a team of 3 and we record and edit our audio via Voice Memos from Macbook.
► How do you market your show?
50% from Spotify
22% from iTunes
and rest of other 9 platforms
► What advice would you share with aspiring (new) podcasters?
All I would say to budding podcasters is... Just Go For it! In this era of 2021, it's very amusing and simple to create Podcasts and all of us should have one!
