00:00:00.080 --> 00:00:04.320
It was very much having like the perfect pregnancy, perfect birth, having the beautiful house that we have.
00:00:04.559 --> 00:00:12.960
But for me, I've never personally maybe gone deep within myself of my purpose and pushing myself beyond those kind of boundaries that I've always set.
00:00:13.199 --> 00:00:17.039
You were really struggling when you come in and you'd be like, babe, like you know, just totally darkness.
00:00:17.199 --> 00:00:22.160
And I said, There is something that is incoherent inside of you, it's an energy that's just lodged.
00:00:22.399 --> 00:00:26.079
The irony is when you're in a dark place like you were, you need to double down on this.
00:00:26.160 --> 00:00:26.480
Yeah.
00:00:26.800 --> 00:00:35.920
And whenever I get to a point where I'm low or where I'm really, really struggling to connect with myself, I always go back to the same thing, which is.
00:00:36.560 --> 00:00:39.280
And then you sent me this transcript, didn't you?
00:00:39.759 --> 00:00:41.119
Yeah, I did.
00:00:43.920 --> 00:00:51.119
Okay, so a big welcome to Beyond, a podcast with myself Matt Cook and my beautiful wife Corisan Cook.
00:00:51.439 --> 00:00:54.159
And we are so excited to be here.
00:00:54.320 --> 00:01:01.920
If you've been following our journey, you'll know that we did do a couple of episodes at the beginning of 2025, and then we stopped.
00:01:02.079 --> 00:01:13.280
We didn't actually call it a podcast, we called it a conversation, and I think that's because intuitively we knew we didn't have the capacity at the time to commit to a podcast full-time.
00:01:13.439 --> 00:01:23.760
We had a at the time our son Humphrey was about six months old, and it was a pretty crazy time, but now we're back and we're taking this seriously, and we are calling it a podcast.
00:01:24.000 --> 00:01:31.519
So, Corusanne, talk me through what was going on, and because this this whole setup, we're here now because of you.
00:01:31.760 --> 00:01:37.599
I was already running it at full capacity in my head, and then you were like, babe, we need to start a podcast.
00:01:37.920 --> 00:01:49.120
So why don't you why don't you start us off with sort of why we're here and then I'm gonna share uh the most incredible story because I've got all the details and we don't want to miss the details because it's such a good one.
00:01:49.200 --> 00:01:50.480
So talk talk talk us through.
00:01:50.799 --> 00:01:58.400
Well, I think for anyone that doesn't know, we sort of, you know, we had a a great run with the kind of chat, didn't we?
00:01:58.719 --> 00:02:12.639
And we I thought it was really interesting because I I think shortly after started my Instagram, and I just thought, well, if I start my own Instagram as well, then at least people know if they click on that, I kind of they can put a face to the video.
00:02:13.039 --> 00:02:28.159
And I had so many people messaging me about one specific episode, which was one where I kind of got quite emotional talking about that kind of feeling after having a baby that you have, that feeling of loss, that feeling of kind of your purpose and everything that comes with it.
00:02:28.400 --> 00:02:48.960
And so many people messages like literally, I had messages coming in from l all types of different people, people that had recently had babies, people that had older children, and I was really, really shocked by how many people said that it's not something that's talked about, that loss of self and loss of purpose.
00:02:49.439 --> 00:03:16.000
And I think it gave me a huge injection of well, this is my purpose, because I had all this time of not really knowing what my purpose was, and then suddenly I realised outside of like the behind the scenes, for anyone that doesn't know, within our business and everything that we do, I'm kind of the behind the scenes of the aesthetics, how everything looks, how we kind of want to do things, and that's always been my role, and and kind of I've been always been really happy with that.
00:03:16.080 --> 00:03:24.080
But I quickly realised I actually realized I had a voice to share something, and that gave me permission to do that, and then we kind of stopped, didn't we?
00:03:24.719 --> 00:04:04.400
And I had probably I a good maybe year after that where I just thought I'm still feeling that loss of purpose, and even though I love the parts that I bring to the table in terms of how we do and create things, I still kept thinking it's such a shame that I never continued that, and actually, even kind of like a disconnect between the content that I'm posting because as much as like I love my aesthetic quotes that I post and I love to kind of show the behind the scenes, there is still an element, if I'm being honest when I post it, that I can hear someone in my head going, Yeah, but you're not showing yourself still though, are you?
00:04:04.639 --> 00:04:08.879
You're not pushing yourself, and I'm not a talking to camera coach, that isn't me.
00:04:08.960 --> 00:04:12.960
That's you, that's your role, that's what you're good at, that's what you're amazingly natural at.
00:04:13.120 --> 00:04:16.639
That isn't me, but there is definitely a way of sharing it.
00:04:16.720 --> 00:04:19.279
So that's kind of how we got to this.
00:04:20.160 --> 00:04:20.560
Absolutely.
00:04:20.639 --> 00:04:21.759
I think you you're right.
00:04:21.839 --> 00:04:30.240
Like I always said to you, you sort of started off your Instagram probably sort of about March 2025, around the same time as the first sort of chats we had.
00:04:30.319 --> 00:04:34.560
For anyone who wants to listen to those, they're they're on a YouTube channel, aren't they?
00:04:34.800 --> 00:04:39.600
Um, and you were very vulnerable, you didn't want to include that that particular clip, did you?
00:04:39.680 --> 00:04:45.920
But like you, like you've just said, it's the point that I think connected us to a lot of people that resonated with you.
00:04:46.399 --> 00:04:48.959
And you know, you've done really well with your content.
00:04:49.040 --> 00:05:03.439
And for years, I was telling you, I was like, Corusand, you're more than you're more than the camera woman, you're more than the editor, you're more than sort of like deciding what outfits I wear, you are not the background person, you're you're the unseen artist that needs to be seen.
00:05:03.600 --> 00:05:09.519
And Corus Sand's got this incredible way, you've grown your Instagram really quite quickly, and it looks beautiful.
00:05:09.839 --> 00:05:29.680
And the conversations we were having over the last sort of three months have been, you know, Corus Sand still needs to come out more on Instagram, and I think it's important to talk about how you were still struggling with purpose, even though and this was the paradox you'd often say to me, you'd say, Matt, I feel really guilty.
00:05:29.839 --> 00:05:50.240
I look around and we've built this incredible life, and we travel and we have a healthy, wonderful son, and we have a home in Cornwall, everything we dreamed of, but Matt, there's still something missing, and and why don't you talk about if you're comfortable, what we decided you'd do to try and discover that purpose, and then I'll share with everyone what happened.
00:05:50.480 --> 00:05:55.519
So I think it's interesting because I think there might be a lot of people listening here who say, Well, yeah, that's me.
00:05:55.600 --> 00:06:11.279
I've manifested everything that I've ever kind of wanted, but there's still an element of kind of being a little bit of disconnect, and that's okay, but if you have to give yourself permission that timeline shift, things move, you know, your wants and needs will grow, and that's absolutely fine.
00:06:11.519 --> 00:06:36.800
Um, but yeah, I you're right, I felt really, really guilty because a lot of our manifestations have been very foundational, and for me it was very much having like the perfect pregnancy for perfect birth and having the beautiful house that we have, and but for me, I've never personally maybe gone deep within myself of like my f like my purpose and like pushing myself beyond those kind of boundaries that I've always set.
00:06:37.040 --> 00:06:51.759
So yeah, we said, and something that I always do whenever I get to a point where I'm low or where I'm really, really struggling to connect with myself, I always go back to the same thing, which is a really deep meditation because I know I have to.
00:07:00.560 --> 00:07:02.480
This is this is like training for a marathon for me.
