My goal was to see if i could produce a global audience for as little as possible so that i could then share that experience with others toprove you don't have to have a huge budget to have a global presence.
I release 2 episodes per week
I implement my time blocking strategy that i teach business owners on sceduling your week to include all of your activities so that your business works for you and not you working the business
I spend 0 dollars per month, and i havebuilt my show on a Sphere based and referral based method that i teach all business owners that i coach, your clients and audience are right in front of your eyes.
 

I gain a pride in helping people navigate the daily pressure of being an entreprenuer or sales person and pass alongmy experiences and knowledge to help make them productie instead of busy!
I startd with Anchor for free and read their ad for monetization i gained 37 dwnloads with first monetized episode and about 100 per month now
I use my podcast as a gateway to lead generate for my real estate and coaching business almost as a digital business card.
The podcast gets me in the door or on the phone with influential people on a daily basis.
 

I use my laptop and the Anchor platform
I use my network to find guests
I prepare by writing down topics and i riff off of personal experiences or current challenges that i have overcome
I use zoom and anchor app or video transcribed by anchor into mp4 format
 

I use social media and word of mouth and sphere of influence to build my audience,i want to be able to share with people whodon't have tons of money that they can do it to and that i am going to show them how.

Just take action and start, it doesnt have to be perfect and learn with each new episode your flow.
Take something that you are passionate about or excited about and talk about that! others out there have the same interest will find you especially if you leverage your current advocates in your life.
