Girmay Hadish Zahilay (GRR-my ZAH-hill-eye) (born May 6, 1987) is a Sudan-born Ethiopian-American politician and attorney who serves as a member of the King County Council from District 2 in Seattle, Washington. He was elected in 2019 and defeated longtime incumbent Larry Gossett.

Zahilay and his brother were born in Sudan to Ethiopian refugees who had escaped a military conflict.