00:07:02.560 --> 00:07:06.399
I have to prioritize my mindset now, I have to because I can feel myself slipping.
00:07:06.720 --> 00:07:22.319
So I actually first thing I always do when this happens is I go straight to a Joe Dispenser meditation, and for anyone that doesn't know who he is, he's the absolute goat, and he's I performed some form of wizardry in his meditations.
00:07:22.480 --> 00:07:34.319
I purchased, I literally was scrolling through his meditations, and I just found one that was really intuitively calling to me, and it was kind of all around hilariously something I'd never have normally gone for, which was like love and self.
00:07:34.560 --> 00:07:38.720
And the mystery rather than yeah, like not really being anything about anything specific.
00:07:38.879 --> 00:07:49.360
I had this reel in knowing that I think sometimes when you reach that point of like you don't know, like you don't you can't really pinpoint how you feel, you don't know what's going on, you just know you need to find yourself again.
00:07:49.680 --> 00:07:54.800
It becomes nothing material, it solely becomes finding a version of you.
00:07:54.879 --> 00:07:55.920
That's all it becomes about.
00:07:56.079 --> 00:07:59.680
So that's self-love, um, you know, all the things that come with it.
00:07:59.839 --> 00:08:05.439
So I purchased the meditation and I said to Matt, right, is it possible for you to do everything with Humphrey tonight?
00:08:05.519 --> 00:08:09.040
I I need some time to myself, I need I just need to literally get into this.
00:08:09.199 --> 00:08:12.079
Of course, you being as good as you are, said yes.
00:08:12.399 --> 00:08:16.800
Yeah, and I think before you share what you're about to share, let's just tee this up.
00:08:17.040 --> 00:08:28.720
Because the way Corusanne and I work really well, whenever whenever we're out having like dinner with friends and Corissan's about to tell a story, I'm there with bated breath, making sure she doesn't leave out any of the juicy details.
00:08:28.959 --> 00:08:30.720
Jumping in, jumping in straight to the story.
00:08:30.800 --> 00:08:33.919
I'm like, hang on, babe, you've missed like the vital component here.
00:08:34.240 --> 00:08:36.799
So let's just before you dive in.
00:08:37.039 --> 00:08:41.120
So we were having these deep conversations every night after Humphrey was asleep.
00:08:41.279 --> 00:08:46.960
Yeah, and I'm trying not to be a coach, I'm trying to be a husband.
00:08:47.120 --> 00:08:48.080
Well, you're trying not to be, yeah.
00:08:48.240 --> 00:09:01.039
And well, and you you'd say to me, You're being a coach, and I'd be like, I know, but how what you need help with is what I coach, and it was this real weird dynamic where I had to say to you, Do you give me permission to be your coach?
00:09:01.200 --> 00:09:03.519
Yeah, and you were like, Yeah, I do.
00:09:03.679 --> 00:09:08.480
And I said, Where you are right now is you need to regulate your nervous system.
00:09:08.879 --> 00:09:13.600
There is something that is incoherent inside of you, it's an energy that's dislodged.
00:09:13.759 --> 00:09:22.159
I think it's somewhere in your lower three energy centers, perhaps your solar plexus, which is all about action, which is all about you know finding passion.
00:09:22.320 --> 00:09:24.000
There's something there blocking you.
00:09:24.240 --> 00:09:34.879
I don't feel like and you were you had a real block when it came to a desire, and when it came when when when when it came to even thinking about a goal or a manifestation, you couldn't get it, it was total darkness.
00:09:35.200 --> 00:09:49.840
You kept saying to me, you kept trying, and it was total darkness, and we identified a few things that the irony is when you're in a dark place like you were with this, you need you need to double down on this, yeah.
00:09:50.080 --> 00:10:12.000
And the problem was in the morning, it's sort of a bit of a marathon, a bit of a sort of uh I come in here in the morning for an hour, and then we sort of do a relay and switch, and by the time we've done our journaling, our gratitude, and everything else, really to then sit down and do an hour's meditation, there just isn't the time authentically, and you were really struggling with time, and you'd come in and you'd be like, babe, like you know, it's just total darkness.
00:10:12.159 --> 00:10:18.799
And I knew it was so bizarre because you were someone that had the most extraordinary meditations, you know.
00:10:18.960 --> 00:10:32.559
Yeah, and I'd be like this geek, and I'd be like, My god, sit down, tell me all about it, and I'd be there with a notepad and pen, just like you know, you'd have these out-of-body experiences, and you'd have these past life regressions where you were like in the you know the 18th century, and it's unbelievable.
00:10:32.879 --> 00:10:39.440
And we sat down, and I know that the two best times to meditate are either first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
00:10:39.600 --> 00:10:44.480
But with you, the moment you any form of relaxation last thing at night, you're gone, you're asleep.
00:10:44.720 --> 00:10:48.799
Takes Kora Sand five seconds, head on the head on the pillow, and she's gone.
00:10:48.960 --> 00:10:54.320
I don't think you've ever watched an end of any podcast we've ever listened to in bed because you're gone, it's like a lullaby.
00:10:54.960 --> 00:10:57.440
And I was like, right, okay, we need to try and figure out a time here.
00:10:57.600 --> 00:11:03.919
And we got into this really good rhythm where I was getting Humphrey to sleep, sort of from about what, 5 30 till 6 30.
00:11:04.399 --> 00:11:16.000
And there was this window where you had this sort of free time, and actually, when we identified it, and perhaps someone can resonate in their own life if they're trying to find this, you identified actually that that was your only time of the day where you'd doom scroll.
00:11:16.159 --> 00:11:27.919
Because and you've got to kind of ignore someone saying, Oh, well, you need to meditate in the morning, you need to meditate here, you need to you've you've got to ignore that because I think I've realized meditation is all about being able to switch off.
00:11:28.159 --> 00:11:28.559
Exactly.
00:11:29.039 --> 00:11:39.519
It's irrespective of when the brain waves, I know the brain waves, when they should be, you know, and all this, but let's just talk about the fact that if you're a busy mum and you can hear something going on, we all know it.
00:11:39.600 --> 00:11:47.039
Any mum's out there will know you hear a cry, you hear what anything going on, your ears prick up and you your mind's gone, it's there on your child.
00:11:47.120 --> 00:11:53.919
You're not you're not even thinking about what you're doing in that moment, your whole body is just you know taking you over there and mind, by the way.
00:11:54.080 --> 00:11:58.879
So um I'd lost that part of me that could switch off uh completely, really good.
00:11:59.279 --> 00:11:59.759
Completely.
00:11:59.919 --> 00:12:04.960
So, what I realised I was trying to do, and anyone that can relate here, this is a really key, crucial point.
00:12:05.039 --> 00:12:09.840
This is why I'm sharing this story, is that I was trying to do what I used to do, right?
00:12:09.919 --> 00:12:11.039
Yeah, never gonna work.
00:12:11.200 --> 00:12:13.600
I was trying to do what I used to do before having Humphrey.
00:12:13.759 --> 00:12:15.840
That was that was that that's not a thing anymore.
00:12:16.000 --> 00:12:21.600
I now have a child, I now have a baby, I'm now a mum, different person to who I was prior to having Humphrey.
00:12:21.759 --> 00:12:23.919
So I had to go, oh okay, here you go.
00:12:24.879 --> 00:12:26.480
You're living in the past still, Coruscant here.
00:12:26.559 --> 00:12:27.440
You need to change now.
00:12:27.759 --> 00:12:38.159
So that's when we identified that okay, so from half five to half six, and I sort of said to you, you know, look, um, you might just need to have a longer meditation, it might take you a little bit longer to slow down your brain.
