Dr. Jennifer Roelands is an integrative medicine trained Obstetrician and Gynecologist, podcaster, and mama of four. Her mission is to help busy women balance their hormones without medications so they can have peaceful periods, calm digestion, and be happy in their bodies.
Dr. Jen graduated from the University of California at San Diego’s Medical School and completed her residency at Duke University Medical Center. She worked in private practice for 14 years before starting her company.
Dr. Jen specializes in integrative medicine, mind-body medicine, PCOS, hormonal imbalance, nutrition, and culinary medicine.
