► Tell us about you and your podcast
This is my first podcast and I started out of simple curiosity- is it for me? Can I do it? Do I have something to tell the world? I actually got into it so much, that I want it to be the part of my life, my job. I love talking and I love sharing my thoughts, so I've created a podcast, which tells people about my stories, my reflections, etc. My listeners are mostly my age, about 18-21, but I also have some who are older. Mostly polish people, because I speak polish, but i also have some listeners from around the world and I love them all!
► Why & how did you start this podcast?
I started to listen to podcasts about 5 years ago and it was mostly to sleep, but I actually got into that pretty well and soon I was listening to podcasts during walks or on the road. I love that people are sharing their insights, their foughts in such a simple way, they're beeing themselves. I love that these are simple, human talks. My initial goal was making sure if really enjoy doing this, if this is something for me and guess what? It is! I started about a year ago, but I wasn't sure if I want to publish it. Eventually I published the first episode about ten weeks ago and after I got so many kind messages I decided to go further.

► How'd you find the time and funding to do this podcast?
I release my podcast once a week. It is pretty hard, because I'm a university student and I have lots of stuff to do. At first I thought it would be simple andt it shouldn't take much time, but I was wrong. Making the podcast is a job, it requiers some time, effort, research, skills and especially regurality. I'm also looking for jobs, I'm doing other stuff like voice overs, so sometimes it's hard to make it, especially because for now it doesn't bring me any money. But i really like it, so I always remember to have some "spare" time to make it. Luckly I had most of the equipment, because of the subject I'm studying on the university, but there was some things I had to buy to make my work easier, for example a recorder and a new mic.
► What do you gain from podcasting?
I'm new in business, so I didn't have a chance to get any sponsorships yet. I have my patronite profile, where people can sponsor me, but I don't have a very big and very rich audience, so I'm not making a lot there. I would love to have some sponsors, because I want to do what I love for a living, but I know it's very hard at the beginning and I still hope, that someday I will achieve this goal. For now making a podcasts benefit me in learning the ground rules, making contacts and, because of it's topic, it's kind of terapeutical.
► How does your podcasting process look like?
For now I don't have guests, so it's simple. The next podcast I'm planning is going to include some guests, so that will be a new challenge, but I'm excited about it! I know how to record and edit from my university, so that was simple for me. I use mostly ableton, because taht's my favourite DAW. I have a laptop and an aditional monitor to make things easier. Luckly I also have a pair of studio monitors, so I don't have to use only headphones. My technical background and skills are really good. Before recording I usually swing in my room (yes, i have a swing haha) and think... Then I sit and write a short scenario, so I don't have a problem in remembering what I want ot say or which quote I want to read.
► How do you market your show?
My listeners can find my podcast through most of the popular platforms- spotify, podcast addict, google podcasts, apple podcasts, breaker, radiopublic, pocketcasts, most of them use spotify. I also publish on my youtube channel, where I have my songs too. I have a special instagram account, facebook page, linkedin and I recently have made a website.
► What advice would you share with aspiring (new) podcasters?
Just try! If it's not for you, you can always drop it, but if you fall in love in making podcasts it would be a bless for you, because it's a fantastic thing. I love to use some quotes from the books I read and my listeres tell me that they like it, so here's my advice to you. About podcasting I learn from articles from many, many different sites and from skillshare, there are pretty good courses there.
