- Write your feelings in a journal.
- Sit with your child and doodle together.
- Write a word in your journal and just doodle around the word.
- Doodling is a massage for the brain.
- Have a theme word for the day. And check in throughout the day to determine if you’re living by that word.
- Create a morning journalling routine to tune in to what you need.
- Get curious about your feelings and other people’s feelings.
- Get curious about the world around you and your kids will too.
- Journal for just 2-8 minutes a day.
- Treat yourself more: you’ve done amazing this year!