00:12:38.240 --> 00:12:47.679
But actually, what we identified straight away was because you were able to switch off because you knew that Humphrey's pretty good with me at like just settling anyway in general.
00:12:48.000 --> 00:12:50.399
Um, perhaps I have some calming energy.
00:12:50.639 --> 00:12:54.159
I don't know, but what it's like let's not even question it.
00:12:54.480 --> 00:12:56.480
We know he's calm when he's with me.
00:12:56.639 --> 00:13:04.879
So you you were able to switch off with that, and then and then we found the meditation, and the meditation was one of Joe's, it was something like the mystical or love.
00:13:05.360 --> 00:13:09.360
And I looked through and I was like, right, I can't do an hour, can't do 45 minutes, can't do that.
00:13:09.440 --> 00:13:11.759
And I for now I just swipe past any of those.
00:13:12.000 --> 00:13:13.519
Yeah, so you found a half an hour one.
00:13:13.679 --> 00:13:32.159
Yeah, half an hour, and share and then and then if you if you're okay, so everyone knows I say to Coruscant, if you have a crazy experience, the first thing I want you to do is just voice note it into like Chat GPT and then and then just save it and send it to me.
00:13:32.399 --> 00:13:36.240
And then you sent me this this transcript, didn't you?
00:13:36.639 --> 00:13:49.919
Yeah, I I did, and I and uh so it was uh yeah, it was a great time because I knew everything was like going on was sorted, and I it's an an amazing meditation, actually.
00:13:50.000 --> 00:13:57.840
I'll try and share it uh on my Instagram and it has some amazing music behind it as well, which really really helps.
00:13:58.080 --> 00:14:13.360
And so just to set the scene, uh I decided, which is something I never normally do to set an intention before the meditation, and so for me doing that is how I direct where I want that meditation to go.
00:14:13.519 --> 00:14:14.960
So, what's the reason I'm doing it?
00:14:15.200 --> 00:14:24.720
Not just doing it to relax, I'm doing it for a reason, I'm doing it because I need to I need to go and assess and and and basically face a part of myself right now that's struggling.
00:14:24.799 --> 00:14:30.799
I need to face that, so that was my intention, and then so we don't miss out on any of the details.
00:14:31.120 --> 00:14:33.200
Yeah, because I will miss out by the way on really crucial details.
00:14:34.399 --> 00:14:35.279
So let me just set the scene.
00:14:35.360 --> 00:14:38.960
So I'm here, Comfrey's fast asleep, it's about 6 30.
00:14:39.039 --> 00:14:41.440
I'm sort of getting up to leave his room, phone pings.
00:14:41.519 --> 00:14:44.960
I'm like, oh okay, so this is going to be juicy.
00:14:45.120 --> 00:14:46.320
So she's done the meditation.
00:14:46.399 --> 00:14:48.080
So these are your exact words, okay?
00:14:48.559 --> 00:14:52.559
So Matt, I just thought I'd tie this up so I don't forget.
00:14:52.799 --> 00:14:56.320
I've just done the Joe Dispenser meditation, it was incredible.
00:14:56.559 --> 00:14:59.279
I had the most unbelievable experience.
00:14:59.519 --> 00:15:07.600
I saw myself walking down a really, really dark corridor when it started, and it was almost like a prison cell.
00:15:07.840 --> 00:15:13.519
It was horrible, it felt really vile, and I had a horrible feeling.
00:15:13.919 --> 00:15:25.039
And when I looked in, there was a light on in a room like there was a door, and it just swung open, and I was sat in there.
00:15:25.919 --> 00:15:34.720
But I was like really, really thin, and I was chained, and there was like only a small window in there, and I looked really, really sad.
00:15:36.639 --> 00:15:55.120
And when I went over towards myself, I just saw myself breaking out of all these chains and just like exploding into this light and this fire, and then literally I felt this hand on my head like so powerful, I thought it was going to break my skull.
00:15:55.360 --> 00:16:10.159
It was like so intense on my head, and in the middle of my forehead, there was like this finger pressing down, and then I just saw us like running along this really, really lovely field, and we were all smiling, and it just felt so amazing.
00:16:10.399 --> 00:16:16.480
We were all looking at each other and just laughing, and I was like all of a sudden the healthiest I've ever been.
00:16:16.720 --> 00:16:22.000
I saw myself walking on a beach, just feeling really good about myself.
00:16:22.159 --> 00:16:32.399
I looked so healthy and happy, and then I saw this, it went very, very dark again, and it felt like the chair lifted up, and I felt like I was in space.
00:16:32.559 --> 00:16:38.639
It was weird, and it felt almost like my legs were hanging, like dangling over in space.
00:16:38.799 --> 00:16:41.919
I felt like there was literally nothing and nobody there.
00:16:42.080 --> 00:16:55.039
It felt so weird, and then I literally saw this gold heart, and it went straight into my chest, and I felt my whole body, it felt like it was on fire, like all over, and then I just saw it.
00:16:55.840 --> 00:17:44.400
This like ball of energy, and there were these like white people standing around me, and I kept seeing the word protection, protect your energy, like keep keep keep yourself close, keep protecting your energy, and then what was even weirder is I just saw those two chairs of that podcast studio and us sitting in there, and how many different opportunities were all of a sudden coming our way, and how our life was changing, and it showed me a version of you, Matt, you now, and a future you, and the same with me, and then it kept like changing to loads of different scenes of past and then into the present, and it just felt really, really good.
00:17:45.599 --> 00:17:54.559
That's really weird hearing that back, because it's like, yeah, it's a good job I do for you to note it because I don't know if something happens to my brain after where I'm like, oh that didn't happen.
00:17:54.799 --> 00:17:57.119
Yeah, it's very powerful listening to that.
00:17:57.519 --> 00:17:59.279
And I was so proud of you after that.
00:17:59.519 --> 00:17:59.920
Yeah.
00:18:00.400 --> 00:18:09.200
And the reason I wanted to share that is because I've seen, and that was about a month ago.
00:18:10.319 --> 00:18:13.279
I felt like I was losing my wife, like in a sense.
00:18:13.920 --> 00:18:23.200
Like you were in this really weird phase where half of you knew you had everything, and then there was this enormous guilt for like why you felt like you did.
00:18:24.079 --> 00:18:40.079
And there's been a few other in insane meditations you've had after that, but from that moment on, like there's there's just been a different chorus and yeah, and I think and I genuinely think that's something really important that a lot of people need to hear.
00:18:40.160 --> 00:18:52.240
Whether that's you know, um the pain that you're in, whether that's you know, uh something in the past that's happened that the memory of it still keeps you there.
00:18:52.640 --> 00:18:56.160
You have to go and meet that version of you, you have to go and see.
00:18:56.480 --> 00:19:04.640
You know, for me, I feel like I was observing s a version of me struggling really mentally, physically, you know.
00:19:04.880 --> 00:19:15.759
I I've uh you know struggled after having Humphrey not just with the m the mental side of it but also the physical side of it as well and all the things that come with that a lot of women experience.
00:19:15.920 --> 00:19:20.079
And I think you know, you have to at some point when you're ready, you have to go and meet that version.
00:19:20.160 --> 00:19:22.240
I haven't been ready yet, but I did.
00:19:22.400 --> 00:19:27.599
I did go and meet her and I looked at her and saw that I needed to say goodbye to her.
00:19:28.000 --> 00:19:30.480
Do you remember what she was like when you walked into that?
00:19:30.640 --> 00:19:42.240
Because what's amazing about what happens here with Corusand is like she tells me these amazing meditations, and I'm so sort of jealous because I love to have like and I'm like and I'm like Corusand, look just help me.
00:19:42.480 --> 00:19:46.640
Were you like were you just like seeing it on a movie screen or were you like full on in like a screen?
