My Name is Faith, I spend over thirteen years in the customer service industry. I have the opportunity to work for some amazing companies, everyone from USAA, Citi Bank, etc. I’ve taken all my experience with customer service industries as well as my personal life experiences to create the Lift All Voices Platform.

Today am the Founder and Host of Lift All Voices Podcast, a story-telling platform transcending voices beyond our differences. We've created a safe space inviting others to share their unique stories connecting the dot to our human experiences.

We believe all voices and all stories matter. We celebrate human breakthroughs, their storms, and the strength it took to overcome through their stories.

Our listenership has mostly consisted of

August 2020 I began podcasting after I found my voice and gain confidence through sharing my personal story with the world. It took me about three months of reaching etc before starting the podcast. While I wasn't sure much about podcasting I realize soon after many incidences I came to realize that I was sending a message to continue sharing stories and to encourage others to share their own stories in hope of them finding their own voice.
 

We have been amplifying voices since August 2020. Our episodes are released bi-weekly on anchor. FM, Apple podcat, Spotify, Google podcast, Audible, I Heart Radio, etc. Over the past eight months, I have come to learn that there are many hours required to create a show like ours. We dedicate around 15 hours a week just to reaching, administrative, and writing the episode layout as well as finding guests and editing the interviews, etc.

Here a bit of a nugget for you:

Create a template that is duplicatable that can be used for every episode moving forward.

For interviews use Zoom all day its free and you can record while getting the actual video to use on your youtube.

If you use an anchor.FM as a hosting site they already have a way you can exit your interviews right from the Anchor app and it's very easy and simple.
 

Most listeners I found have access to social media. So make sure you are visible by having a fan page for your podcast on Facebook, Instagram, and youtube.

For marketing, I will say join other Facebook groups for podcasters and groups that allow you to grow your following on Facebook. Also, hashtags are your best friend. #folllowme, #likemepage etc.

If you are on Spotify you will have free access to your podcast acquisition that shows the people that listen to your show.
 

Be consistent with publishing your podcast. Always Encourage guests to at least listen to one episode before they come on the show. Also, ask them to share the show on their social platforms.

Invest in yourself. There is a cost to podcasting for the host and that is "Time".

Start to find others to support you by sponsoring the show starts with local business.
