How can we use mindfulness to support our business? There are two components that we can consider. One, we can use mindfulness to make decisions. We can learn to tune in and make choices in our business from a place of intuition.
The other competent is using mindfulness to stay healthy. I am super passionate about business owners and leaders making their health a priority because if we are not healthy both physically AND mentally that will, of course, affect the big-picture vision that we are working towards.
Today is a collab episode with mindfulness experts. We have Jen Moff sharing with us about using mindfulness in business, Laurie Mallon talks to us about mindful eating, and then we end the show with an INCREDIBLE meditation from Jen Douvoust. This is a good one y’all!