00:19:47.039 --> 00:20:04.480
It's always very much like the observer, like I'm observing it, and in that moment it you know it's very hard to relate it to yourself, but of course, the the the whole thing for me that I've tried to teach myself not to do is is not to even try and question what I'm seeing or even try and think about what I'm viewing or how I'm viewing it.
00:20:04.640 --> 00:20:10.000
I just know I have to somehow try and interpret that when my eyes are open to what I've seen.
00:20:10.079 --> 00:20:14.720
But I I the biggest thing here isn't to question what you're being shown, the why.
00:20:14.880 --> 00:20:35.119
You don't need to know in that moment why you're being shown there's there's a reason and you can decode it after, but the very important thing here is there's a reason for it, and for me it was very much it was very clear that I was being shown what I have been and who has been trapped inside of me, and now that she needs to she needs to leave now.
00:20:35.680 --> 00:20:39.759
And do you feel like even though it was scary as you were walking through that prison cell, it was very scary.
00:20:40.000 --> 00:20:44.799
Is there a part of you in that moment that knows if you didn't want to face it, you could have just questioned it and perhaps would have gone away?
00:20:45.039 --> 00:20:54.960
I've taken off my eye mask, I could have I could have just stopped, I could have I could have said no, and there was every part of me, just so you know, I'm always fighting 50% of me here to take my eye mask off.
00:20:55.200 --> 00:20:58.559
There's 50% of me that's always saying, right, you don't need to do this anymore.
00:20:58.640 --> 00:20:59.759
Now this is too painful.
00:21:00.000 --> 00:21:03.440
But the other half of me goes, something inside me says, keep going.
00:21:03.599 --> 00:21:06.000
Keep going, Corusanne, just keep going.
00:21:06.160 --> 00:21:10.640
Because I know every time, I know every time something happens.
00:21:10.960 --> 00:21:18.400
And by the way, you know, I'm talking about this from a person who has to have that vision in order to function.
00:21:18.720 --> 00:21:22.240
Like to function, to believe, to dream, to to visualize.
00:21:22.400 --> 00:21:23.920
I have to have this vision first.
00:21:24.079 --> 00:21:25.440
Not everyone has to.
00:21:25.599 --> 00:21:30.720
You know, people's experience might be a sign or a synchronicity, an angel number that they decode.
00:21:30.880 --> 00:21:33.119
It doesn't have to be this amazing vision.
00:21:33.200 --> 00:21:36.079
Like what I'm talking about here is because of how I work.
00:21:36.240 --> 00:21:40.720
I'm a visual, like I that's how I work with everything, but you, Matt, you aren't.
00:21:41.119 --> 00:21:45.119
I'm laughing here because you are you're so you're so visual.
00:21:45.279 --> 00:21:49.759
Corusc will have one of these meditations and then she'll come out and she'll be like, Right, Matt.
00:21:49.839 --> 00:21:54.000
I've um I've seen Future You and Future Me, and we're dressing completely differently.
00:21:54.160 --> 00:21:56.640
And I've just seen you, and you're in these Tom Ford glasses.
00:21:56.720 --> 00:21:58.559
So, Matt, we're gonna now switch up all your glasses.
00:21:58.640 --> 00:21:59.759
So before before this podcast.
00:22:00.240 --> 00:22:06.319
I think people find it quite funny that these are some new glasses, and I've always saying to you, I think they're too big, I think they don't look good on my face.
00:22:06.400 --> 00:22:08.160
And you're like, no, you've got to just trust me.
00:22:08.319 --> 00:22:10.240
And that's what's so great about you and I.
00:22:10.319 --> 00:22:14.480
Like, you have this ability to sort of see the future, and then we step into it, don't we?
00:22:16.160 --> 00:22:17.359
Just a quick one.
00:22:17.680 --> 00:22:23.440
I find it amazing how many people message me and say, Matt, I never knew that you had a community.
00:22:23.599 --> 00:22:25.279
We don't talk about it that often.
00:22:25.359 --> 00:22:27.599
It's called the Beyond Community.
00:22:27.759 --> 00:22:39.440
And basically, it's a place where we just take everything we talk about on these podcasts, just much deeper, with people from all over the world, all walks of life, all looking to manifest different things.
00:22:39.599 --> 00:22:46.559
It's one of my favorite things to do every day just to check in and see what other people are doing, sharing their wins, sharing their signs.
00:22:46.720 --> 00:22:51.839
But what I love most about the community is it's a beautiful app that you can have on your phone.
00:22:51.920 --> 00:23:01.599
And on that app, inside the community, you've got all of Corus Anne and I's meditations, you've got a course, you've got challenges, you can join our book club.
00:23:01.680 --> 00:23:08.960
It's just one of those places that just takes you from the distraction of social media and actually helps you get towards that dream.
00:23:09.119 --> 00:23:11.519
So if you want to check us out, look at the link below.
00:23:11.680 --> 00:23:13.200
We give a seven-day free trial.
00:23:13.279 --> 00:23:14.960
So come and join us, come and check it out.
00:23:15.039 --> 00:23:16.079
And if you go, do you know what?
00:23:16.160 --> 00:23:19.039
This isn't for me, no hard feelings, but I think you're gonna love it.
00:23:19.200 --> 00:23:21.119
Anyway, back to the episode.
00:23:22.880 --> 00:23:34.000
So when that scene's playing on and you see this skinny, sad version of you that's chained up, are you allowing the scene to just naturally unfold?
00:23:34.240 --> 00:23:34.640
Yeah.
00:23:34.880 --> 00:23:35.039
Okay.
00:23:35.359 --> 00:23:36.960
Like gen genuinely it's unfolding.
00:23:37.279 --> 00:23:42.000
I I suppose you you've got to imagine it's like watching, it's like watching a television programme.
00:23:42.079 --> 00:23:44.720
You're not you're not analysing how that's being made.
00:23:45.039 --> 00:23:46.319
And you're full on there in that.
00:23:46.880 --> 00:23:53.359
Yeah, like it's it's literally like walking a it's like being in a uh a film set, like it's you're I'm there.
00:23:53.519 --> 00:24:02.640
For example, if I am gonna do something on the house, like I'm gonna renovate a part of our house, I have to go and see those things physically.
00:24:02.799 --> 00:24:06.480
I have to put it all together, I've got to physically like imagine how that's gonna look.
00:24:06.640 --> 00:24:16.240
Even if that's years out from me doing it for me to get excited and get that emotion that I know we all know we need in order to create and to manifest, you have to have that emotion.
00:24:16.640 --> 00:24:19.599
Somehow you've got to conjure it, however that is, you know.
00:24:20.000 --> 00:24:27.200
So you have to kind of take what I'm saying now and translate to okay, so how do I if I'm planning something, if I'm doing something, how do I do it?
00:24:27.359 --> 00:24:30.319
You have to think about how you are in normal everyday life.
00:24:30.480 --> 00:24:45.039
Am I a a thinker, am I an analytical brain, am I someone that can, you know, likes paperwork and transfer this to you know, yeah, and I this work, I decode what happened to you in that moment, and I think a lot of people will find this interesting.
00:24:45.279 --> 00:24:49.759
So that skinny version of you that was in the cell is that trapped energy.
00:24:50.000 --> 00:24:50.480
Oh, a hundred.
00:24:51.119 --> 00:24:58.720
You've got that energy that's trapped in your body, and energy, bless its heart, is energy that's stuck and it's an emotion.
00:24:59.039 --> 00:25:09.920
And a lot of the time what we need to do to regulate our nervous system and just return back to this coherence where you can build from, it's almost like trying to imagine like how you wouldn't be able to build a house unless the foundations are completely level.
