Wisdom Through Love and Compassion: Easter, freshness, knitting

Episode 16: Harvey Aronson/Lama Namgyal Dorje delivers the second part of the teaching started in last week’s episode featuring Anne.  He delivers variations on the theme of freshness: how digging deeply into suffering (our own and others’) can cultivate both wisdom and compassion, hence the Easter passion; how a nondual flow state can result from very precise attention, hence the knitting.
