Adam Sinkus
I have over 10 years of call center and BPO experience in training, operations, and quality that has helped me to navigate building successful teams. Through effective leadership, I have helped improve employee retention, training effectiveness, customer experience, and employee experience.
Training Management:
I have a strong foundation in running high volume training programs. I have helped to build, implement, and deliver new training programs, from content creation to training approach. With existing programs, I have used the data to determine the effectiveness and provide root cause improvement directives to positively impact training outcomes.
Operations Management:
High performing teams are critical to organizational success. That is why I take my passion around people and apply it to the businesses I work in. While understanding budgets, KPI’s and Performance is important. I have found that when you focus on people the rest falls into place. That is why I take a people-first approach to operations management.
Who I am:
You can read my resume and get a great idea of what I have done, but the reality is people thrive on relationships. That is why I feel it is important to know people on a more personal level. So what you won’t find anywhere else but here is, I am passionate about technology, skiing, and my vinyl record collection. I like to share those passions with my wife and 2 kids.

► Why & how did you start this podcast?
I am an avid business networker. I started The Winning Tactics because I wanted to help my friends that owned small businesses navigate the challenges that everyone was facing as COVID really started to take hold. I really just wanted to help everyone support each other!
I started the show as a live show on LinkedIn and Facebook. I quickly added the content to Youtube. About 3 months in a friend of mine encouraged me to make it a podcast and get it listed on all the major platforms.
A few weeks later I have launched on all the platforms, started actively building more of an audience and marketing the show. It is amazing to look back and see the progress from march until now.
► How'd you find the time and funding to do this podcast?
Time is always the challenge when you think about doing something more. While I was actively building my marketing business I made the time to do 2 live shows a week. As we got busier, I had to cut back to one show a week. That is the cadence I plan on continuing.
► What do you gain from podcasting?
As a newer podcast, I am working on building a show that will totally financially support itself. That being said we are not there yet.
I recently set up with my first affiliate partner and they currently are getting a mention every show. This is just the start for me. I am not here to make a million off the show, just to build relationships and friendships with people that care about helping as much as I do.
► How does your podcasting process look like?
I record all of my shows through Streamyard. I have found it to be the best overall platform from a production perspective. It also allows me to live stream to several platforms. Additionally, I find it to be more stable than Zoom.
I spend 2-4 hours preparing for each guest so that we can have a great conversational show and highlight what is important to them and their message. This may include reading papers they have written, presentations/ TED Talks, or articles they have published.
If you are interested in setting up your own Streamyard use this link to get $25 after you spend your first $25: link
To find guests use a multitude of platforms including Linkedin, Facebook, Tribe Of Titans, and Poddit.