00:25:10.000 --> 00:25:10.319
Yeah.
00:25:10.559 --> 00:25:15.200
And I think so many people try and build their manifestations with like a wobbly base, yeah.
00:25:15.359 --> 00:25:17.920
And it's never it's never gonna build perfectly.
00:25:18.079 --> 00:25:28.240
No, so I always say if we haven't got a coherent regulated nervous system, then it's going to be difficult, and that's exactly why you were blocked visually from creating, in a sense.
00:25:28.480 --> 00:25:36.240
So you went there, you were you faced it, you know, it's presenting itself as this like horrid, sort of almost you know, horror movie.
00:25:36.400 --> 00:25:42.240
You face it, you go over and you sort of tell her it's okay, you touch her, you free her, you see this energy leaving.
00:25:42.400 --> 00:25:50.480
And what you're doing there, quite literally, by giving it space, if you imagine in your body, you're opening the door, and this is how people heal, and this is how I've helped people heal.
00:25:50.559 --> 00:25:53.680
You open a door and you're allowing that energy to free itself.
00:25:53.759 --> 00:25:58.880
It was manifesting for you as a visual concept, but that energy is now freeing itself quite literally.
00:25:58.960 --> 00:26:01.680
It's what it wants to do, it's going back home to the to the unified field.
00:26:02.079 --> 00:26:04.640
Giving it permission to leave, giving it permission to leave, yeah.
00:26:04.720 --> 00:26:07.519
Because so many people unconsciously trap their energy.
00:26:07.920 --> 00:26:09.440
You're absolutely right, it's a very good point.
00:26:09.519 --> 00:26:17.599
You know, you you you open the door and you say to the energy, the emotion, whatever it is, it's not here to hurt you, it's just been stuck behind a heavy door, right?
00:26:17.680 --> 00:26:19.039
A prison cell in your case.
00:26:19.359 --> 00:26:21.839
Yeah, this is like childhood trauma, yeah.
00:26:22.000 --> 00:26:34.720
You know, a lot of people, you know, that feeling of evoked like emotion or whatever that might be something related to a past emotion or childhood trauma or whatever that might be, you know, your body will always try and protect you.
00:26:35.039 --> 00:26:38.480
Absolutely years, years uh you know, later.
00:26:38.799 --> 00:26:42.559
So yeah, for me it was just about releasing it and saying, you know, it's time for you to go now.
00:26:42.720 --> 00:26:46.480
Thank you for trying to protect me, but I don't need protecting now, I'm fine.
00:26:46.799 --> 00:26:47.759
And then she went.
00:26:47.920 --> 00:27:01.920
You have this vision at the end of this podcast, you sort of sketched it out and then and then put a canva board together and showed me what everyone can see now here is the exact podcast scene that you sort of saw in your head, and we were like, right, okay, well, what what can this look like?
00:27:02.240 --> 00:27:03.599
Because we've been talking about it, haven't we?
00:27:03.759 --> 00:27:11.599
And that was that was the that was the final was like yes, and you know, we plan to have some amazing guests on as well.
00:27:11.920 --> 00:27:13.359
Well, should we talk about what our plan is?
00:27:13.440 --> 00:27:18.319
Because we Corusanne and I, when we do things, we we like to do it properly, yeah.
00:27:18.799 --> 00:27:24.079
And we were like, well, initially we were going to go and film these episodes in London.
00:27:24.160 --> 00:27:26.240
There's a great studio there called Podcast House.
00:27:26.319 --> 00:27:35.519
I've been on a few in-person podcasts there myself, and then we sort of looked at it and we were like, you know, it's a four-hour train journey just to get to London.
00:27:35.599 --> 00:27:41.200
What why are we doing it in London when we have our own studio in our office here in Cornwall?
00:27:41.519 --> 00:27:44.799
And do you want to tell everyone what our sort of plan is?
00:27:45.039 --> 00:27:48.079
So our joint conversations and then our plans for guests.
00:27:48.720 --> 00:27:54.160
Yeah, so our conversations when it's just me and you will be here, which is amazing.
00:27:54.240 --> 00:27:59.920
We're very, very blessed to have this beautiful studio here in in our home in Cornwall.
00:28:00.240 --> 00:28:08.880
But we should say that along our journey, we've been incredibly blessed to meet some amazing people all around the world.
00:28:09.279 --> 00:28:22.720
We know some very, very interesting souls who have created some very inspiring businesses, companies, you know, that uh and and and speak on just the most amazing topics.
00:28:22.880 --> 00:29:02.720
And so our plan is to when we travel uh and when we go anywhere to interview these guests on this podcast and introduce you to them because they aren't people that should be gatekeeped, they're uh amazing, amazing people, and the whole premise of this podcast was for us, you know, the the word beyond is isn't just you know, it it's the meaning behind it for us is to show people that have truly gone beyond in their world and in their life and uh how they have created the most incredible and inspirational lives, you know, and just gone beyond the the normal and gone to the extraordinary, really.
00:29:02.799 --> 00:29:11.039
And we know so many people that have done that, and it's very important that their message is also shared because we hope that it will inspire people listening to this as well.
00:29:11.359 --> 00:29:12.079
Yeah, absolutely.
00:29:12.160 --> 00:29:20.640
And I think we'd love to to spice this up, like yeah, you're gonna see Matt and Coruscant here in our beautiful studio in Cornwall that we're very, very grateful for.
00:29:20.960 --> 00:29:37.119
But you know, this is where we make magic happen, but where do our friends who are incredible in their in their industry they're they're not in a podcast studio, they're they're out in their in their restaurant or their coffee shop or you know their hotel.
00:29:37.279 --> 00:29:42.079
And and our goal and intention is to take this podcast mobile.
00:29:42.160 --> 00:29:45.920
Of course, there'll be times where we're in studios and just have those deep conversations.
00:29:46.000 --> 00:29:48.640
And you're right, look, of course, my book's called Beyond Wanting.
00:29:48.799 --> 00:29:56.880
You know, I and you now as well, uh I'm just obsessed with the word beyond because I think it encapsulates infinity in a word.
00:29:57.440 --> 00:30:10.240
Because the truth of reality is I've I've just put together a newsletter actually, it's that this blows my mind that we are perceiving less than one percent of the entire electromagnetic spectrum.
00:30:10.480 --> 00:30:24.559
To put that into perspective, if we laid out the electromagnetic spectrum from sorry, I'm going nerdy now, but this is so important, from from London to New York, and imagine that's the whole length of the electromagnetic spectrum.
00:30:24.880 --> 00:30:28.559
And we what what's outside of the spectrum is invisible to our eyes.
00:30:28.640 --> 00:30:33.599
So we're talking infrared, ultraviolet, x-ray, wi-fi, radio waves, all of that.
00:30:33.759 --> 00:30:40.160
If we laid that out, what we are seeing from London to New York is about the length of two football pictures.
00:30:40.240 --> 00:30:46.640
And trust me, I worked out the kilometres from London to New York and then roughly worked out the kilometres of that percentage.
00:30:46.880 --> 00:30:52.400
I know that's super nerdy, but I wanted to really think hammer this home that we're seeing.
00:30:52.559 --> 00:31:02.319
If you imagine two football pictures, that's all we're seeing, and then everything from those two football pictures in London all the way to New York is what we're not seeing, and that is beyond.
00:31:02.640 --> 00:31:08.160
I have to admit that's amazing, but I am hearing the word New York and my brain, part of my brain is going over there.
00:31:08.400 --> 00:31:09.599
We love New York, we're obsessed with it.
00:31:09.680 --> 00:31:10.880
Part of my brain is going over there.
00:31:11.680 --> 00:31:12.720
I I am listening, but yeah.
00:31:13.039 --> 00:31:18.240
No, so and and that and that there, and this is what's just so and this is classical, you know.
00:31:18.319 --> 00:31:28.960
So so this is what scientists know in in the classical, in classical physics, that that put 99.9% is what we just we can't perceive, but we don't ever question it.
00:31:29.039 --> 00:31:33.920
We don't ever question the fact that there's a radio signals work moving through our room or Wi-Fi signals.
00:31:34.079 --> 00:31:53.839
What's truly, truly extraordinary is when you go beyond even that, you're into the quantum field, and of course, in the quantum field, it's infinite energy, infinite information, and there is a way, of course, with everything I teach in my book and what I teach around the world, with how we can draw from this infinite field of intelligence and how we can make it manifest.
00:31:54.000 --> 00:32:12.160
And you know, we have some amazing friends who are super successful in their own uh niche of what they do, and they might not understand the science of manifestation, but when you talk to them, you know, there is something unconsciously that these people do to to to get to this level of the stuff.
00:32:12.319 --> 00:32:39.200
Yeah, I think the most fascinating people we meet a lot of people who um I can think of actually one particular person who uh when we uh were travelling uh when it was around your book in New York last year, and you know, we met up with some friends there, and you know, it's interesting to hear them just talk about their world prior to manifestation, but you can still hear it slipping in, you know?
00:32:39.599 --> 00:32:44.960
You can still hear it with the success and everything they've got going on, and it's just really that's powerful.
00:32:45.279 --> 00:32:50.559
That's powerful because then I think that also then relates to a new audience as well.
00:32:50.880 --> 00:32:58.799
Yeah, and I think the one word I'm sure you'll agree that we hear in all these conversations with all these people that eventually will get on this podcast is the word belief.
00:32:59.279 --> 00:33:01.200
Oh, yes, absolutely.
00:33:01.440 --> 00:33:11.680
They they they might not understand quantum mechanics and you know, manifestation on a scientific level, but belief is quite literally everything, isn't it?
00:33:11.839 --> 00:33:19.599
Yeah, you know, and and w what our goal is and what our purpose is is to have those deeper conversations and say, look, you know, what was it?
00:33:19.680 --> 00:33:27.039
What did you do in order to get to where you are and see whether we can un unravel, you know, any similarities beyond it.
00:33:27.279 --> 00:33:31.039
But yeah, so that's that's why the the sort of the podcast exists.
00:33:31.200 --> 00:33:33.920
We've got some amazing plans for this.
00:33:34.160 --> 00:33:40.880
I think one of the things people often ask us is you know how we manifest together as a couple.
00:33:41.200 --> 00:33:42.640
What would you say on that?
00:33:43.759 --> 00:33:52.720
I would say that together we always build a kind of end goal, a dream vision, dream scenario.
00:33:52.799 --> 00:33:58.559
We actually we do this really great thing where we say if someone could come down now with a magic, this is a really great one, by the way.
00:33:58.720 --> 00:34:04.880
Anyone that maybe doesn't know what they're wanting to manifest, or is like, well, I kind of can't really get 100% clear.
00:34:05.039 --> 00:34:11.920
You have to say to yourself, Imagine now someone's standing in front of you, you only get this one opportunity, they've got a magic wand.
00:34:12.480 --> 00:34:22.000
If you could manifest anything now, you could change your scenario, you could you've but you've got to be really, really clear, you've got to be super clear, you've got to be crystal clear with this person because they need direction.
00:34:22.159 --> 00:34:32.159
Because the universe, as we know, needs clarity, it needs clarity, needs direction, and it enables like your brain goes into this mode of like, okay, well, what what is it that I actually want?
00:34:32.239 --> 00:34:40.880
And I think when you've come to that conclusion, share it with your partner, you know, do it together, like build the vision board, build the dream, build the end goal.
00:34:40.960 --> 00:34:53.360
It's nice to have you know separate individual goals, but it's also really, really powerful when you come together and you dream and you imagine that future, and you know, we had a joint playlist actually when we were moving to Cornwall, didn't we?
00:34:53.679 --> 00:34:58.719
It was just really powerful, like knowing we were both at it together because two energies is better than one.
00:34:58.960 --> 00:35:22.639
I think what you've said is really powerful about the magic wand, and you said that not long ago, and I was like, I love that analogy because I think what we all need to realize is there's a the imagine the universe is constantly doing that with the magic wand, constantly, and for me it was such this paradox where I'm like, okay, well, if the universe really has got this magic wand and it's permanently granting wishes, why why am I why why is my life not changing?
00:35:22.960 --> 00:35:30.800
And it's of course because unconsciously a lot of us are saying I want my life to change, or when I make more money, I'll be happier.
00:35:30.960 --> 00:35:41.519
And the universe is constantly granting that wish because it's reflecting back who you're being in the moment, so it's saying, of course, okay, so you want to be happier, but really your state of being now is frustrated.
00:35:41.599 --> 00:35:54.000
So I'm going to keep granting that wish, and it's it's like so frustrating when you get it because you know that it's like looking into a mirror, and the mirror only reflects who you're being in the present moment, and the clarity's key.
00:35:54.159 --> 00:36:02.239
We should talk about the because another arm of our business which is also relatively new in addition to the podcast is the events.
00:36:02.480 --> 00:36:07.280
Yes, and Corusan was Corusan was going on at me for so long.
00:36:07.360 --> 00:36:11.679
We need to we need to really manifest help with with events.
00:36:11.840 --> 00:36:14.639
We we dipped our toes in the water ourselves, didn't we?
00:36:14.880 --> 00:36:19.920
Yeah, and anyone that's tried to run an event or has run an event knows that so many elements to it.
00:36:20.239 --> 00:36:30.880
End of 2025, we were trying to look at it ourselves and we were like, hang on, we're not an events company, we've got so many different avenues already with social media and my book and everything else.
00:36:30.960 --> 00:36:35.760
It was like, have we got capacity to even start thinking about doing events?
00:36:36.079 --> 00:36:37.199
But we knew, didn't we?
00:36:37.360 --> 00:36:40.960
We knew that the clear intent was events.
00:36:41.119 --> 00:36:41.519
Yeah.
00:36:42.079 --> 00:36:43.440
What happened?
00:36:44.320 --> 00:36:50.639
Well, we were sat watching a I think we were were we watching a podcast on YouTube, we were, weren't we?
00:36:51.199 --> 00:36:57.760
And we were waiting for it to load and uh weirdly, because you don't have you don't have any ads on your YouTube channel.
00:36:58.880 --> 00:37:14.960
But yeah, we might have been on mine actually, and uh an ad popped up before we were about to watch what we were watching, and it was I think it was a Joe Dispenser event, and it was it looked incredible, and the camera was amazing, and we were like, wow, this is incredible.
00:37:15.039 --> 00:37:19.760
And for anyone that's been to a Joe event or has seen any of his work, it's just yeah, inspiring.
00:37:20.559 --> 00:37:28.639
And we were watching this video, and at the end we saw this company pop up, and we were like, Well, that's strange.
00:37:28.800 --> 00:37:32.159
Anyway, Matt said, watch this in real time, I'm gonna use my intuition here.
00:37:32.559 --> 00:37:38.239
And he went onto his phone, searched the company on Instagram, they've got a large following.
00:37:38.559 --> 00:37:46.559
He clicked on to message them, and when he clicked on to message them, they'd already DM'd him asking to jump on a call with him.
00:37:47.440 --> 00:38:05.039
And I said to him, My goodness, because like here, we've been presented with an opportunity to work with a company that works with some of the biggest spiritual teachers on the planet, they are experts in their field, they're amazing at what they do, and they've already messaged you.
00:38:05.519 --> 00:38:16.880
And I think there's something really interesting there because you could have ignored that intuition and we would never have known, probably, because you get so many messages, and I'd sometimes, you know, you can't always see all of them.
00:38:17.519 --> 00:38:24.320
And because something inside of you are so good and you're so good with your intuition, you just listened to that nudge and and followed it.
00:38:24.719 --> 00:38:34.719
And we now host events with this company, they are just the most amazing team of people, they're incredibly dedicated to this work and spreading this message.
00:38:35.119 --> 00:38:43.039
They are so great at what they do, and we now have a team of people that help us run uh events now all around the world.
00:38:43.199 --> 00:38:47.519
Uh, we've run we've well, we've done two events now with them in Europe.
00:38:48.079 --> 00:38:49.920
Stockholm and Bucharest in Romania.
00:38:53.760 --> 00:39:13.840
But that there is just uh you know, a reminder for anyone that's listening to this that you know things are always happening, but you have also got to take action, you have also got to listen to those gut feelings, to those nudges, you know, even if you go, oh I don't really want to do that, you've got to listen to it, there's a reason it's coming through you.
00:39:14.400 --> 00:39:16.480
Um it's like a little poke, isn't it?
00:39:16.719 --> 00:39:18.719
It's like come on, you've got to take that next step.
00:39:18.800 --> 00:39:21.280
Now I've come 50% of the way, I need you to go the other 50%.
00:39:21.840 --> 00:39:27.199
So the company's called Unity, and I think like Corusan said, the first thing is we had a very clear intention.
00:39:27.280 --> 00:39:36.000
Yeah, and the intention was events, events in general, we need help with events, so we were looking to partner with someone that can help us with events.
00:39:36.159 --> 00:40:12.559
Yeah, we both were very clear on that, we both had that in our gratitude, and then like you said, the most amazing ad, but the ad was being run by Unity, and to me in that moment it was like ah, head over and check, and yeah, you know, they started out Unity apparently working with Louise Hay in the 1980s, and then of course, Louise Hay then created Hay House, and of obviously all the authors, such as Eccoltolle, Greg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Lynn McTaggart, Jody Spencer, they all started um being introduced to Unity and hence why now Unity run events for all these teachers.
00:40:12.800 --> 00:40:16.559
So, so yeah, and it's it's it's the co-creation in both ways.
00:40:16.639 --> 00:40:21.519
You've got to remember that when you set the intention, it's never ever your job to figure out how.
00:40:21.599 --> 00:40:23.039
I we hadn't even heard of Unity.
00:40:23.199 --> 00:40:23.679
No, no.
00:40:24.079 --> 00:40:26.559
We we had zero clue.
00:40:26.719 --> 00:40:44.480
Like if someone had said to me uh six months ago, a year ago, you'll host an event in Romania, and there'll be 200 people that that come, I would say I have no idea, absolutely zero idea how that will ever ever turn out, and that's the whole point.
00:40:44.800 --> 00:40:47.920
The whole point is to set hold that intention, right?
00:40:48.079 --> 00:40:51.280
And allow the universe to to orchestrate the details.
00:40:51.519 --> 00:40:54.480
Yeah, absolutely, and it's a reminder not to control the how.
00:40:54.960 --> 00:40:57.199
Oh, yeah, because the how's the how's the truth?
00:40:57.360 --> 00:41:00.719
And I think people get stuck with that, yeah.
00:41:01.679 --> 00:41:02.320
Talk about it.
00:41:02.719 --> 00:41:07.039
Well, to to you know, set the intention, create the vision, but not be too attached.
00:41:07.280 --> 00:41:09.679
Because remember, the magic can come in in many different ways.
00:41:09.840 --> 00:41:12.079
Like, in fact, just a quick segue here.
00:41:12.239 --> 00:41:21.519
I remember when we were moving to Cornwall, I used to do a visualization, a meditation in the morning, and I always used to see myself driving through rock.
00:41:22.000 --> 00:41:22.960
Rock in Cornwall for the room.
00:41:23.119 --> 00:41:30.079
Yeah, for anyone that does in knows Cornwall, Rock is just the most magical and amazing place in Cornwall, and yeah, we just love it.
00:41:30.559 --> 00:41:42.480
And I always saw myself in this car that had tan leather seats, and it was my dream car, and I was driving through, and I looked at myself and always saw myself in that car.
00:41:42.559 --> 00:41:44.800
Now I have that car, but it's a different version of it.
00:41:44.880 --> 00:41:46.639
It's not exactly how I imagined it.
00:41:46.719 --> 00:41:54.559
It is the car, but it's different, and I think that's really, really important to not get too, you know, visualise, allow it to come through, but just don't be too attached.
00:41:54.639 --> 00:41:58.079
It hasn't got to be exactly yeah, it can come in many different forms.
00:41:58.400 --> 00:42:06.800
Well, on that note though, when you're when you're be clear on what it is that you seek, this is the paradox, right?
00:42:07.280 --> 00:42:19.199
Be crystal clear, 100% clear on the intention, in our case, events in Europe and worldwide partnering with someone, but then allow mass uncertainty.
00:42:19.440 --> 00:42:24.480
This is the paradox, mass uncertainty around the actual how.
00:42:24.719 --> 00:42:25.280
Yeah.
00:42:25.599 --> 00:42:33.599
And and the mass uncertainty around the how allows this unifying field of intelligence to have have more options.
00:42:34.239 --> 00:42:46.719
Where I see people sh struggle is they're super clear, but also super clear on exactly how they think it will happen, and then that naturally narrows the options for this field.
00:42:46.880 --> 00:43:00.480
And I'm not saying it can't happen that way, but when you narrow an option, then you're also then taking into account whoever's on the other end of that option, and whoever's on the other end of that option will have free will.
00:43:00.559 --> 00:43:08.239
Yeah, and they and one of the laws here in this universe, especially 3D, is the law of non-interference.
00:43:08.320 --> 00:43:12.800
We have this gift as a as a soul in a in a human body to have free will.
00:43:12.960 --> 00:43:14.480
Um, free will, what's free will?
00:43:14.559 --> 00:43:15.679
Awareness with choice.
00:43:15.920 --> 00:43:21.679
So, you know, if you're if you're saying this is the only way it can manifest, and then you've got someone on the other end that has to make a decision.
00:43:22.000 --> 00:43:38.079
I absolutely guarantee that if you're saying it has to be this way and you're seeing this person or this organization, I have no doubt they'll be picking up signs, perhaps not even consciously but subconsciously, they might be picking up subtle signs, but they ultimately have the free will and the choice to decide whether they reach out.
00:43:38.239 --> 00:43:42.719
So if even if you go, I'd love it to be this one, but just have mass uncertainty around it.
00:43:42.800 --> 00:43:56.000
Like, I knew that the goal with this book was Penguin Random House, but you know, yeah, there was a slight ego there, just because to me, like I remember the little penguin as a kid, and I was like, Wow, like that would be the the absolute dream.
00:43:56.320 --> 00:44:05.440
But I and it was on the vision board, but I remember being in my gratitude practice saying a traditional publishing house that's really aligned.
00:44:05.679 --> 00:44:09.840
In an ideal world, Penguin, but of course I'm open to to any other options.
00:44:09.920 --> 00:44:22.239
And you know, the way it happened was penguin, but that's um I think interesting that you we do this work, we we show up every day, we get clear on our intention, we hold our practice, and then we uh allow it to go.
00:44:22.320 --> 00:44:25.519
And we've been doing a lot of that work in the Beyond community this month as well, haven't we?
00:44:25.760 --> 00:44:26.000
Yes.
00:44:26.079 --> 00:44:30.159
And we have some amazing people doing some amazing things in there as well.
00:44:30.639 --> 00:44:31.920
And it's a great place for support.
00:44:32.239 --> 00:45:05.840
We have a lot of people that support each other and are well we've just seen how many people at the chat and does it know it's really nice a lot of friendships have been formed and connections and I think that's to be honest with you that's a l a a large reason as to why we started it because I think you know we don't necessarily have many people that understand this work closely linked to us in family particularly um and so I think a lot of people can do this work and feel a little bit lonely sometimes and it's quite nice to have someone else sharing it with you, you know, cheering you on.
00:45:06.400 --> 00:45:07.519
You need that sometimes.
00:45:07.840 --> 00:45:39.199
You do for sure um because the people that you often tell become energy thieves like the friend who's not fully on board with manifestation and and you know for example this month in the in the community we're we we're running an intention experiment and what's super interesting about doing any form of intention experiment so we do challenges every month in the beyond community don't we we we have a book a book that we read in our book club but what we found really I found really extraordinary this month in the community is setting a very specific 30 day manifestation intention.
00:45:39.360 --> 00:46:12.880
Yeah and what we've seen is some people absolutely manifest their intentions some people get wild synchronicities and signs and other people actually not get anything at all and that's okay and I always say that the you know when it comes to time with a manifestation I don't really like working with time because time doesn't actually exist anyway the field's always operating in the present moment the universe but when you set an intention to manifest within let's say a 30 day period what it actually does is time itself becomes your own accountability partner.
00:46:13.039 --> 00:46:23.760
Yeah you know right I've set this intent so now every day I've held myself accountable to showing up in a meditation journaling and and acting like the version of me that already has it.
00:46:23.920 --> 00:46:36.719
And in that window of time becomes a container for you to strengthen that signal and broadcast and what you'll absolutely find is that just by doing that and strengthening that signal things will start to reorient themselves won't they?
00:46:36.800 --> 00:46:42.079
Yeah in the physical world we've seen that and then you know if it doesn't happen within 30 days it doesn't mean it's not happening.
00:46:42.159 --> 00:46:44.159
It just might mean it might need a little bit more time.
00:46:44.239 --> 00:46:46.079
Yeah depending on the manifestation.
00:46:46.400 --> 00:46:53.360
Exactly I think it's really important before we wrap that you share what happened to you in Stockholm because that was really powerful.
00:46:53.519 --> 00:47:03.119
Oh yeah I was only able to stay a few hours but I could already feel the most we we it was a beautiful beautiful event space the most beautiful event space.
00:47:03.519 --> 00:47:08.880
The energy in the room was really magnetic but just talk us through what happened there.
00:47:09.760 --> 00:47:39.679
Well several things so firstly um about nine months ago before I did the event I had a very vivid dream and I woke up from that dream and made I remember making notes and I was in this really unusual religious building and I and I wasn't and I remember looking round and walking through and people clapping and getting on stage so I knew it was an event and at the time we weren't doing any events but it wasn't like a religious building that I knew in the UK so I remember making a note and not really thinking anything of it.
00:47:39.920 --> 00:50:20.400
Obviously Unity arranged the whole sort of venue and everything else so we fly out to Stockholm and when Vlad who heads up Unity showed us the event venue I had chills because it was an old Swedish church and then on the day of the event I remember walking in with you and being like oh wow like this was the exact venue the exact place I swim my dream which is incredible and that's why even in the book I talk about using dreams to manifest because you can have precognitive dreams which really you know give you clues and help you and then the building itself was this just incredible incre it was incredible how it was designed but there was this sort of like unusual circular ceiling and it was actually called the Eye of Heaven and it was built obviously as an old church like a few hundred years ago and the whole idea was that people would pray and they'd send their prayers prayer being an intention or a manifestation literally up through the eye of heaven into the celestial realm you know and I'm there and I'm on on stage and there's 300 people sat and that of course everyone's got a form of a prayer everyone's got a form of an intention and what are they doing well we're sending it out that's manifestation and I was there and I'm thinking this is just the most incredible thing my first event with Unity I dreamt the venue and here we are we could this couldn't be a better place for the first thing and of course when you do these events and you you have this collective energy in the room you create the most beautiful coherence when everyone's meditating together there's just a there's an energy that you really can't vocalize in words it's just an energy that you could that you could just feel and we're there and I'm doing one of my signature manifestations which is called the be do have where I guide you to go and meet a future version of yourself and when you're there and you're seeing this version of you from a year out when you're there with them it's quite emotional and you're asking this future self like what they did to be them and you're asking them what they have and you know and I'm there and I'm on this stage and I never really know the script so I'm not hitting play on a meditation I'm I'm there with the microphone and I'm I know roughly where I'm going but I'm allowing this script to come to me in real time but as the script's coming to me and there's music playing I'm also at the same time also meditating too to make sure it makes sense so I'm doing two things I'm reading a script that's coming to me and I'm meditating and of course 300 people in front of me are also meditating and I'm there and as you'll know I'm not that emotional am I as a person no I'm aware of this emotion and I'm there and I'm like whoa and I can feel it literally here it's like pounding at my chest and it's it's actually making me feel emotional for no real reason my my meditation at that point myself wasn't that emotional to get emotional.
00:50:20.719 --> 00:51:37.519
Anyway we're there I'm delivering the script I know everyone's getting emotional because I can hear people voices cracking I can hear people sort of getting emotional and then I can see my future self this version of me that I'm now visualizing in 12 months time and of course he's taken events to a whole new level he's doing podcasts with with with you and we're doing some really cool things and I'm like that's really really cool and I'm looking at him and then literally from like the corner of my eye I'm aware of this other version of me and I'm like he's definitely not a present version of me he's a younger version of me and as he comes out from the left hand side I realize that this is a younger version of me doing this meditation a year ago visualizing being on stage and doing these talks and I realized in that moment how amazing it was and how I'm only here because of him come out of the meditation of course and get really emotional and I just said to everyone and this is what I want people to listen to now is that just remember that wherever you go and whatever you end up manifesting you're they're not there because of them they're there because of you so like we're not sat here right now because of us we're sat here right now because of that younger version of Korusan from two weeks ago through a month ago who did that meditation that me on that stage wasn't there because of me.
00:51:37.599 --> 00:51:55.599
I'm there because of that younger version of Matt that did that meditation and I think the reminder is that we think we'll be proud and we think we'll be relieved when we arrive in that future but that that future version of ourself is so unbelievably proud because they only exist and they're only living that life because of the work that the version of you now is doing.
00:51:55.760 --> 00:51:57.199
Yeah and that's so powerful.
00:51:57.519 --> 00:52:41.280
And you know I love that like I'm so grateful to you but in a sense take this in the right way chorus and I'm grateful so grateful for the chorus and that went really deep in that meditation I am as well because you and I here now wherever this podcast eventually goes this is episode one season one we'll look back on this is it started and we'll be eternally grateful for that chorus and who got really deep yeah went into that horrid prison cell faced that trauma because we're only here because of her yeah and I think everyone can remember that whatever you're going through now in your own life just remember that whatever you go and build is because of you now.
00:52:42.480 --> 00:53:19.119
I love that I think that's a really good way to to wrap this first yeah yeah thank you see thank you so much to everyone that's listened uh we really really appreciate it and we're eternally grateful that everyone that follows us and you know comes to our events it means the world and if you haven't done so already please subscribe like share this video with anyone that you think will find it valuable it's currently a heat wave here in Cornwall so I think we've done quite well to survive an hour with 33 degree heat.
00:53:19.519 --> 00:53:23.440
